Pretty much has been for some time now. Just a dilution machine to pay the CEO's salary. The dreamer's are looking for just enough happy talk from Jesus to stabilize the price for a week so they can flip this. Maybe the RS will create enough buzz to take advantage of things, if you are nimble.

My advice is not to risk it. Find another play where there is actually REAL positive momentum, if that is still possible in this market.
