Screwed that one up.....
Well it hit .0009 now at .0008
So if it is going to go to .20 then I guess I better BUY?
someones buying....
Just means it will do .009 tomorrow.
Probably someone from Gaza with extra money after government paid them out.
Joking, I have no clue. I used a chart to make the prediction. My other prediction went the other way..SOUTH..
I at 50% on predictions... Half a chance.
well I think .0070 beat your estimate. Wonder what's making it run.... ?
That's the problem with these small companies, they get busy and forget the have a stock to support. With all the stuff going on over there, they may be just quiet as to keep from cluttering up the Gaza move out.
Think so. Some news with actual clients would be nice. Or even a US or Isreal government contract for their breakthrough sensor....
Their website lists Teva as well. Apparently they could get permission to post the name on the website but not in a PR.

Has anyone confirmed that Teva is an actual client of Malers.
http://www.tevapharm.com/about/
I Can't call out the country.
Teva is a worldwide pharma. Anyone else a little leary about the PR that says major pharma. Instead of naming the company. THey list their clients but don't name the client in the PR.
This company has been around awhile in Isreal making a profit etc... if they took this company reporting and announced who their contracts were with I think this thing would take off. I waited again till this thing dropped after the reverse split to buy in again... hope it does well.
It will put some people out of bussniss (The black market)
But
Won't this product ruin our other source of income ??
<Joking of course>
Their product sounds good - I use to work in warehouse and both theif and invalid shipping orders is major problems. also the stock in wrong place is bad also. The question I have as far as the product is concerned is how can they determine where the product is when only a few feet apart??
They back from Holiday?
Malers Automation Develops Radio Frequency Security Systems
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PrimeZone
12:00 p.m. 08/15/2005
Company is Completing Development of RFID System to Minimize Warehouse Losses
HADERA, Israel, Aug 15, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Malers Automation and Control Ltd. ("Malers") (Pink Sheets:MSNC), today announced that the Company is in the final stages of development of a radio frequency identification (RFID) system that can be used by medium to large size warehouses to safeguard inventory.
The equipment rental markets suffer greatly from inventory shrinkage, particularly from theft and poor management of the inventory. To date, there are no real-time tracking systems in these medium to large warehouses that can pinpoint the exact location of a specific item. As a result, orders prepared for clients can include additional items that were not ordered and not identified as leaving the warehouse. Of course, upon return of the rental equipment, these extra items are not included. Their loss, or disappearance, may not be noticed until the end of year inventory count.
"Our RFID system offers a much needed breath of new life for the warehouse management market," says Ronen Luzon, CEO of Malers. "We offer true real-time management of inventory across even several warehouses. With the RFID system we have developed, warehouse managers can virtually put an end to inventory shrinkage, saving them hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars every year."
Malers' RFID system includes the management software, a set of antennas that are located throughout the warehouses and passive RFID tags that are attached to the items. An average warehouse system will sell for approximately $20,000. The system confirms that items ordered are, in fact, passed on to the customer and then returned. In addition, items can be easily located within the warehouse and special notifications are made when items are not in their proper locations. The RFID system is Web-based, so it can be connected to existing intranet systems and the users can log on from anywhere to view the status of the inventory.
The Company plans to complete development within the next two to three months, including a pilot test project. In parallel, Malers is targeting vertical markets that are in need of the RFID system, so that the Company can launch its marketing efforts soon after completion of the development process.
"We are very optimistic about the global market opportunities for our RFID system," notes Luzon. "We have already identified a solid need in the scuba diving, furniture and events rental markets, and this is just a beginning."

I sure hope it goes back to at least $.03.
I did notice the increase in volume this week. A few "catch up" pr's next week would be great. Hopefully they DO have some developements (progress) currently taking place.
Hang in there, X... Look at NNNC this week. I Never thought I'd be able to dump that one. And I caught it in time to add more.
No I am just saying there was more volumne than a week ago and price went up for a while. Someone bought at .007 despite the fact I had a sell at .0006
Maybe the MM's are waking it up.
I need like .024 to break even.
Oh-boy, do you mean to tell me this one may wake up? Still holding post split shares.
Volumne showing some improvement. This may be getting ready to break out of slump. No PR's. No really good answers from their IR firm. I have asked my friend in Tel Aviv to check it out.
Last I heard they were a real company and appeared to be trying to get business built up and books in order.
Anyone get any new news from them lately.

