Most on this board have asked for an update to the business plan. IMO with a small staff they are being stretched beyond capabilities.

The website of the CEO's private company RGU that will be merging into MDCE, https://realgameused.com/. Currently not announced but stated by the CEO.

If the CEO follows thru with what he has been telling us, we will all do well. Most on the board have bought this as a shell and have been here for over 2 years waiting for the CEO to fulfill his plan. The overall market killed any expansion in the last 2 years. Most of us have held because of the CEO, he has been in the memorabilia arena for years, is credible, and has no intention of diluting the stock (something impossible to find in the penny world.)

2. Cancellation of 500 million shares in process. Possibly an additional 1.5 B converted to preferred per CEO. Float of 910 million, with 400M DTC shares.
3. In control of a Jordan jersey worth 20 million retail.
4. Merger with RGU, (realgameused) CEO's private company. RGU is well known in the industry. I have seen multiple high end memorabilia appraised by RGU. Micheal Jackson's glove as an example. This was listed on a competitor's site.
CEO has mentioned non-dilutive financing.
NFL memorabilia licenses, possible 2 this year.
