ACTT is an interesting story I've been watching, but not posting much on yet. Reinstatement at the end of December first got people interested, but people been digging up some interesting information that implies there may be life in this one after all. We'll see.

For anyone following, PBXID is the new symbol for ISAC now, did a 50:1 reverse split. I believe there are only 12mm shares, 2mm in float. Jacquet owns almost all of them, will post info later.

You cannot buy Canadian exchange stocks with Zecco. Pinksheets versions of the TSE stocks as well.

Really, that's strange, not sure why they wouldn't let you. I use TDAmeritrade. Did it say you had to call it in? Either way, on any dips, a good one long term to accumulate.

Results Of Operations For The Three-Month Period Ended July 31, 2010 Compared To The Same Period Ended July 31, 2009

The Company recognized $488,260 in revenues during the three months ended July 31, 2010 compared to $870 in 2009 resulting in increase of sales during this quarter of $487,390. We sold three boats during the quarter ended July 31, 2010 compared to none during the quarter ended July 31, 2009.

During the three months ended July 31, 2010 general and administrative expenses decreased by $18,458 or 15.27% to $102,366 for the quarter ended July 31, 2010 compared to $120,824 for the quarter ended July 31, 2009. Selling and marketing expenses increased by $52,844 to $53,131 for the quarter ended July 31, 2010 compared to $287 for the quarter ended July 31, 2009. Increase is mainly due to $34,938 in sales commission, $8,029 in freight and $7,135 in trade show expenses for the quarter ended July 31, 2010.

During the three months ended July 31, 2010 interest expense decreased by $16,047 or 61.58% to $10,008 for the period ended July 31, 2010 compared to $26,055 for the period ended July 31, 2009.

shreya, hard to say, it's the battle between whether you think it's a sign of a coming R/S or whether you believe it may be a share reduction or perhaps leading into a favorable R/M. Hard to know and I haven't done enough DD to have a strong opinion one way or the other. I would pay attention to L2 and see how many shares are being sold into the run as evidence. Based on all that, you'll have to make your own determination. Hope that helps.

There are a number of scenarios IMO. Possible there would be some sort of amendment filing on the SOS site, although I personally think details of deal would come before that. First sign often comes on the SOS site, in this case Delaware. That said it also possible they would release all the news and make changes all at once. With Homeclick and GFME both registered with Delaware could also see just a straight up merge in filing for Homeclick, if our speculation on merger is true. Hard to know. I like to think of SOS site as a place that can give the first signals, a way to prep or give indications of upcoming SOS filings, but doesn't always hold true.

Continuing to plug some money into GWMGF as I have for the last 6 months as a macro play on rare metals. Molycorp just had a nice deal, Lynas had a nice deal as well, it will be Great Western's time at some point, they are getting all the ducks in a row at the moment.

Here's a stock I am curious as to what boards thoughts might be. I just started looking at it last week and may be to high at $3.20 for people to even play, but definetly curious as to what some of more experienced hands think about it. Any thoughts? This is what I just posted on board:

I almost never even consider or play stocks this high in price, especially that have done an R/S, but there is something about this one that makes it very intriguing. Along with R/S there was a decrease in A/S to 2,000,000 perhaps a signal that they will not attempt to dilute beyond that point.

Only ~ 200,000 shares O/S at last report with 2,000,000 A/S, putting market cap at ~ $650,000. Last revenue numbers we know for Year End 2008 were ~ $70,000,000 and it was listed on Nasdaq as well. With news of new contracts and partners it's clear the company is not dead, if this one even thinks about becoming current again with the valuation at the moment has great potential for a run based on news and revenue IMO. That said they have not been kind to shareholders in the past, we'll have to see if that will change.

I believe it was to document the transfer of shares/warrants from Quercus Trust to Joseph P. Bartlett which was new information at the time. Looking back I do find this information interesting however from their last 8-K.

As part of our previously-reported wind-down in operations, on January 20, 2009, we sold our remaining intellectual property, proprietary software and components, and selected inventory and equipment assets to an affiliate of DUECO, Inc., one of the largest final stage manufacturers of medium and heavy duty trucks in the country. DUECO had been our largest customer and certain of the purchased assets were being used by us in connection with projects for eventual shipment to DUECO. The aggregate sale price of the assets was $250,000.

We have also entered into agreements with substantially all our creditors, including debenture holders, to resolve outstanding claims and liabilities.

This would imply this may very well be a clean shell now. Would be curious to know what the agreements were, but explains why it never went into bankruptcy. Perhaps shareholders/creditors expect to see something more happen with the shell, hard to tell.

Another nice 8k, they just keep checking off the things they need to take care of. Paid off interest on 1st note and Andersen waived his interest payment, a very nice sign. It was one of the last outstanding issues they had to take care of based on the 8K in October. Also like the fact they have the cash to pay off interest, seems to imply some cash reserves and like most of Holtzman related companies they are not looking to dilute shareholders and issue shares to raise the cash . Step by step coming towards a very nice payday I believe for everyone.
