TRTC Officer Filed for Bankruptcy Because of Gambling Debts.

In a quick check on PACER we find that Nahass doesn't do very well at Casinos.

The state of Nevada will have access to the same information on a background check and this certainly looks bad for TRTC. I am certain they will not look favorably on someone who has stiffed the casinos.

The CEO of Peterson has a tainted history at best and has filed for bankruptcy - here are a list of his creditors.

Wow, it seems Peterson enjoyed using credit cards and then not paying them off.

This demonstrates that Peterson doesn't mind cutting corners and not living up to his financial obligations.

I am sure the State of Nevada will be concerned about Peterson's lack financial responsibility:
