$5 million ... it was supposed to be 50/50. 50% to Kira. 50% presumably to pay down debt to the debtholder (Kira)
What happened to the life ins. $5 mil I recall. Paid for by stockholders to payoff debt to Bob. Rest go to Kira?

MMRF - Bob Lorsch
Operation Mole was original set up by him to figure out which of his employees was saying bad things about him to the regulators about 10 years ago
He recycled the name to use as his project to terrorize "bashers"

Direct quote from MMRF about how operation mole works (usernames removed)
"Heres how Operation Mole works: if anyone can lead me to the employers of xxxx or xxxx, or others whose names I will distribute in the future, I will contribute $500 to the charity of their choice or $300 to them. Then my lawyers can take it from there. You may wonder why I am doing this, the answer is simple……..I care! I care about the people who believe in me and I will not let them down. To claim a reward please call 888-808-4667 and mention Operation Mole."

Always walked on the shady side of the street.
How about all of those "business" trips to Australia on the company dime?
What business purpose ws Kira serving? And why is a talent agent based in Australia currently on the MMRF Board of directors?
And don't you think that the drug dealing personal assistatnt to the doctor that killed Michael Jackson is a poor choice to rescue MMRF????
Once a shill always a shill. Its a DNA thing
PHR community has been on standstill for 6+ yrs waiting to see what MMRF would do. They didnt want to step on those 1000 plus patents.
How am I trying to profit from MMR shares? I have not owned them in a long time. I just said the other day they should considering doing a RS and a BK. That certainly won't be good for the stock short term. But I'm trying to profit????????
As for Bob going after people who bashed/trolled, I told him 100 times not to do it. Maybe more than 100. Would look him right in the eye and say its a mistake. He had his mind set on it though. Total waste of time and energy. And it was wrong.
The patent valuations I don't know if anyone truly believed those. The contracts? I believe they were all real. Just never fully came to fruition.
No scam? lmao. What about all the patents, the fake valuation reports of those patents, the hyped lawsuits, the contracts all over the world that never materialized, the dozens and dozens of p/r's that proved to be false. And remember how you and others swore Lorsch had patented everything to do with phr's, and how much money they were going to make from Walgreens. The list could go on and on and all lies. Don't forget about the threats made against those who pointed out those falsehoods, the harassment, the threats of litigation, the "mole" rewards.
Just a classic penny stock scam run by a sick, greedy person who ripped off investors on an even larger scale with a larger public company (settled, paid millions, no admission of guilt of course). And there you were, trying to profit from mmrf stock and amazingly still trying.
MMR was never a scam. It had a legit product that was sold and marketed. It was just never sold to the right people...IE the average everyday consumer. Bob always wanted the home run when he should have been going after singles.
I still say the race horse PHR is worth a ton of money. Get it with an initial states racing commission and as they say, "you are off to the races".
Obviously that won't be MMR, but it will happen with a company someday soon.
Or...a caregiver company could come in and buy the PHR assets. Use it then to service all of their patients. Could sell directly to them.
Too bad mmr wasn't really a company, just a scam to fleece gullible investors, just like someone did on the original pump and dump to .30+; got a picture of that guy?
The race horse PHR was and is a great idea. In fact the state of CA Racing Commission is building their own. Will service 100's of 1000's race horses, owners, trainers, vets, etc. Probably worth well over $300 M to any company that could have been the provider.
As for that girl? She is my wife now. I suggest you stop talking.
And go ahead and look at my profile pic. You and I should meet for a beer and talk!
BTW I am sure that Kira and other company insiders realize the need to streamline the company as far as debt and SS.
The PHR dream that Bob had is probably not the answer here. Can it be used in conjunction with something else in the medical field or something similar? Maybe. But as a stand alone it has been a struggle.
A smaller piece of something way bigger is worth much more than a big piece of nothing. With the amount of debt the company has, no one can merge with it right now. It needs some trimming of the fat.
Why would KIra
give up what is rightfully hers, to lessen shareholder losses? Seriously?
the debts is owned by he
the patents are owned by her
the life insurance is owned by her.
She's just going to one day say, "I don't need all of this. These kind people have suffered enough losses. I'm going to share some of my stake with them as they are grieving the loss of Bob and his genius just as I am."
C'mon man!
Going long with Lorsch and his menagerie of associates is always stupid. It's going to take lot more than an oblique reference to "crypto" or MJ to rid MMRF of its stench. Just another unpumpable Pennyland shell, and a very tainted one in my opinion.
48% drop. Nice!!!!
The time to buy this stock/company is not now. Let things settle.
Right now you have a company that is doing little to no business and that has A LOT of debt. I am hopeful that the BoD's and new ceo are working behind the scenes to rectify that, either via a BK or some sort of debt forgiveness. Perhaps even a RS could come which would make the company more merger friendly.
Let's see what happens.
I guess it had a rs again
MMRF Has A New Life, Hope To See It Flourish!! imo.

