Seems like they can close the deal once they have the cash in hand. Probably early June as they will need some time to finalize all the details. -imo

Once the deal is closed MICT to receive benefits which equal to it's current MC.this alone should bring a double PPS. Later this year ( H2) might get a bigger boost. See a simple calculation ( about $8/sh):

Q1 revenues alone more than a half current MC. TTM revenues getting closer to $25m annually. On current profit margin reported that's $8m net income. On a reasonable PE of only 10 we have $80m valuation vs $10m Market cap. Long & strong.

I mentioned it a couple months before. Enertec for itself could bring huge orders. $DPW probably has no cash needed to close the sale.even without the deal $mict is so undervalued $25m anually (TTM) vs $10m cap.

Well yesterday MICT traded ~1M shares.

I suspect many of those shares were bought on speculation that the deal would be announced yesterday or early today. When that did not happen I think many of those speculators decided to sell their shares and are now just sitting on the sidelines. - jmho
