Exactly! Just like we can't buy here on expert market, you're exactly right. They may have fears of being held liable, but no one is forcing anyone to buy stocks. It's like the guy that loses a fortune in Vegas then sues the casino. We're all responsible for our own actions....

No explanation that I can see, but maybe Doc Blunt, who does his DD and has been following this one very closely, has some insight.
