I did not buy pre split and i did not buy for the past.
250m o/s at .0012 is cheap, very difficult to get shares at this level and they don´t dilute and filings and news are coming.
Yes it´s a pennystock, there are far worse at this level.
You see how thin level 2 is? I doubt there is a point to discuss the upside potential in case they file:
