I actually believe as much as we all hate R/S that it was necessary. My account is better than before the R/S and now it really has a chance to run with such a low A/S. I still have a lot of shares plus as someone mentioned, these "pinkies" are a little bit of a gamble, but always believed JF will get it done :). LET'S ROCK. Wouldn't be hard to get it way up now with a tiny float which was impossible before with almost 5 bill A/S. $$$LVGI$$$

I pump NOTHING all I do is try to give a little insight from my perspective relative to current circumstances - I NEVER disappear, I'm 70yrs old and NOT in the best of health always.

Joe has done EVERYTHING in his power to make things happen for this FINANCIALLY CHALLENGED UNINVESTABLE company !!!!

He has NEVER had the ability to have LVGI be attractive to REAL investors NOW he does thats all I'm saying - if people want2C what happens when LVGI is no longer crippled by THE TRIPPS then stay around - if anyone is disgusted and no longer interested then by all means leave!!

Well you said in your post this morning you were glad you had very little LVGI anyway - I mean let's face it anyone who bought in mid tripps or higher were down money - all I'm saying is some R/S turn out bad for one reason - there is no support!! That's not the case here here for 1st time there're 2 groups who have pledged to buy stock & support company and its agenda !!! Let's wish company the best and see what happens. Not always. Currently the stock is sitting at .0006 post split. We could barely manage .0003 in the first half of year. Reverse splits are OK if you have revenues to offset them against.

They need to raise CAPITAL for these acquisitions to get to profitability. It is not easy when you relied upon a inexperienced CEO who went out and acquired w/o checking the revenue sheet!

You are wrong - you have less shares with SAME DOLLAR VALUE - but instead of having a TOTALLY UNINVESTABLE STOCK IN THE TRIPPS you have an immeintly INVESTABLE stock at an attractive entry level price with an aggressive acquisition agenda which will yield revenues, sales, earnings and the SUPPORT of 2 large brokerage firms who have already committed to buying our stock and providing funding for the corporate agenda !!! The PPS will rise as the agenda is executed .... LVGID is finally worth investing in and the share VALUE will continue to appreciate - savvy investors like Shanett and Fsshon and many of the other original investors like myself could not have asked for a more solid event !!! z
