Wow, half million dollar deals. Really? I know a local bagel shop that generates more cash than that. Let's hope Proulx won't be counted on for advice on setting up any Phase I trials. Time for being a director of another company but still can't get 15 people enrolled in his own trial now almost 1 1/2 years old.

Hopefully he won't be giving any advice on how to increase shareholder value either. ibx 4 cents, down from 20 cent ipo price. What a shameless self- promoter.

So in the real world, the tech is promising though unproven and many years from possible commercialization. The stock, on the other hand, sucks because of dilution, failure to get the trial fully enrolled, and proulx burning cash like dry wood in a forest fire.

Count the years starting with 2019, $300,000/year, it doesn't take a genius to see this will be the last year of the $300,000 payments. What will power the manny/marv gravy train next year? And where did all that cash go? Same place all the cash from the Carpenter deal went. Same place all the proceeds from the ibx spinoff went. Life is good for manny and marv, but mhtx shareholders stuck with stock worth a penny and not even a shareholder update this year.

How can anyone defend these cock roaches? Better yet why?

Another false claim, as false as the one that said a human magsense machine was being used in the ongoing, hopelessly under-enrolled trial. The truth is that, sadly, this will be the last $300,000 payment. manny and marv have squandered all the previous ones (yummmmmmmm, lobster), and the company doesn't have enough cash to survive another 12 months.

Also interesting to see how marvin paid off the interest on a loan with 1 million shares of ibx at value of $.015/share. Maybe he knew what ibx is really worth, and proulx seems to be making sure it gets down to the penny level. Keep up the good work you guys - more interviews, more promotional videos, Lake Tahoe residence, more lobster, MORE DILUTION, and lower and lower share prices. And amazingly, still not 15 people enrolled in the trial. Lock them up, all of them.

I have a hunch that if there was anything good to say about those things, they would have been mentioned (again and again) in the numerous promotional videos and interviews with proulx.

Same thing goes for the metals project. Instead all you get is silence from manny and marv. They're just happy spending the cash coming in which will be ending some time soon.

Once and for all, there are no human instruments. proulx has stated many times that results from this 1st study will determine if the design and development of a human instrument will be completed. That's if they ever get 10 or 15 people enrolled in the study.

"Under the proficient leadership", 7 years and over a billion OS, yes he has been proficient at dilution and making a nice nest egg for himself.

"Early on, we established a scientific collaboration with the Department of Imaging Physics at MD Anderson". I posted a few weeks ago a question on this specific collaboration and yet no one seems to know what happened to this.

Is the collaboration complete? Where is the instrument that was at MD Anderson?

What were the results?, Why, if it has ended would such a world leading cancer institute give up on the study and the equipment?

These are very important questions and as far as I can see, never answered by Proulx.

I still have no qualms about whether or not the tech works, but why the mystery surrounding MDA?

Look, I am not knocking Proulx or his abilities, I just want more transparency. The pattern is very reminiscent of PR's put out by Maslow & Co. Lots of fluff and no substance or follow up.

I just want a very simple update.

Past, present and future prospects, work, more dilution needed?, forward looking dates, how many instruments presently, planned for, etc. The truth is sometimes painful but it will be very much appreciated by IBX shareholders. No reason to hide the blemishes as well as highlighting the positives.

It pains me to say this but without the jab about lake Tahoe, you are right on the mark in your analysis.

This unfortunately is par for the course for any medical device company that needs to go through all these hurdle. Covid and the manner in which the study was created caused for lost time and money.

Proulx took a road that was supposed to be ea$ier and it turned into a messy, long winding road and overall expensive. Reaction was slow and videos and interviews were much too many. Results are a 5 cent AUD stock and dropping fast.

The only bright spot is that the nanoparticle development and sales seems to be moving in a positive direction, this alone can provide added revenue and hopefully less dilution going forward.

Old news, but a few key points worth mentioning since they are obviously responsible for the extremely weak ibx share price.

1) Results from 5 trial patients.

2) Still recruiting in an effort to get 10 or 15.

3) Hoping for results by end of 2022.

4) Reiteration of the BIG ONE: Results will help to determine whether or not to move forward (ie the finger in the wind).

So this tiny Phase I trial will take about 2 years, by which time cash will probably be needed, if not much sooner. If everything goes well, larger Phase II study (another 2 years or more and tons of dilution), then if that one goes well, Phase III (guess what? More years, more cash).

Apologies to current share holders, but you were way too early (thanks for the cash though; life is good in Tahoe). In spite of what a little birdie might have told you, cash is running out and massive dilution is on the way. Particularly bad since share price is at low level and apparently going lower.

For a clear hint of what has happened, just look at the share price. Proulx himself has stated that a human instrument does not exist. He is waiting for trial results to decide if it makes sense to complete the design and development of such an instrument, in spite of some who insist otherwise, and who have falsely claimed a human instrument was being used in the ongoing trial.

You are correct ssc and from what I have read, the human instrument has not yet been developed. Something to do with the preservation of $$$$ and yet, Proulx has not, at the very least, recently, cleared up all this confusion to shareholders.

How many instruments have been developed, if any and are all the Aussie tests being done in San Diego on the old MDAnderson first MRX machine??

This misunderstanding even among shareholders that believe in the technology. Proulx talks about MRX instruments doing testing but does not elaborate.

My own opinion is that these tests being performed in San Diego are being done on a similar or maybe the same prototype instrument that was placed at MDAnderson years ago.

Looking at MDAnderson site, it seems the Magnetic Relaxometry Research Laboratory and that MRX instrument is gone, disappeared from the site..Why?
