Shaun Donnelly, CEO Mr. Donnelly has been the Chief Executive Officer of Lingerie Fighting Championships, Inc. since its inception in July 21, 2014 and serves as its Chairman. Heis an entertainment industry veteran who has created, produced and directed television series for such networks as Starz, AMI, ITV, Playboy TV, UKTV and YouToo. As the head of Canada’s Mind Engine Entertainment, he has produced several feature films including the recently completed “Gone By Dawn”. Donnelly has been Chief Financial Officer of Lingerie Fighting Championships, Inc. since May 4, 2017. He is the Principal Officer and Founder of LFC. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Lingerie Fighting Championships, Inc. since March 29, 2016 to October 1, 2016 and served as its Interim Chief Financial Officer since March 25, 2016 until March 29, 2016. He served as President of Lingerie Fighting Championships, Inc. since March 31, 2015 until May 24, 2016.
Prior to getting into TV and film, Mr. Donnelly worked in the advertising industry where he founded Stormedia Communications, an Edmonton-based ad agency that specialized in oil and gas clients. It operated successfully for more than 10 years before his television duties became too much to do both. He alsopublished the literary digest Writer’s Block Magazine for 7 years and has worked as a writer and columnist fornumerous magazines and newspapers. Mr. Donnelly holds Postgraduate Diploma in Audio Visual Communications, Public Relations and Advertising from Grant Macewan University.

Las Vegas, NV – January 6, 2019 -- Lingerie Fighting Championships, Inc. (“LFC”) (OTC Pink:BOTY) is gearing up for another busy year and wasted no time kicking off 2019 with the release of their first calendar.
“We had a lot of fans asking for it and decided the timing was perfect to do not only a calendar but also a 2 hour video special,” CEO Shaun Donnelly says.
The calendar features 15 of the LFC’s most popular fighters in provocative poses shot by world class photographers in the US and Canada. The fighters were matched to specific months based on their personalities, nicknames, backgrounds, etc. Former champion Monica ‘Flowerbomb’ Garcia has a reputation as a party girl so was selected to ring in the New Year in a sexy shoot overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. Jolene ‘The Valkyrie’ Hexx is of Irish descent so represented St. Patrick’s Day with her naked body partially covered in shamrocks. Holly ‘The Lotus’ Mei represents May flowers in a bathtub filled with the beautiful floating flowers she is named for.
“When I started contacting the fighters to see if they’d be interested in doing a calendar I was reminded again how incredibly supportive they are,” Donnelly says. “Eleven of the first twelve I contacted immediately said yes and the one no was only because she was already booked to fight in Japan when we were shooting.” When word got out several other fighters approached Donnelly to see if any months were still available and he was forced to double up – and even triple up – some months.
“Next we hired some of the best photographers in each city we wanted to shoot and the end result has been an absolutely stunning product that I’m very proud of.”
The calendar can be ordered at https://lingeriefc.com/shop/ and comes in a digital version for $4.99 and a printed, autographed version for $19.99 plus shipping. The first printing sold out in just two days and the company has ordered more to keep up with the demand. Each shoot was filmed for a special ‘making-of’ video that will be released later in the year.
2019 will likely see the company do two more live events – LFC26 & LFC27 – as Donnelly is currently in talks with venues / promoters across North America. Donnelly plans to attend the SporTel Summit this year in Miami with the goal of securing a cable broadcaster to carry the companies events (which are currently only available on pay-per-view) and find a broadcaster for Season 5 of the LFC’s wild reality series ‘LFC: Exposed!’ The first 4 seasons were carried by Tuff TV but the network went under late last year. Donnelly will be joined at SportTel by sponsorship director Brad Kelly who is confident the company can attract several new sponsors in 2019.
On-line the company continues to have a very large presence and reached more new fans in 2018 than any previous year. Just days into the new year the LFC20 sizzle reel surpassed 19 million views at http://youtu.be/2B9z4erMXF8. It is joined by 4 other videos with more than a million views and the company has nearly a quarter million followers on YouTube and FaceBook. Sales at the company’s official site, www.lingeriefc.com, continue to grow every month with SVOD and subscription sales leading the way.

Q: How will you be going to be generating more revenue for the company in the future?
A: “The two areas we’re focusing on is increased television revenues through a bigger broadcast license and increased sponsorship revenue.”
Q: Can you tell us about any new projects you folks are working on ?
A: “We are currently in talks with several venues and promoters to do at least two more events in 2019 – LFC26 & LFC27 – hopefully to coincide with some sports conventions where we can pitch our show to networks and sponsors. We are also making several improvements to our site and exposing more and more people to our product (reality series & events) on our YouTube and FaceBook channels. We are trying to better monetize our huge popularity on social media and just saw the LFC20 sizzle reel surpass 19 million views.
Q: Can shareholders expect any filings/revs in the near future?
A: We are currently working on our 10K and expect to file on time
"We will still do a couple larger events this year but I wanted to find a smaller home in Las Vegas where we could do a regular schedule of events. Sort of a home base," Donnelly says. And what made The NERD the perfect venue for an LFC show? "It's a really unique bar that appeals to MMA, wrestling and even cosplay fans our kind of people. And it also happens to have a MMA cage permanently installed!"
The first event, LFC26: Booty Camp will take place Thursday April 4 with subsequent shows on June 20, July 5, August 15, September 19 and a Halloween-themed show on October 30. Doors will be 7pm each night with the first punch thrown at 8pm.
The shows will be streamed live on YouTube in order to reach as large an audience as possible. Donnelly has not ruled out the possibility of also airing them later on the approx. 2000 cable & satellite systems that routinely carry LFC content."
