So do I, and I was 100% correct.. I should of went with my gut..
I'm done playing all these shell R/M pumps.. I'm sticking to my own technical plays..
Best of luck..
I know i sent you one, i wasn't asking that...
I also remember your reply.
Yes... I got one from you.. I wont post the message because i know its a violation of TOS, but go back and check this date, and time in your PM records, and I'm sure you will see it.

i can handle that
You know what I am talking about.. Lets agree to disagree and move on.... Later
SIIX this subject is over for me now.. Hopefully people learned something by what happened here and know how to play the game better and now realize not to trust anyone but themselves here...
3 is too many? lol
Oh and one more thing. I didn't find MDEA, MDEA found me for multiple days in my pm box....
If I knew TLTK was a scam , I would not have bought it..
I know more than I did 7 months ago, but I don't claim to know it all... Also I didn't pump misleading info all over the HUB in regards to TLTK to make it run.. Actually I told everyone it was merely a chart play with me for almost all the stories on Pinks are BS..
Why are you a mod on so many one stock boards? Just curious...
Oh and if I found out this information and tried to post it here while certain peeps were trying to run it, I bet my posts would have been deleted.. IMO! IMO! IMO! IMO!
I know how it works down here and I am not afraid to speak my mind...
tell that to the guy who bought your tltk shares at .17..
lol
lol! I knew that would be the response here.
Hey Siix blow it out your arse...
The only thing that happened here was bad DD and anyone that buys based on a post should not be trading or learn to take the good with the bad (like i do).. nothing was ever fact.. suck it up and move on.
Glad to hear I am not the only one brave enough here to speak up.
Yes indeed many of us got hammered in this P&D...
Did anyone get in touch with Shea to see what is really happening to this shell?
What BS to post old dd here inorder to run it.. Speak up mods. Why did you do this? Oh and please don't say you didn't know. lol! My own fault for buying it before looking into it for it only took me 2 minutes of dd to see it was all bs... IMO!
I see my post was deleted by the same people who pumped this stock. No signs of them anywhere, but they come in and delete the posts that make them look bad. I got hammered in this stock and I'm going to let everyone know about it.
Disappointing is an understatement. This boards's become a ghost town. I got in at .02 thinking I found a bottom. A lot better traders than me got in higher anticipating a good run. In the pinks you have to spread your exposure around quite a bit to come out on the winning side. Who knows, maybe this thing will kickstart itself and see another day. Good luck.
Off hand it lookslike they traded about $600 worth of this stock today.
Well the first step the mods need to do is update the IBOX for all the information up there now is a lie... MDEA is not part of Media100, Borix or Opti...
Mdea use to own Media100, but in 2004 sold all their assets in bankruptcy proceedings to Opti. Opti has since sold Media 100 to Borix and Borix has no plans on becoming public from what I was made aware of... Plus Opti selling Media to Borix took place in 2005. It does not take this long to R/M..
Yes we drank the koolaide in a classic pump and dump.. I would bring up your concerns to the mods on this board for it was them that circulated this false rumor around..
GLTY and btw I did post a link to a possible way of contacting Shea who supposively the real owner of this shell. YOu may want to attempt to get in touch with him to see what his plans are for this shell. It has been a shell since 2004 from what I believe..
Just need some volume. It moves on air.
Got only 5K at 0.012. Very thin.
A buying opportunity right above a solid bottom ?
needs volume, will move eazy on low volume.
MDEA someone on the bid at .011 possible bottom??
Tiki, I just sent an email to info@dataintensity.com too. If I receive a reponse, I will share here. GLTY and have good evening all~
golfnara, I just sent an email using the address on that site.. Hopefully I receive a response. I would rather speak with him thru email this way I have something to back up what was told to me..
If he responds I will let the board know..
GLTY and enjoy your evening
Yes, but I entered on my own dd.. Something I should have done here before buying.. Won't happen again, but next time Siix maybe you should verify your facts before you pump your dd all over the boards for days....IMO
Your posts were misleading, but again yes we are in charge of our own buys and sells...
Now lets try to make this right and hopefully we all learned a valuable lesson here.....
thx Tiki. I will work on that later. hope i can find out something new.
I have said this before and i will say it again, DD on these shell plays is an evolving process..If i remember correctly one recently had a mishap were the DD pointed to one R/M candidate and it turned out to be another... aren't you in that one now tiki?
Well here is a start.. I guess we should try the email address on this website for Steve Shea and ask him what he intends on doing with the MDEA shell...
http://www.dataintensity.com/about/shea.html
Very good questions and I honestly don't have good answers. I maybe bought POS again LOL but at least for now, let's work together whether it's good or bad. Too early to give up imo.
I know that you guys are a lot more experience than me so i'm willing to follow you and learn :)
Can I ask you how we can bring in more buyers when the rumors were not true?
What are you going to tell people inorder to bring them here?
I think the first step is to get in contact with Shea to see what his plans are with this shell..
There is still an ounce of hope considering it is a shell..
I am hoping for the best for all of us still stuck here...
You are right SIIX. I received email from Janice and that's what she said too. I hope we can find out more information on current situation.
let's stop that guys. pointless since that argument does not help our stock price. let's focus and bring more potential buyers. if you don't like this stock then sell and move on. otherwise there's only one goal "please help each other and make mucho money!" :)

