Jimmy Joe no one could’ve seen what happened with JPEX coming, I’m holding bags just like the majority of people. Frank knew there was a problem but didn’t address it.
Total nonsense. Clueless as usual.
Good luck with your next pump.
Okay my friend thank you
I just read your pm, good to know you are recovering, as am I. I will be back as soon as I am 100% to take on the next stock since everyone is preach doom and gloom. So I hope by then if $GTOR is off the table perhaps another cheap one will be.
Everything will switch to the metaverse.. you're right!!!
What a beautiful dip we had at .0320..
Always helpful to be able to sniff them out and pick them out..
I'm glad you're doing well health-wise..
I am very sorry to everyone for JPEX, Frank did something that screwed everything up. So I’m now sticking to SPACs only as OTC RM’s are very hit or miss.
Health wise i have been alive, however I have been going through treatments for sepsis as I have phase 2. I see you are winning big on $GTOR. I believe everything will eventually switch to the Metaverse. How have you been?
Shorty got burned….
I'm seeing what you're laying down, brother.
CUBT awesome Conix thanks!
CUBT apparently has already STARTED the trials. Answers some of the questions on what they have been doing and what the capital has been used for.
Metformin eyedrops for macular degeneration would be a HUGE market. And CUBT will probably get a partner for big $$$.
Great CUBT news CUBT has news out before the market opens. Clinical trials

$NOUV Frank fleecing investors on it also. Why y’all like this guy?
Great BIO DD Conix! Thank You!
Last year, Biotechs were hot. This year, the sector is not. But there are good companies that are down 70% to 80% NOT because they are not promising companies, but because the sector is out of favor and positive developments are not rewarded with higher prices.
But this trend may end soon.
Did some due diligence on the following stocks. All down big, but with real opportunity to advance their clinical trials.
Fortress Biotech (FBIO)
[Suppressed Image]
Inhibikase Therapeutics (IKT)

Curative Biotechnology (CUBT)

First two are on NASDAQ. CUBT on the pinks--but is included on the list due to a recently announcement agreement with the NIH to conduct clinical trials on their Macular Degeneration

This clinical trial for oral metformin as a treatment for Stargardt disease is a perfect example of bench-to-bedside collaboration between my lab Mitra Farnoodian Francesca Barone Ruchi Sharma in my group testing metformin on patient iPSC-RPE and animal models, and my clinician colleague Brian Brooks taking the drug to patients.
We will soon be launching a safety and feasibility trial for AMD with metformin eye drops, a collaboration with Richard Garr at Curative Biotech.

Playing some beaten up biotechs. You know one of them--CUBT.
Getting the National Institutes of Health to underwrite clinical trials for metformin eyedrops for the treat of macular degeneration is very significant--yet the market yawned because, imo, shareholders have tired of waiting for more news that just this.
And I think that there s more news coming. The quiet period is overdue for being over. Watching this one for more news and the shift from selling by old investors to buying (from new investors). JMO
SBFM was a nice scalping trade this past week. In and out.
And the drama builds...... Crownin now posting as Just-Keep-Trying
is posting about CarJockey2 (guess he misses her, LOL~!) and VeeMost being a scam again. WHY~?
We already know he follows CJ2 around like a little puppy dog. More than likely gets his plays from her Due Diligence.
Now posting $JPEX is a scam, VeeMost is a scam company, and $MTRT he also mentioned as a scam..... none of which is true.
Buyers were hitting the $JPEX ask heavy late yesterday pushing the price up to $0.0025 on over 83 million volume. WHY~?
Things that make ya go Hhmmmmmm.
PS-I didn't realize Frank had such a great resume and also has cut his chops in the market. Thanks to chemist72 got some real insight into $JPEX,
Frank, and Alpharidge. The Fat Lady may be tuning up for $JPEX again.
I like the strength of BDCO and PSWW…
Good Morning what is everyone playing now that JPEX is toast?
Sorry the JPEX merger is not going through.
Hope it will go back to 4 cents first so we can get our money back
I can't wait for the merger
JPEX starting the reversal here, multi-pennies in our near future

