I am about to give up on this one.

Twice I have emailed the company and no response, the one page web site looks like a tinker toy gone bad, the parent company is sitting at .02 and is involved in law suits in half the countries it was drilling in.

They have a Calgary address but are based in Switzerland with Italian management and the financials look like a rats nest of debt.

Think I will just sit on my starter position here for a while to keep it on my radar but I can't justify it as an investment.

Can't believe they haven't come up with anything after the name and ticker symbol change got processed by FINRA.

The Annual Report is due by the end of this month.

Hopefully, they come out of the woodwork after that!

With a market cap of 250,000 and outright ownership in a 1,200 HP drill rig worth at least that this is a gift, I snagged another 10,000 this a.m. on a long term hold.

No, I'm aware of all that. I've been long on this stock for 2.5+ years (since Feb 2022). My original point was that the price action has been stuck in a particular range since the most recent reverse/split back in 2022.

your time line is a little off.
The Company filed an Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation (the “Amendment”) with the Secretary of State of Nevada, changing its name from “CyberApps World Inc.” to “Leopard Energy, Inc.” effective April 26, 2024.

The market cap is 1/4 of the physical equipment they own without land holdings, oil reserves and potential.... it will happen for those that have patience... it is undervalued and unknown.

yea I was talking about the original dump which was a 100 share sell, then other sells came in after that, this is short term sellers from the run up before the name change (I think)

Bottom line here is that this company has just purchased some US based assets and is looking at more, I think they have a bright future once they start to talk about it.