MDEA is division of BORIS FX, Inc....
Founded in 1995, Boris FX is the leading developer of integrated graphics and effects technology, delivering 3D compositing and vector graphic products for the broadcast, post production, film and multimedia markets. Boris products have grown to serve over 200,000 artists worldwide. The company's success lies in its ability to tightly integrate and leverage technologies through strong partnerships with industry-leading manufacturers isuch as Adobe, Apple, Autodesk, Avid, Grass Valley, Media 100, and Sony.
I did not post that PR from MDEA 100 inc. on the 14th to deceive anyone.. I added "MDEA-" to the title of the post ONLY as a reference to the DD i was working on. I also added a link to the original source at the bottom of the post, so everyone could verify.
It bothers me that some think i did this as an attempt to be deceptive. Here are a hand full of post i made Prior to any involvement with MDEA, and everyone can see the "ticker-" has alway been a pretty standard heading for many of my DD posts.

Never a problem TikiGal-- enjoy yours as well :)

Thanks jimmenknee for that info.. Always appreciated.. I am going to try to call Steve Shea tommorow to see what I can find out in regards to what is happening with the MDEA shell...
Enjoy your evening
So than where did this rumor start in regards to Borix R/M into MDEA, huge short position, someone spoke with the company and they hired big buyers to come in to get the price to .50 pre merger?
Was this all fabricated? For the info I am seeing posted today does not back up the info many were informed about in regards to this position..
So now we stand with not knowing anything about MDEA?
Again I hit the buy button, but I would like to know what the heck happen here...... Why was it pushed so much on the boards without validating the claim first?
Was not something that I was real interested in. I would imagine the former CFO would be able to tell you or point you in the right direction. The rep at Media 100 was instructed to ask all callers with questions regarding the prior public company to call him directly:
Steve Shea (508) 259-6280
Thanks for that bit of info- Have you by chance found out who has control of the shell?
So what did you find out Siix? Well?
SIIX :) With all due respect, that release is all over the place. And at the top of each one there is no MDEA stock symbol because it is no longer related to the MDEA publicly trading company. And at the bottom of each one, you'll see it identify itself as a division of Boris FX, if you then follow through on the DD you'll find the purchase by Boris FX from Optibase, and then quite naturally the Optibase acquisition of Media 100 assets via chapter 11 bankruptcy action.
Document research will show:
--Jun 2004: Optibase purchased Media 100 assets via a bankruptcy court. These assets became the majority of Optibase's digital non-linear product line operations.
--Sep 2005: Optibase sells certain patent rights of Media 100 to Acoustic Technologies LLC
--Sep 2005: Optibase then sold its digital non-linear product line operations (in essence Media 100) to Artel software Corp (Boris FX). The sale included all services, warranty and maintenance obligations. Under the terms of the agreement Boris FX is obligated to pay royalties from future sales of products and services up to $2 million. Optibase agreed to make its manufacturing facilities available to Boris FX though Dec 2007 (same town location for Media 100 [MDEA] pre-bankruptcy). In addition, Boris FX purchases Media 100 HD boards from Optibase through Sep 2007.
So technically, Artel Software Corp (Boris FX) could attempt to go public if it wanted to, however, I called the Media 100 "unit" and spoke to a very nice sales representative who has been a part of the Media 100 "intellectual property" going back prior to MDEA's chapter 11 petition. He stated:
--Media 100's intellectual property is part of Boris FX
--Boris FX has no currents ties to Optibase as they satisfied all purchase obligations related to the Media 100 purchase
--Boris FX has no plans to go "public"
--Questions regarding MDEA should be addressed to former MDEA CFO Steve Shea (508) 259-6280
There is no evidence to support MDEA as an r/m candidate-- sorry :(
