I agree, there is no point in selling MSGi at this stage because it really isn't worth anything.

Now the way I see it, if Nanobeak is a totally new entity, why did Jeremy type in 6 years at Nanobeak that would put Nanobeak in the MSGI spin off time, and as a holder of MSGI, I didn't get any Nanobeak shares yet ,of course it is privately held still, the MSGI shareholders still should get a piece of the private Nanobeak pie , that was a spin off of MSGI,that is why I never will sell MSGI shares.

It's a little strange. I did two test sells for 50k each. One at .0002 that traded immediately. I submitted an order to sell another 50k last week or the one before at .0003 and it didn't go through. Changed it to .0002 and it went within a minute.

Maybe it's being "cleaned up" for a shell to do a reverse into. You can sell all you want at .0002. I tried some last week at .0003 and it did not go. Someone is doing something with it I guess.

Haven't read or posted on this board since since April, so just catching up.

To answer your question, your 502,000 shares are worth something. The Dane sold
some at $0.0002 which means you could get $100.40 less the trading fee.

Not much I guess, but something.

Personally, I think this one is toast. Earlier in the year I bought into VNTH to mitigate
my losses on MSGI, and now since VNTH is sub $0.02, I'm not so sure on that one
either.

All in all, these two companies seem to have been a bust.

If anyone has some positive news, then please feel free to disagree with me. I would
love to be proven wrong, since I have positions in both.

NASA has attorneys that are specifically intended to manage patents and space act agreements, and JB &

crew so VERY much need to be better managed. I mean what may happen next? After VNTH, another new

Company? It's pretty outrageous and reminds me of a couple other operators who are constantly trying out

new companies...and demonstrating similar quality. I'm getting more time now so I can address this problem-- I

haven't given up my day job, either, But there should be justice. I'll keep you informed...

Hey Bog - My Thoughts

Yeah retire. I'll order up the cert (if that's possible), nail it to the outhouse
wall in the shack in the woods that I retire to and look at it every day when
I take a dump, thinking of the days I could have spent on the beach in some
exotic place if this thing had delivered the way everybody on this board had
thought it would for so long.

Wallpaper, that's all it is. Maybe my few shares that I bought in VNTH will go
up eventually and cover my losses in this clunker. But then again with
Jeremy's track record, I'm not so sure about this anymore.

BTW, I see that Yahoo Finance (where I watch my portfolio - whats left of it)
no longer seems to carry the info on MSGI's trades or latest price.

I would stick with the companies that have

real reasons to trust the management, not ones

I'll pass on rocking the boat with NASA, as I bought a bunch of VNTH at $0.04.

So hopefully I'll make what I lost plus a profit back on that.

Not yet. I strongly recommend that

mistreated shareholders contact the NASA patent office

and express their concerns in written form. They may

want to get the tech to market but the apparent developments

suggest we will not be reaping the rewards that

Jeremy will, even though we invested in the SAME tech and

at one point h3ld the Space Act agreement for the tech.

This is a good starting recourse until we have time-- I'm

in a busy period now again so I cannot do much for a few weeks.


Even though u are not a US taxpayer, you could still

contact the NASA office and express your concerns, Bacon.

They are our cheapest route to requesting review of recent

ownership changes to the items MSGI shareholders had once owned.
