Too late for this one now. They should have dropped a Form 15.
I think a nerve was struck.
Once the SEC Enforcement files an ADMIN. Proceeding for severely delinquent Financials it is too late for any company to remedy the delinquencies, and revoking the company's SEC registration is a certainty.

They gotta get filings in or this is toast
LCLP CEO Grinberg and gal cohort Rudman should be prosecuted and thrown in prison for their corruption, lies, criminal activities and ripping off $LCLP shareholders and I applaud the SEC for taking over-due enforcement investigation and action against these rip-off lying crooks!
They're rotten, malicious, self-serving, rip-off, scumbag scammers who all should be arrested, prosecuted, and jailed with assets seized for remuneration to trusting, foolish victims! Where's the SEC, FBI, and class-action attorneys? Disgusting, abhorrent liars and criminal thieves!!!!
I can't even sell my 10,000,000 shares for a loss. Meanwhile, these same clowns are running other tickers into the ground. Ehave, TPIA, Rushnet, Helios, etc... all fake PRs, fake deals, fake products, real pieces of s@#%. Same scams over and over again. I don't understand how these pricks haven't been arrested.
Because pulling the rug out from under us, in the way they reversed the Belfrics deal, I was able to conclude the only reason they would not want to continue is because truly audited financials would have revealed the years of blatant fraud in these companies. They knew this would piss off investors and did it anyway. They knew a slew of criminal complaints would roll their way, one way or another, and reversing the fake merger would only provide them more time to muddy the waters. SEC, FDA, FBI, and the FTC have all been informed. By all signs, these criminals are totally safe, because these authorities are equally peices of human trash that won't actually do their jobs.
Call out the FBI and SEC and others for being pieces of crap. They are the ones that allow this shit to go on. The amount of money they stole from me is multiple felonies, try to do that to my face and see what happens. Cowards.
Beautiful synopsis about a band of corrupt, thieving, ripoff, scam artists and greedy, unconscionable, lying, scoundrels, who all belong in prison!
Remember how the Belfrics "merger" took two years to complete, and then took two days to remove from the Life Clips website the second they would have to provide audited financials. How much did Praveen pay the convertible note holders in Bel coin? And how many shares did Praveen get and dump into the otc? Who were the convertible note holders? (Ben Kaplan? And the others that were mentioned by Huey Long former Life Clips CEO, as being convertible note holders.) Perhaps?.. How much did they sell those coins for into Befrics exchange? The same exchange that was thought to be wash trading by some. Big circle jerk of jerks that need to go to prison. The most cowardice criminals, hiding behind complicated corporate structures, and a regulatory system that is even worse and doesn't care.
I see the metatrader5 connection but no mention of LifeClips which could be a good thing, the crypto carnival isn't exciting investors right now.
Looks like still ongoing operations! Here's the most recent news!!
Holy puck in sheet. How can they do this after wiping out LCLP shareholders? Where the phuck is the SEC ? Oh the CORRUPTION is ridiculous.
I was curious of the same. Anyone know?
Good catch, is Belfrics still an ongoing operation?
Retail is always the last to find out. Strange activity though, on the "Expert (money laundering) Market." I would've averaged down by now regardless of all the uncertainty, but couldn't because again... it's on the "Expert (money laundering) Market."
What ever happened to the following news that triggered the downfall. Seems like no longer showing on OTC https://www.lifeclips.com/news/life-clips-and-belfrics-enter-into-mutual-rescission/?
Was it cancelled?!?!? LCLP!!
Nothing has happened, yet. Unfortunately.
What is the status on the FDA 510K for Cogapps product? That would be the only possible future revenue of this company. Oh, wait..... We distribute single use batteries and have an entire line of "action cameras" and intellectual property to sell, too. Wait. No we don't, none of that ever actually happened. That was all just a fairy tale. A simple FOIA request to the FDA will probably confirm that we actually never filed that 510K or the application was immediately rejected, and they never bothered disclosing that material event to shareholders. If anyone wants to go after these pricks, civilly, that would be the way to go. IMO. Words cannot describe how despicable these people are. I hope you all are nervous, everyday, that your piles of dirty money will evaporate. Even these ethic-less, moral-less jerks understand carma... and they have years of experience screwing shareholders over that will come back on them.
The CEO screwed all of his investors with false hopes and lies! He just sold the billion shares for the capital raise he promoted for the needs of Belfrics expansion only to keep the money that came in from it for himself! Total fraudulent activity!
Plan A has probably always been to run to Mexico. I'm not sure a single business objective from this company has been legitimate. Look at TPIA, and EHAVE inc. They suddenly had major deals fall thru, all within the same week and have similar business structure, one being a Canadian company like Cognitive Apps, all having the same people involved. With management being silent, I think criminal complaints are the only option.
There must be a plan B or C, for management to piss away the investor loyalty and interest without the share price running would be a serious financial mistake.
An update for shareholders would be nice.
At last--the alerts stopped.....now we can go down 49th street in NEW YORK to see all the bunnies and bonnets
Have a great holiday!
It's usually a year SEC delinquency where revocation proceedings can start. Some last up to 2 years, by luck. Doesn't even need a suspension anymore. Expert Market and SEC registrant, they are usually done. Burnt toast.
If management surfaced and became current the run would be substantial but fleeting, if management does this and plugs in a new “venture” the SP will roar.
I cannot believe anyone in Lifeclips management who was sober would pass up this opportunity to make a bundle, dropping the ball now by NOT filing and presenting a road map would be a financial mistake. They were the bell of the ball not long ago and many are still salivating waiting for the second act.
How much time can the company ticker stay in expert market until it gets uglier?
I guess not so fast out of Expert Marker! So much for pulling out now!! LCLP
Don't count on anyone else to act on your behalf. But, most law firms that specialize in corporate class action can be found online and have tip lines. They are always looking for new cases and lead plaintiffs, but this is a small fish for them. Reporting to law enforcement is more likely to produce an outcome. Or, the SEC has whistleblower money, gives out tens of millions of $$$ every year.
Yep I hear there was someone working with a firm now. Unverified but if ANYONE knows a firm that is good and moving on this I would be very greatful if that firms contact information was shared publicly & with me also. LCLP wipe out.
