On February 2nd, 2021 Wytec international filed Form 1-A o be listed on the SEC.

Does anyone know how to find the ticker or what we can anticipate moving forward? I emailed Wytec and the CEO actually responded.

"Wytec is a fully reporting public "non-listed" Company fully prepared to complete final listing requirements for NASDAQ. We have recently filed SEC Form 1-A, known as the "Mini-IPO" allowing to short cut the conventional path to all public platforms including NASDAQ. I would encourage you to review our "Milestone Chart" at Wytec Milestones Chart. There is a summary of each milestone below the chart. Hope this helps."
