Yes I think that is true. They need to come up with something in the fall or the winter.

Shells and low floater are so out of favor, I have never seen something like this before over such a long time (many months now). This one is both, as long as they keep filing and keeping themselves current which they do right now, I can only wait and buy cheapies, to see whether they come up with a good merger, as we have done on a dozen other shells in the past, sometimes takes a long time, as you said it's absurd with 6 million float to be at 012 but if nobody cares about anything anymore then that's what you get.

Yes 60 days from initial filing unless there is a withdrawel within these 60 days which there wasn‘t. I‘m puzzle what the deal is here but I still expect current any day now.

My understanding, and what I've seen, is it works off the initial filing even if their are amendments. It should've been current by now. My guess is that either the OTCM is really backed up (very likely as it's known) or their is another amendment incoming.

Agreed... it is just a matter of time and that filing was done for a reason , give them some time.. it was only a Month ago and it was a SEC filing. If someone was playing games it would be the normal bogus PR OTC thing .

Recently filed the form 10... Easy 10 bagger if Otciq filings hit and send this current before September deadline. With no knowledge of any merger. So if there is a good merger then sky is the limit. Great risk/reward imo.