Hopefully, Frank armed himself with a top legal gunslinger! You need a bulldog in cases like this.
Yep........ not a smart move there.
JPEX Court Hearing for 3/16/22 VACATED ..https://stocktwits.com/symbol/JPEX
Understood….. I guess for now
You are certainly not unwelcome by me.
Sure, I'm pissed. And if something illegal happened, (I don't presume to know the answer to that, although I am not faulting you for doing so), Frank should be sued and/or investigated by the SEC. I'm not against that. I'm not just trying to be a jerk here, either.
What concerns me is calling Frank up (or worse yet, Hovendick) & reading him the riot act. It's unproductive, possibly counterproductive, and amateurish behaviour. It accomplishes nothing but making us look bad, at a minimum. IMHO. That's not how I want a group I loosely belong to to be represented.
Think of it this way: I'm from Arizona & we have wicked stupid gun carry laws here. I carry whenever I go out, b/c most people here are nuts. Two important things to know up front, though. First, you don't act all tough just b/c you are carrying. You may experience blowback you can't handle. Second, you never draw your gun unless you mean to use it. You're likely to get shot yourself that way.
So practice restraint & forethought & act rationally. But if you need to use it, do so without hesitation.
Wanta sue Frank? Turn the SEC on to him? Well then, why say anything to anyone about it or turn your ire on him for no other purpose than self-gratification?
As Sun Tzu said "Let your plans be dark and impenetrable as night, and when you move, fall like a thunderbolt".
I’m probably not welcome here but thats ok too…. What logical person wouldn’t feel that way at this point about him? I will take it one step farther and say Frank should be under investigation by the SEC.
The chart is all chopped up like most of his tickers. Mistakes and dragging his feet seem to be a scripted theme. Would be nice to see the foreign shorts come in every time something like this takes place. It’s a rotation from ticker to ticker. Fatten the cow and have the foreign shorts slaughter the cow. Gigs almost up though I’m hearing…….. to be continued!!!
If that's how you feel about Frank...if that is how you & LTS are going to act as a voice that represents this board, just sell & go away.
Speaking for myself, I don't want either of you as a voice for this group.
Seriously, grow up. Maybe some respect your toxicly masculine, BMOC actions, but I would hope the majority understand the behaviour you both describe - conducted at this point in time - is juvenile & counterproductive.
Told the guy who is charged with making this situation right to "shut up & listen" & reaming him until hung up upon. I hope you both are FOS, b/c that was just...dumb. A dumb move.
JMHO
Or better yet, call no one. What does anyone stand to benefit threatening Hooverdick now? Answer - not a god damn thing.
Pissed off? Frustrated? Worried? Take it out on the boards. I don't really want Featherdick to make negotiations harder than they need to be out of spite.
Please, everyone just chill on Halfadick. Calling him can only make the situation worse.
This is business, so let's handle it like adults, not bush-league OTCM players.
Thanks

Pissed off? Frustrated? Worried? Take it out on the boards. I don't really want Frank to start thinking "well screw those ungrateful bastards! I'll just move VeeMost to another shell & flush $JPEX down the crapper".
Please, everyone just chill on Frank. He has enough on his plate. Give him a chance to make things right.

I'll make sure he gets the invite, and if it is okay ... I'll join you too!
Can someone invite CyberJ to this board so that he can be informed on other stocks that may run. Thank you guys in advance
Don't worry cos I thought I had lost my whole investment after 10 years anded up making good money...be patient...

A special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) is a company with no commercial operations that is formed strictly to raise capital through an initial public offering (IPO) for the purpose of acquiring an existing company. Also known as "blank check companies," SPACs have been around for decades. In recent years, they've become more popular, attracting big-name underwriters and investors and raising a record amount of IPO money in 2019. In 2020, as of the beginning of August, more than 50 SPACs have been formed in the U.S. which have raised some $21.5 billion.