Malers Automation and Control Achieves Breakthrough in Homeland
Security Sensor System
mproved Electronics Meets Strict Military False-Positive Standards
Hadera, Israel June 15, 2005 - Malers Automation and Control Ltd.
("Malers") (OTC: MSNC.PK), today announced that the Company has
Confirmed a significant breakthrough in the development of its
Homeland security product which will be used to detect movement
Underground.
After completion of field testing at depths of 15 feet two months ago,
The Company put significant efforts into increasing the reliability of
The sensor's readings. "We have added several improvements to the
Sensor's electronics, which guarantee us a 90% minimum of reading
Reliability," says Ronen Luzon, Malers' CEO. "This is a critical milestone
For us in taking the product to the next development stage, because
The military community will only be satisfied with an extremely low
False-positive ratio."
Malers expects to have final readings from independent labs on the
Reliability of the sensor system in the coming weeks. In parallel, the
Company is working on the next stages of development of the system,
Which will eventually lead to depth readings of over 80 feet.
"Our latest findings are a confirmation of the path we are taking in
Developing the sensor system," continues Luzon. "Homeland security
Officials cannot activate their staff and resources based on low
Reliability systems, as in many cases, this would bring about more
Panic than benefit. Solving reliability issues gives us the peace of mind
We need to focus on reaching the levels of depth that we have set as
Our goal over the coming months."
The security system under development for the homeland security
Market will enable law enforcement officials and governments to
Detect underground activity around borders and security fences.

Thanks for the reply. May I ask how investors are supposed to know if the company has any revenues, gross or net profits, positive cash flow, debt, ability to remain solvent, etc? The company is a black hole as it is currently operating and will not be able to attract investors. Why should investors choose to invest their capital in MSNC? Please explain to me how MSNC plans on attracting investors.

Hi Dino,
There is a very practical reason that the company doesn’t produce financial statements today. It would cost the company significant financial resources that are presently being used for business development and product development. Simple audits are done at the end of each year, to SEC requirements for pink sheet companies, but certainly not for reporting to the public. The company’s board chooses to go this route for now, knowing that investors would like to know greater details of the company’s financial position. Unfortunately, this is not possible right now.
Again, we CANNOT disclose the names of our clients, when they ask us not to do so, particularly when talking about a large, public corporation with deep legal pockets. It would jeopardize the future of Malers and would definitely bring about unnecessary legal problems for the company. Contracts are in hand and if the SEC chooses to check up on the company, these contracts will be fully verified. It would be totally irresponsible and counter-productive on the company’s part to disclose this information to the public, knowing that the client is opposed.
Regards,
Joel

The problem with the PR is that it is typical of MSNC....it can not be independently verified. That is why most investors have decided to stay away from this stock. Most people still believe this is a scam or a variant of a scam. They refuse to provide information that can be independently verified.
Etrade has a value now - but name still indicates restriction. (a number).
Those of you who invested in GXXL and received shares of FNRP Restricted please check and see if you are able to buy or sell them. In my etrade account, those shares suddenly have a value other than zero (great news). However, I am not able to trade them (Bad News). I hate it when my money is a "Look but don't touch" deal.

I appreciate the reply. However, I must reiterate that your ability to attract investors is extremely limited by your seeming disregard for shareholders. Although you may not have an enforceable legal fiduciary responsibility to your shareholders, you do have ethical one that is also in your company's best interest. I, like most other investors, will not make any further investments in your company until the following occurs:
Financial statements are provided showing the ability of the company to remain in business without incurring additional harm to existing shareholders.
Information regarding contracts that are independently verifiable. I honestly do not recall seeing other companies' press releases that do not provide information that is verifiable.
As you well know, the effect of your press releases have been minimal at best and probably have done more harm than good. The value of MSNC stock being traded is laughable. Why do you think that is? You know as well as I do that MSNC is considered "too risky" (to put it politely) to invest in. I just do not understand how you can be so antagonistic to existing and future shareholders with the result being so disastrous to your market capitalization.
I would appreciate a reply directly from Mr. Luzon per my phone conversation with him last week.

Dino Sawyer

Subject: RE: Worthless PR's..
Hi Dino,
I’ve been looking into your questions. Here’s what I know: Ronen Luzon was the founder of 2Spot, which showed up in the link you sent me. The company had a very brief negotiation period with HDML – his investment banker was trying to work an investment deal with them and a few other groups. Apparently HDML took liberties in mentioning 2Spot and quoting Ronen. In the end, 2Spot closed for lack of financing. Your original inquiry made it sound like Ronen was running HDML and he immediately responded to me by saying he never had anything to do with the company. Ronen started 2Spot while he was running Malers and is now fully involved only with Malers, since the closing of 2Spot.
As for your comments on the PR’s: if we don’t mention a client’s name it is because the client won’t allow it. The client is a very large, publicly traded company, with a staff of lawyers that need to approve any PR that goes out with their name mentioned. In preparation for the pending contracts, we sent them text for their approval and we are still waiting. Malers’ PRs are not high on their priority ladder – relatively speaking, Malers’ contribution to a huge factory under construction is big news for the company and a small cog in the wheel for the client. But, we simply refuse to hold back announcing great deals when they happen. Based on the description we gave in the PR’s, you could probably guess who the client is.
That shareholders prefer to cast doubt on the activities of the company, it is their prerogative, but when doing so, they are paying the price. Malers has these contracts in hand, and is pursuing further contracts with the client. We may never get their approval to mention their name and if we did do so without their approval, they would sue Malers – so the risk of publicly mentioning the client name could end up costing the company all of their working capital (and then some) in legal expenses.
Regards,
Joel

