What broker let’s you buy MRIB?
Strickland- serial otc scumbag.
No sympathy for any of the MRIB Insiders, including serial scammer, Paul Strickland. They were and still are a bunch of fraudsters.
I don't want to hear excuses or sympathy for Danny!
He could and SHOULD have worked with the SEC to initiate charges against the maggot.
The PRs alone should have been enough to put the bitch behind bars if the SEC had any cajones.
But alas, even when they do file fraud charges, they customarily fail to refer the cases to DA's for prosecution.
Generally the other business partner Dan actually worked hard. He got sucked into the scam like the rest of us. We saw the product get distributed to several states and then Margrit pulled the plug when I was close to actually getting released in more Costco's besides just CA. Bitter taste stronger than the laxative milk of magnesia she put in the vodka.
Margarit should have been arrested for fraud when she got on MoneyTV and said FINRA approved contracts on her MRIB 2.0 initial pump. The worst was when it came out the advertising company was owned by Margrit and was fake agency and paid herself hundreds of thousands of $$ from diluted stocks to this shell marketing company.
These days almost anything goes with OTC Markets since Coulson is into "capital formation".
I’m thankful this Paul Strickland / Margrit Eyraud pitifully promoted P&D has been suspended and given the dreaded Caveat Emptor status by OTCMarkets. In fact several Strickland stocks have been suspended by the SEC and are now labeled CE including MRIB - also BAYP, EHOS, ANVS, COHO with several more Strickland stocks ripe for suspension since they have no financials, no information. Very few suspended stocks regain MM quotations, we’ll see how OTCM deals with the issue.
The only entity that can reinstate a stock is FINRA. For previously suspended stocks that were not registered with the SEC, only full and accurate disclosures may incline FINRA to reinstate the stock, no doubt Paul Strickland’s infamy is well known by the regulators.
EE** did last week.
It's been a scam for decades and still might be, but it ran on the theory that a new owner will R/M it (it's already been through at least 6 mergers throughout the years and languished at .0001 until recently).
,0004 to .0051 in 3 weeks.
I don't own shares, just sayin'.
It seems someone's been scooping up dead shells lately, and some godawful ones at that. None I own, of course.
Why not MRIB? It should be cheap!
Odd....perhaps traders thinking it’ll rise from the dead? Or just like the color gray?
who is buying selling MRIB? Drug lords laundering money?
I call that a losing opportunity.
Buying opportunity getting more.
Huh? Don’t understand
MIRBINC>COM going to make a lot of millionaires!
Yes I understand that my point is directed at letting everyone know to be very very careful right now the SEC is pushing on things and I don’t want anyone to get stuck out of the loop
You're talking about 2-month old news.
MRIB was suspended in February for ten days.
What I posted was sent to me from a brokerage yesterday and will impact trading for much longer than a few days.
Go to MRIb and read the news stock news on buy Bazinga has 15 stocks that are suspended one of them is MBrib
Caveat Emptor securities will be limited to liquidation-only by May 25
Caveat Emptor securities come with very high potential risk for investors. They can be volatile and illiquid (not easily converted to cash), and they can place a significant burden on investors in terms of investment research and due diligence. The OTC Markets Group will designate a security as Caveat Emptor if they become aware of one or more of the following risk factors:
• Misleading or manipulative stock promotion
• Fraud investigation or criminal activity related to the company or to insiders
• Regulatory trading suspensions or halts
• Disruptive or undisclosed corporate actions
• Other reasons related to the public interest
What securities are affected by this change?
You can find a list of impacted securities—subject to change—at schwab.com/caveatemptor.
Marani is NOT on the list (but should be).
Uhoh
Sec report out today. Mrib on the list
And this would be that way pennies are moving to SEC is going to start cracking down on the penny stocks
Absolutely, she’s a real snake.
She belongs behind bars imo
Why have no charges been filed against maggit?
People said they filed complaints, what's the SEC waiting for?
There's no mistaking that she defrauded investors - it's an open-and-shut case (if she's still living).
I'm not sure that demon ever had a pulse - she was heartless.
I cannot see anyone wanting a Gray stock, bhtjm. It’s better to connect the dots with facts, instead of us trying to do the connecting on speculative information.
what do you think? Glendale Ca- 2 miles apart- associated with Eraskh Winery. Cedarwines.com launches in late 2017 .... just before MRIB last news release to increase the share price.... what do i know ? not much..
Any documented proof, os that just a rumor?
MRIB = CEDARWINES.COM AND LAC PRODUCTS ?? ME THINKS SO...
buy from MM at .0003 sell to MM at .0002
nice game here with MRIB
great idea- $1 million dollars it is !
No, MRIB is Suspended, it is now on the Gray market. The SEC’s amendments to Rule 15c2-11 will effectively eliminate public quoting in securities of issuers that do not make current information publicly available. As you can see, MRIB did not made their info available and they were SEC Suspended. This means that MRIB has dipped to the Grey Market. Read about it here:

Read about the suspension of MRIB and several other formerly pink sheets here:

lol, ok then, it’s suspended and will trade Gray - good luck.
Let’s see will this work ... very bullish on Mrib. I am happy I own a lot lot lot of shares of this grey market company. Sell order set set at 1 dollar
It says the suspension was in place feb 26 2021 thru march 11 2021. Trading has resumed since march 11 as evidenced by today's 4.5 mil volume for example.

MRIb is a shell in my opinion for something else... only reason this still trades fix price .0002-.0003 right now
ok, who is taking over the shell and merging with new business?
why do you think another run is coming? I been part of two- short end on one of them. Be nice to go 2 for 3.
MRIB is suspended, now trading gray. Even when a company is no longer in business, there may still be active trading in its stock.
There are two types of SEC Suspensions, one for SEC Registered Issuers/Filers that are delinquent in filing Financials.
The second type of SEC Suspension involves questions about adequacy and/or accuracy of company information, including news releases, share issuances, stock promotions, unverified social media claims (eg., Twitter, Facebook, etc) about a stock, and whatever else the SEC may allege. This group comprises stocks that are not registered with the SEC (Like MRIB) and occasionally SEC Registered stocks. Both categories of stocks will remain on the Grey Market (Expert Market) until either the SEC Admin Law Judge revokes the registrations of SEC Registered stocks or until FINRA deletes the ticker symbols of OTC stocks that are not registered with the SEC. The SEC may also file charges of FRAUD.
Ok I'm confused, you're saying it's still suspended, but there was volume today?
No, MRIB is on the gray market now. The gray market is an unofficial market for financial securities, i.e., no quotes, etc.
