DrJ.. There is no doubt the company has potential, with a float of 475,000 it could rise quickly, the market cap right now is about $5 million which is about the same as a pinky shell with nothing in it. The problem here is the zero daily volume and that is primarily because the company does not want to talk about themselves. They moved into a larger facility that they own, they bought out Harley Davidson electric bike division, they are growing YET they say nothing... and when investors see the zero daily volume they know if they buy they will get stuck in a position with no chance of an exit.
I have been in this position for about one year and I am 35% under water and no daily volume, so here I am, whether I want to be or not I have no choice.... sitting on 10% of the float
We need to see a reversal in attitude by the company and they need to understand they could go to $10 a share very easily and that would give them more leverage if they wanted to borrow money... which is what going public is all about, use your shares as collateral to grow.
Everything is in the hands and the attitude of Rob Provost, if he started talking to his market I would put on a grass skirt and turn into a pom pom girl on this one, it has that kind of great potential, it just needs eyes on it.
Been reading your posts here on Investors Hub lately. We conversed a little bit on Stock twits over the past three months or so. You seem to be discouraged somewhat. Hopefully that will change over the next few months. I would like to think that they are slowly putting all the pieces together and something positive occurs either at the end of this year or early 2024. I am somewhat optimistic that we will be rewarded within the next 6-9 months. The person who introduced this company to me seems to be very positive that this will occur.
Agree it's a great company.
That is why I am not selling. Christmas is coming.
At this point I am thinking of ripping the CEO a new one...could not sell if I wanted to, there is no market for this company besides it has too much potential to sell down here.

That is great news! However you will notice it is not a company press release, which is the major problem with this company... They do not address their market...
The company is growing, the share structure is tight (I hold 8% of the public float) and yet they will not tell the world about what they have. This could very easily be a $2 to $5 stock if this CEO knew what he was doing... he runs a great company but as far as telling the world about it... for get it......
It shows in the daily volume... none... and I am about done.

Acquisition will enhance Serial 1 operations with its USA-Based E-Production, Service and Support, allowing for lower MSRPs.
DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla., Nov. 22, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- LEV Manufacturing, Inc. (formerly known as Life Electric Vehicles, Inc.), a prominent E-Bike manufacturer with 16 plus years of experience and Lane VC, a mobility focused investment firm announce the acquisition of Serial 1 Cycle Company, LLC. The strategic collaboration signifies a transformative moment for both companies, amplifying their commitment to revolutionize the E-Bike industry and commitment to build the premier bikes in the USA.

"Switch" Serial 1 Mountain E-Bike
The establishment of Serial 1 as an independent brand in 2020 combined Harley-Davidson's world class product development capability and leadership in two-wheel electric propulsion with the agility and innovation of a start-up brand dedicated exclusively to an E-Bike product. The acquisition by LEV Manufacturing, Inc., a Florida based corporation with vast Light Electric Vehicle manufacturing experience in the USA, positions Serial 1 for even greater success and long-term growth with its expertise in USA-Based E-Bike Production, Service and Support.
With the acquisition, Serial 1 will establish E-Bike assembly in the USA seamlessly aligned with the company's growth strategy. Serial 1's partnering with LEV Manufacturing ensures its commitment to quality and Serial 1's premium E-Bike offerings will be upheld by a dedicated in-house production team in the USA. The addition of new USA based service and support teams is great news for consumers who will see lower bike prices throughout the Serial 1 dealer and sales network.
LEV Manufacturing's industry relationships and decades of experience in designing, manufacturing, and commercializing light electric vehicles, guarantees an advanced product at lower prices. LEV Manufacturing's assembly plant utilizes free-trade zone processes, endorsed by a United States Certificate of Origin, eliminating 3rd party manufacturing, which will result in a more cost-effective production, allowing for a subsequently lower MSRP (Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price).
Serial 1's executive team expressed enthusiasm, stating, "Bringing E-Bike production to the USA is an important next step for the Serial 1 Brand. We couldn't be more thrilled to announce this acquisition with a perfect partner in LEV Manufacturing, which will help Serial 1 better serve our customers, dealers and master distribution partners worldwide. The added benefit of reducing production costs and subsequently lowering the MSRP is a significant win for our consumers and partnerships." Reduced costs will undoubtedly allow Serial 1 to better position itself to a wider demographic as it falls in line with specific competitive price points globally.
LEV Manufacturing echoed the sentiment, emphasizing the positive impact on the market: "This is the perfect marriage of a great premium American brand with exceptional quality driven American manufacturing. We are very excited to add more jobs to the USA and continue to create world-class products with the acquisition of Serial 1. The cost-cutting measures and the lowered MSRP will further enhance the accessibility of premium E-Bikes for consumers."
Michael Volovitz, leads the Serial 1 Cycle Company's sales and service department as Vice President of Sales, and plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for customers, dealers and partnerships alike. With his team's unwavering commitment to expand global positioning, sales and stellar support and service, Michael and his team are ready to assist with any sales and support needs; please feel free to reach out to Michael directly at michael@serial1.com.

