see that it was created about one and a half months ago.
one month ago CCON was sold. endura gold appeared in their filings.

that language on the website is latin and the text just a common placeholder.

i see cameron king was involved with QOIL and ENEC (now HENC).
remember his name from QOIL. not if that´s a good or bad sign.

I think they are two separate buyers...

First buyer bought 1k shares, and imo that convinced someone else to take a small plunge for 200 shares.

I would guess that the 1k buyer is probably someone in the know and wanted to take a starter position. I'd also say that they are relatively new to the OTC, otherwise for just a little more money they could have sat on the bid at .30 or .51.

That's my stab at it.

Even if CCON was still just a shell, a clean reporting shell is worth around $1mil, which in that case at 323k outstanding would be around $3/share.

A/S is going to be increased from 150,000,000 to 10,000,000,000. That look like a sign of a company that is going to end up below $0.01 at the end of the day. My opinion.

usually when you see a RS followed by a FS, it's done to reduce share holder count. cash out those under a certain number of shares.

reduce shareholder count below 300, file a 15-12G, delist and go non-reporting.

not sure here tho cause they are talking about rounding up fractions to next whole number. that would keep the shareholder count the same.

i dunno lol. I checked my account, but the penson/legent switch has it all farked up. and i can't log on to legent. there was a $50 inactivity charge though! and a $14 software (?!) fee. my balance there never seems to grow though, i'd assume they charged me at this point.