Joel,
I haven't had a chance to write directly to Mr. Luzon. However, I would appreciate it if you could provide him copies of my previous emails to you.
Once again, an utterly useless PR is put out. When is MSNC (i.e., Mr. Luzon) going to realize that investors won't touch this stock with a ten foot pool until the company starts to provide information regarding financials and/or verifiable contracts? Also, I must tell you that most investors believe that Malers Mr. Luzon IS the same person who was affiliated with HDML.
Regards,
Dino
I think it is dead. Who will want to buy into this? No financials, PR's that are not verifiable (anyone can claim to have contracts), a gagged TA and Mr. Luzon who most people think is the same Luzon who ran a scam before. I hope you are right, but I doubt it. Not until financials and actual company names that can be contacted are listed as signing contracts.....

MSNC has finally its own board on RB: http://ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=MSNC
HISC and MSNC are two entirely different beasts! HISC puts out PR's that can be verified. MSNC does not. MSNC APPEARS TO BE CONCERNED SOLELY WITH THE VALUE OF RONEN LUZON'S ACCOUNT AND NOT SHAREHOLDERS. JMHO
I take the approarch and have been successful is that none of us can ever really know the ins and outs of a business plan. However, we can understand when we are getting screwed by dilution and insider selling.
When I see closed mouth here, e.g., GXXL, I run for the hills. OTOH, a few like HISC actually cut down o/s, really a gift from management to shareholders, very rare. In the long run, honest management realizes that it helps them as HISC has skyrocketed and should continue to do so, despite some MM games yesterday.
No problem...I understand how impossible it is to keep up with all these stocks. I have been writing to Joel and posting my correspondence here. I have his tacit approval to post our correspondence. Do I trust him? Not necessarily. I have a lot of concerns about this company. Whether they are a scam or not, the way they are marketing themselves to investors is pathetic!! They don't even need to post financials at this time, but they HAVE to put out independently verifiable pr's. It is BS to claim that they hae to be so secretive b/c they don't want their "competitors" to know what they are doing or that the alleged companies purchasing their systems won't allow for their names to be published. All in all, I would advise against investing at this time unless you can absolutely afford to lose it all.
Dino
sawdin - no problem with the saracasm. I have about 40 penny stocks on my watch and try to catch some of them. This one started off with a lot of promise but the lack of details seems to be a killer. I stopped following it for a couple of weeks so I got confused by some of the PR's.
Promotion about sorely needed tunnel defense - terror.
Promotion about their legacy service.
Not quite sure how the two above "mesh." Are they just trying to PR a homeland defense pump?
The capital structure would be good if in fact limited. Do we get the GXXL continuance of P&D? The person righting to Joel or whoever is getting some good responses.
Sorry to appear stupid on this but I'm trying to be somewhat objective.
LOL...I don't mean to sound too sarcastic, "but where have you been!"
We have none of those! And they are not forthcoming! Per the IR contact (Joel), at this time, the company has NO plans on releasing ANY financial information.
If you haven't invested, only invest money you can absolutely afford to lose!
Dino
This business has been in existence for several years. Do we have any financials? Income statement? Balance Sheet?
Here's a copy of some correspondence regarding Mr. Luzon. I actually spoke with him on the phone the other day. The connection was terrible. However, he told me to email him. I mentioned that his address is the same as Joel's and that I wanted him to read my email and personally reply to it. He said he would. I hope to have some time over the next few days to summarize my concerns in an email to him. I'll let you all know what happens. I'm not positive that Malers is a scam, but I am positive that something doesn't smell right!

Joel,
I don't doubt that is what Mr. Luzon told you, but I wonder if he may have selective memory recall. Below is a link to an article regarding HDML.

Notice that the product is suspiciiously similar to the types of controls that Malers hyped in the following press release this year.

It has been alleged on investmnent boards that it was a scam. When I google HDML, I get some hits, but then it disappears. Do you know what happened to HDML and more importantly, what happened to it's shareholders?