Great News
Thanksgiving is here. Have a good one everyone. I have a gut feeling that they are going to give us good news for Christmas.
Just saying!
I expected more news from this company by now. Apparently they've made some acquisitions, but nothing has been announced. They need to report financials soon which should be a catalyst. Do they have an Investor Relations contact?
There is no way a company with this kind of product and no toxic debt should have a market cap of $4.8 million
One strong PR and we are a double or more.

Fine by me, will be adding at these levels while we wait for updates
The problem right now is the company, they are just not addressing the market. It has been public for almost a year and nothing for shareholders to latch on to. Hopefully that changes within the next month or so when 8-k's come out and they start explaining themselves.
They definitely dumped at the wrong time. As I now understand this company has several major developments in process which we should start to hear about in the next month or so. All very positive.
They just have not addressed the market yet, I believe that will change within a month or two. Behind everything that is going on with the move to another factory (that LFEV owns) and keeping up with production I am sure that they will address the market soon. I believe they have a dedicated I.R. person now so hopefully the market will become a priority..
Thanks for the update Mr. Zen. I know this company has a bright future with tremendous opportunity. But, I'm still perplexed at how slow things are progressing.
Received an email from Rob Provost the CEO late yesterday and although there were a few things I cannot discuss on an open message board due to my non-disclosure agreement I can tell you that they have moved to a new larger facility to handle the production load. here is one paragraph of that email.
The new address is 601 Fairway Drive, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441. Life EV is also moving into this facility, which was secured under “Life EV Properties, LLC.”, a wholly owned subsidiary under the LFEV public company. The building is a 37,000 SF free standing building on approximately 3 acres with 15,000 SF Class A offices and 22,000 SF warehouse/production.
There are some developments that are in process and when they are concluded there will be press releases available.
In my opinion... this is a great grassroots company with a bright future,.... ( I currently hold 10% of the float.)

yes you're right. I do know they were working on some things and they now have a dedicated I.R. line... option 3.... went to answering so I did not leave a message. It is about time I get in touch and talk to a live person, I am just hoping they understand the requirements of an 8-K that needs to update shareholders within 3 days of an event, I'm sure they do Rob is smart (but overworked right now). I will try and call within the next day or two.
I would have expected to see more public news on this company by now. Future sounds bright, but questioning when we will hear/know more about their plans.
Spread tightened right up.. $.114 x $1.15 makes it easier to trade.

Why Life EV?
Where e-bikes and light electric vehicles are becoming a leading form of transportation in the World, most e-bikes sold in the United States are imported from Asia.Importing e-bikes and similar vehicles from Asia may carry added duties & tariffs, middle layer margins, increased freight in addition to inconsistency in components, damaged shipments, quality control issues, sourcing delays, and the freshness of inventory as pre-built e-bikes’ batteries age.
The founders of Life EV are considered leading experts in the industry having originally founded the largest USA manufacturer of e-bikes under FTZ production in the United States during the past decade. Life EV, the manufacturer acquired key assets from that enterprise in the year 2020.
Designing and developing proprietary LEVs in the USA and sourcing components direct from the world’s leading suppliers and fabricators at the component level eliminates the middle margins and allows for a consistently higher quality product at lower cost with better availability. Production in the USA allows for reduced freight cost, real-time customization, and superior just-in-time fulfillment with no seasonal price reductions required.

Life Electric Vehicles Holdings, Inc. dba Life EV Group
is a light electric vehicle company, incorporated in Nevada and headquartered in Broward County, Florida USA. Having recently undergone the transition into becoming a publicly traded company, we are in the launching and acquisition phase. Our business model includes the launching, acquisition, and consolidation of multiple brands of e-bikes, e-trikes, e-scooters, and light EV companies to become an industry leader in the American micro-mobility market. In addition to ready-to-ride electric vehicles, we will be a supplier of individual components including motors, batteries, chargers, controllers, and EV parts to 3rd party manufacturers and for distribution not only in the USA but worldwide.
The first acquisition is to complete an equity stake in Life Electric Vehicles, Inc., aka Life EV, a related company that is the majority shareholder of Life EV Group.
Life EV has established its own brand and is a full-service USA manufacturer of light electric vehicles, with a 32,000 SF manufacturing facility in Florida, USA. Life EV holds multiple trademarks and 2 USPTO-approved Patents with additional Patents planned.
In addition to proprietary brands, Life EV Group continues to be in negotiation to acquire multiple e-bike and e-scooter companies in a roll-up fashion having recently signed 4 Letters of Intent to acquire either a controlling interest or 100% equity in these companies.
These companies, upon being acquired, will have their design, development, and production moved to the USA, and eBikes manufactured by our related company, Life EV, under an FTZ process on US soil. The components will be supplied at the direct fabrication level from the industry’s leading worldwide suppliers, allowing for better quality, pricing, and tariff controls. Inventory control, assembly, quality control, and distribution will be fulfilled under the same roof for all brands. This will result in reducing overhead and simplifying production and distribution for each brand.