Character? He may have appeared that way way but remember lorsch hunted down anyone who didn’t glorify his fake company by paying a bounty to expose personal info about them! His minions, followed his every whim and
rejoiced in exposing dissenters who questioned the financial results of a public company! I don’t wish death on anyone..but Lorsch had a lot of issues and CEO’s of public companies don’t engage in this type intimidation. As an example: He called me several times and threaten to sue me on behalf of his investors. Basically a garden variety SLAPP lawsuit to chill free speech. Fortunately I didn’t flinch and told him that only sales matter and if he did that all would work out but many others ran for cover...I wonder how money people lost their investment because they could not believe Lorsch was anything else but golden.
“All dissenters will be eliminated with EXTREME PREJUDICE with the simple weapon of REVENUES! This company is going to do very well and those dissenters nipping at its heels will be lost in the dust as we leave them far behind and forgotten about. JMO”
So sad to hear about Bob's demise. He was a real character. Tiffer

I researched Lorsch's fascinating background. I think EZ and his pals just hoped they could ride along with another of his deals. Lorsch apparently did make a ton of money from about 1995 to 1998 with a telephone calling card stock called Smartalk which is a perfect example of why I shun low-tier NASADAQ stocks.
Smartalk had a market cap of about $700 million very briefly around 1997 when it disintegrated amid a storm of accounting restatements and lawsuits. It had virtually no substance. But that says more about Dot Com era investors than it does about Lorsch. He was in the very best place (a tech stock) at the very best time (late 90s). Perfect timing, but probably just dumb luck. Lorsch even says he was a poor student in high school and he never went to college.
The patent troll part came later...
Lorsch's day has come and gone. MMRF couldn't support his lifestyle or that of his new porn actress wife. Likely, his end will be ugly.
What's especially interesting is Lorsch's menagerie of acquaintances. He seems to know every Mercedes-driving scumbag in LA, and that's a lot of people. "

Poor, poor Pennyland. So dead for the past few years.
Show me stocks without filings and news since a long time and good daily volume. I don´t know any.
It would be a bad sign to have daily volume at this level. Obviously not many people are willing to sell at this level.
This 330k bid at .0012 is there since 3 weeks. All he got were 160k shares.
Hilarious. Dollar volume today $1.20
Now wait a second: "2. Warren B is a jerk." That hurts!
I forgot rule 3. Make sure that every single share of the 250,000,000 os have a higher cost average, and are asleep when the new buyers find that fools gold and try to load the boat. It will be a new Flexseal commercial.
When RVD* ran from .006 to .90 in two trading sessions, i doubt the business was the reason.
You cannot say Jason doesn´t have good connections. Maybe he will do something good or find a new business? Who knows? It´s not out of question. It´s also possible they will replace him.
ETBI was also a pos, and now new business and on Nasdaq.
From this level there are many potential reasons stock could go up a lot. And this is the reason i bought. At this level i don´t invest, at this level other things matter.
MMRF's new CEO Pfeifer
is a drug dealing office manager. And he's going to save MMRF???

(( remember Lorsch was suing Arnie Klein before Klein's death))
Michael Jackson’s Drug ‘Gatekeeper’ Jason Pfeiffer Talks Tell-All Book & Riding ‘Off Into The Sunset’
By Alan Duke
Posted on Oct 30, 2014 @ 4:33AM
Jason Pfeiffer, the ex-office manager for Dr. Arnold Klein, says despite recent speculation, he has no plans to write a book about his relationship with Michael Jackson.
Pfeiffer tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that he would like to put the notoriety of his friendship with the late pop star behind him.
Jackson, says Pfeiffer, “was nice to me and very flattering and he gave me a lot of gifts” in the last months before he died of a drug overdose at the hands of Dr. Conrad Murray.
But after Jackson’s death, Pfeiffer realized the singer “fed me a line so he could access to Klein and Klein’s drugs.”
“I was the gatekeeper and he wanted the Demerol,” notes Pfeiffer.
Radar exclusively obtained a voicemail recording last year that Jackson left for Pfeiffer on May 3, 2009 — seven weeks before his death — pleading for his help in contacting Klein: “Um, I have a problem in the groin area, and I don’t want to say this on the phone… inflamed area there, um, on a private… I don’t want to say this on the phone. Get him to call me please.”
Medical records used in the involuntary manslaughter of Dr. Murray revealed that Jackson made frequent visits to Klein’s Beverly Hills dermatology clinic just before he died. He was given injections totaling 6,500 milligrams of the powerful anesthetic over his last three months, the evidence showed.
Pfeiffer surrendered any rights to his story to the trustee overseeing Dr. Klein’s bankruptcy case. It was part of a settlement that ends dueling lawsuits between the doctor and his former employee.
Anyway, Pfeiffer tells Radar, “No one would buy a book.”

Pfeiffer says he is now “rehabbing” his life while working a 9-to-5 job for a software development firm. “Dr. Klein made it virtually impossible to be employed anywhere else,” he said.
Pfeiffer has deleted his Twitter account in an effort to avoid the wrath of Michael Jackson fans, who, he reveals, have attacked him for previous interviews about the star.
“I’ll hopefully just go off into the sunset,” he said. “Maybe that will happen, maybe not.”

I like that investment DD. Rule 1. Business doesnt matter. Rule 2. Warren B is a jerk.
Maybe it doesn´t matter in penny stocks? Ever heard about this? And you don´t know what he plans. Everything i read here is about the past, no chance for Jason Pfeiffer.
Off 25% today on 1,000 shares. Someone's desperate to get out.
I did not buy pre split and i did not buy for the past.
250m o/s at .0012 is cheap, very difficult to get shares at this level and they don´t dilute and filings and news are coming.
Yes it´s a pennystock, there are far worse at this level.
You see how thin level 2 is? I doubt there is a point to discuss the upside potential in case they file:
What pos are u talking about. This scam had approx 1.2 BILLION shares before the rs
Oh please, but not if they file and release news. As you can see they don´t dilute at this level. Only stocks which don´t file and which dilute trade with this ss at this level.
If he cant fill those shoes look for .0006
I see the drama didn't end with Lorsch's death...
Who Framed MJ's Dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein?

Arnie Klein -- My Buddy Was Not Michael's Lover
http://www.tmz.com/2011/04/22/michael-jackson-dr-arnie-klein-jason-pfeiffer-lover-gay-relationship-propofol-death/
Dr. Arnold Klein -- the dermatologist who loomed large in Michael Jackson's life -- has now changed his story and says his good friend and office manager -- Jason Pfeiffer -- did NOT have an affair with Michael Jackson.
Klein had told TMZ ... Jackson was gay but that Jason's alleged relationship with the singer was the only gay relationship MJ ever had. Klein told us Jason was "the love of [Michael's] life."
But now on his Facebook page, Klein says "Allegations about ... Jason being Michael Jackson's lover are ridiculous. That story was made up ... "
Klein also scoffs at allegations he contributed to MJ's death, saying, "I made two interventions on Michael's Propofol Abuse myself ..."
