Yeah I wondered the same thing. I just don't know? What if the value of the assets is completely submerged in massive debts, and the company has to file bankruptcy? How do we know that isn't happening?

I think back to companies like MCI WorldComm, Enron, General Motors (original stock), Eddie Bauer (original stock), Six Flags (original stock) and so on. Shareholders got absolutely drilled on all of them, and on the last three bankruptcies they just issued new stock and re-emerged, but the original shareholders got crushed. Now these were bigger, well-known companies. What happens with a company like this one here? Maybe it just goes belly up and gets laid out to pasture? I have no idea....we need to hear something one way or the other.

But how can it just vanish when there is so much value in the builds ??? What happens to all the assets....can it really just disappear with no questions from anyone ?? I'm hoping we have some sort of update on how we move forward in a positive way.

Any new news Doc..??? Anything going on with the sale of the not listed house ?? Interesting that it is still not relisted....weird it lists for a very short time and all of a sudden taken off the market. Not great that a brand new build just sitting there in limbo. At least we are seeing a little action and a small bump in share price....Hopefully we can have a good spring and summer this year and we can see a significant change in our market cap.....let's hope.
