Do not believe that BOTY will do another reverse split, due to the keeping all the paper work up to get into the ROKU requirements... Also, getting public and up to date was done to set up what some believe might be a buy out, or some kind of merger... Also, a $1.5 million buy out and retirement of the 3 billion shares that were previously used to keep the BOTY alive would be a good show of faith to someone with deep pockets...say a company possibly worth $400 million dollars... The BOTY will not run until whom ever is buying the shares has gotten enough...

Also, by the way, what would a buy out by a company valued at $400 million dollars be our PPS buy out valued at? And, what would the $1.5 million investment to buy out the shares affect any PPS value to us investors? Thanks... jmho, of course, fwiw
