Not in otc. Things can move either way on little volume and the chart appears just as bullish or bearish. So actually you are completely wrong.

That being said volume can be used to assess the sustainability of the move but not the chart.

“Longs” have been decimated. Float has gone up 5 times, and the chart shows the drop from .03+ to today .003.
