Not sure if I'm reading the tables correctly or not, but looks like it says $3.4M in net income for Q2.

If correct, that's about $.36 per share!!

Even with the negative currency adjustment, that's still about $2.65M or $0.28 per share.

One wonders why they would choose this company for the merger. IF the Communists want to minimize fuel waste--say to show citizens they are serious about smog--then these ELDs could certainly help. Plus, saving fuel is always profitable. This would be huge. Can you imagine?

Nearly 4M MICT shares traded today!

That's almost 50% of their outstanding shares. While a large portion of those shares are surely flips and trades, I also suspect that a large number of those shares are going into more "circumspect" hands that will be holding for longer periods than just a few days or even just a few weeks. Some might even be holding for LTCPs (long term capital gains).

Might have to wait a few weeks to see how things shake out, but a steady to slowly rising share price for MICT is definitely a possibility.

Then, of course, there is always the next big news event that should drive MICT share price even higher.

P.S. While I was writing this post MICT just hit 4M shares traded today.

I am not concerned with the "minimal" breakout today. Let the traders have their fun today. I see this as more of a mid- to long-term hold now, especially with these latest developments.

I am building a nice longer term portfolio thanks to your DD. Besides MICT, I am also holding PIOE longer term and am thinking about adding BKYI to this longer term portfolio. I lurk on your other board as I cannot post there since I'm not a premium iHub member.

Mict worth well more. they are buying "at least $1.65" post upcoming earnings this will be trading above $3 and when BNN buying the rest, sky is the lImit here.

Excited about this company achievements and its future, been following her since Mid-2017.recently Received $6 Consensus Target Price and currently trades at 1/3 total yearly revenues. Next EPS should be awesome.strong cash& almost a debt-free.more to come,that's for sure BNN trying to get 51% on the cheap. Make them pay up for the 36%. Mict worth well more.

Be aware that total Cash on hand post current transaction alone,above $2/share and the rest upcoming transactions are more than 2 times in cash than current. with such a solid balance post Enertec sale, I see no reason not to hit at least $5/shares the very near future.

The key was to buy a lot of shares at gift prices when the ceo sold a large portion of his stake in the co. Hope you all did the same thing, because we all knew MICT was looking for strategic alternatives to become a big player in the MRM space.

That's a brilliant transactions deal. BNN Technology Buys 14.89% Stake in Micronet Enertec ( at least at $1.65/sh), Plans to Eventually Own 50.1% or More w/ a possible Merger. Cash per share alone post this transaction alone includes current cash post the sale of Enertec is above $2/sh. The profit margin is accelerating these days due to elimination if debt which already took place. This company entering the big league in a massive way. Plan is to increase cash thru inst investors by $26m-$36m vs $10m current MC. MICT will no doubt going to see $5/sh and north

Looks to me like ROI could be quite sweet. The MMs will drive this to $5 to effectuate what appears to be something like a reverse triangular merger...only more complicated.

The news of cash plus reduced debt. increased Book value by more than $0.50/share. Stock should be trading $2-3 even without any more contract announcements. more to come, that's for sure.
