If the docs he says are no good, review, correct anything, and re-submit.
It took about 3-4 weeks for all this madness to finally get the money.
good luck, patience required.
In response to my email he said that documents are in website which is not working! I asked him again for solution, he didn’t respond!
What is the email address you have?
TIA
Just sent him an email, will post news here if any!
Thank you for the email address!
News to me. I would just got the docs from the guy I worked with, Peter. He's the financial admin helping all this.
lahostockbuyback@gmail.com
I’m going to start the process!
Is buy back still working? Their website is down?
The IRS delisted the stock. That was the end of the story, we'll, at least most of thought. Until the former CEO finally was able to make good on his promise and the buyback was funded by $8M. I got my money back, and I know most others did. The IRS ruling is easy to Google search.
Two options, either take the write off or cash in the buyback. Legally you can't do both, however, if your buyback $ is still a loss, the the difference you can write off like any other stock loss at sale.
In my opinion, the two court documents that you are seeking do not exist. After the LAHO shares were delisted, a court never ordered the sale of the business nor issued a judgement for the business to be closed and liquidated.
It is best to contact Investor Relations at Lans Holdings about the court documents you are seeking. The company is operating as a private company and Investor Relations does respond to emails. Below is the active e-mail for Investor Relations.
E-mail: investors@lans.holdings
Also, if you don’t know, Lans Holdings has decided to repurchase all of its shares of common stock that were formerly publicly traded from shareholders who still have LAHO shares. The repurchase is to be made through "The Return Treasury Agreement" buyback program. If a LAHO stockholder agrees to participate in the program, "The Return Treasury Agreement" buyback program will repurchase the delisted LAHO shares for a direct cash payment.
Hello or can we find this so that I can declare my losses and thus close these positions in tax losses ????
- sale of the business ordered by the court
or
- judgment of closure of judicial liquidation
thank you in advance
That's fantastic news! So glad they are still keeping their word.
thanks for that. received the money, by bank deposit on Sept 17, so put it to a long drawn out process.
That doesn't mean this us not a scam. Ponsi scams work by pay off complaining investors with new investors money.
Caveat Emptor.
..
.
They you did something wrong, bud. I got paid months ago. I was the loudest proclaimer of a scam on this board, but they came through.
I got paid. Made a small profit. Did you not even try to get your money back or were you never an investor? I called it a scam too, until I got my money. . .
How so? I got paid.
looks like it, for myself anyway. Had to re-sign everything and re-submit (June 25, 2022) Email status requests not answered, except for an auto reply stating I need to re-submit. I cannot believe this has gotten to this point.
Shares were transferred, so I do not know why the delay, out of funds maybe.
LAHO Scammers still scamming...

I don’t know how iHub works in France. So below, is a copy and paste of the information from post #71057.
Update#1- Partial Summary of Years of Postings
I did not follow nor check the discussion board for quite some time (years) on the outcome of Lans Holdings’ plan to relist its LAHO shares. Since May of 2022, my contacts with the LAHO board have been more frequent.
Many iHub members who have followed the board more closely have posted that Lans Holdings decided at some point in time to remain a private entity and that Lans Holdings would not return to a publicly traded status. Although Lans Holdings is currently a private entity, the LAHO discussion board and the MSSV discussion board both note that Lans Holdings has decided to repurchase all of its shares of common stock that were formerly publicly traded from shareholders who still have LAHO shares. The repurchase is to be made through "The Return Treasury Agreement" buyback program. If a LAHO stockholder agrees to participate in the program, "The Return Treasury Agreement" buyback program will repurchase the delisted LAHO shares for a direct cash payment.
According to the posts on iHub, around June 24, 2021, there was an announcement that there would be a future update that would provide the contact information and a procedure for the repurchase of the delisted LAHO shares. Also, the MSSV 8k dated 6/24/2021 stated that: "The Company pay LAHO, by delivery in escrow, an amount equal to USD $8,200,000 (“Cash Payment”), which Cash Payment shall be used by LAHO for the repurchase of all of its shares of common stock from its common stockholders.” In November 2021, LAHO posted on its website "The Return Treasury Agreement" buyback program.
https://www.lans.holdings/
For those who are just finding out, access the Lans Holdings website. Click on the shareholder notice at the top and then click on the Return to Treasury Program link to start the DocuSign process.
For those with feelings of doubt, suspicion, or concern, once you open the DocuSign link (on a desk lap top), on the right of your screen you’ll see, “Other Actions.” Click on that link and you you’ll see a drop down. Click on “View History” and you will be able to track the progress of your submitted buyback documents (when Peter Lundberg received your docs, etc).
People have been posting messages on both the LAHO discussion board and the MSSV discussion board about almost every aspect of the buyback and potentially complicated buyback situations such as:
• LAHO shares are at multiple brokerage firms
• LAHO shares are in multiple accounts
• LAHO shares are in a legal entity, a tax deferred plan, an employee stock plan, an IRA plan, or a Roth plan
• a LAHO stockholder resides outside the United States and LAHO shares are located outside the United States at a non-US brokerage firm
If you have one or more of the potentially complicated situations above, you probably should call the contact person (Joseph Donohue) at Vstock Transfer so you can avoid delays and mistakes before starting the DocuSign process. You should also have a discussion with your broker, your accountant / tax professional, and your bank before starting the process.
According to the transfer agent, there are shareholders who have an insufficient number of shares and who run the risk of not getting approved to participate in the buyback. The administrative processing fee is greater than the payout value of the shares. You should call the contact person (Joseph Donohue) at Vstock Transfer to make sure you are above the cut off number.
According to the December 2021 posts on the MSSV discussion board, there were over 2,200 LAHO shareholders. Many posts on the LAHO discussion board and the MSSV discussion board both indicated that the DocuSign link temporarily stopped working because it was overwhelmed. It appears that Lans Holdings received a “much better than expected response.” The “initial DocuSign subscription maxed out” after receiving “over 1,000 responses and the LFA (Lans Financial Administrator) is working on it now.” A post on the MSSV discussion board stated that they can only complete about 30 submissions a week. Many posts on the MSSV discussion board stated that wire transfers are initiated once a week. While going through the buyback process, people have been posting information received from Lans Holdings, their experiences, their frustrations, their setbacks, and their payout amounts on both the LAHO discussion board and the MSSV discussion board. LAHO stockholders seem to be located in multiple countries such as the United States, Canada, a few countries in Europe, and at least one country in Asia.
The messages about the repurchase of LAHO shares are located on two iHub discussion boards: this board (LAHO) and MSSV board.
I completed and returned the first portion of DocuSign. I am still waiting to move forward in the process to Step 2 of DocuSign.
I couldn't find any thing please tell me in brief what is going on I'll appreciated very much.
Oh, you have a free Message Board Subscription. Since you don’t have the Premium Message Board Subscription Features, click the word “Previous” in the top right corner of this message until you reach posts #71057 and posts #71041 through #71071 on this board (LAHO).
Or on the main LAHO message board, look to the left-hand side where it says "Post" and look for post # 71057 and posts #71041 through #71071 on this board (LAHO).
Also, consider buying a Premium Message Board Subscription for 1 month. The Premium Message Board Subscription has more search features than the free Message Board Subscription.
Thank you very much but how can I find these posts thank you.
For the most recent summary, please read post # 71057 and post # 71067 on this board (LAHO). I wrote the summary in post # 71057. The buyback process for the delisted LAHO shares is slow and there are years of messages from different people. It is also helpful and probably the easiest to read the 30 or so most recent posts from 71041 through 71071 on this board (LAHO).
Hello, can anybody inform me on what is going on with LAHO lately I am not at the States now I am in France I have few million shares with this company. Tank you very much.
It took me 2 months to get the shares out of my IRA to my personal account. From there it took 3 weeks from when they got the shares and paid me $17,569 fees where $250.00 this was in February I can tell everyone they only transfer shares on Monday.
I used this number 561-485-0246 and talked with a sweet young lady named Sylvia. She may just be the receptionist as she was never able to give me much information but said she would relay my message to people who could hopefully help. I last talked with her 3 months ago just before receiving my payment. She said there were many delays. Sylvia is really sweet and I doubt in charge, so if you or anyone else is able to contact her, please be polite and best of luck to you
Thank you for giving a possible reason for the delay and the suggestion to contact them weekly and politely. Who did you contact and how did you contact them?
The e-mail, contact@lans.holdings, bounces back. The other two e-mails never respond. The phone number on the website, 786-789-5758, worked in May but is now non-working and the automated message says “…your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again.”
Any advice on who to contact and how to contact them about moving from Step 1 of DocuSign to Step 2 of DocuSign would greatly be appreciated.
It took nearly 3 months for me to receive payment after all was completed on my end. Getting that money back was one of the biggest surprises for me in trading pennies, and to actually make over 3 times my investment on a suspended ticker. However, I sensed they were doing everything possible to drag their feet and perhaps keep the money. Maybe that was just my unfounded suspicion, but my advice for others still waiting on payments is to keep checking in, weekly and politely, and keep reminding them you're checking in until the money is in your account. Glta
I originally thought most of the people would have been done with the buyback program. However, I am not sure anymore. I think there may be more people still in line trying to get a cash payment for their shares than I originally thought. I think it is going to be a slow process.
For the 3-month turnaround, I think that is the best case and the fastest possible turnaround time. The 3 months was mentioned by the people who turned in the buyback paper work first and literally were at the front of the line when the buyback program first started.
For the 5-month turnaround, see post number 71055 on the LAHO board by Rose. Her son turned in the paper work in February 2022 and his paper work is still making its way through the process.
There were some big payout numbers posted. I don’t recall the administrative processing fee. But the fee was mentioned to me when I talked with Joseph Donohue at Vstock Transfer and was posted by various people. The total fees (administrative processing fee + other fees) seem to vary based upon circumstances such as which broker, which bank, etc. Some people paid an extra fee for rush service at their broker or at their bank while others were not charged any fees. See post number 71059 on the LAHO board by MagoAmado, MagoAmado mentioned rush fees to avoid a 4-6 week wait time to process his request at Charles Schwab. Since I haven’t made it to Step 2 of the DocuSign process, I really can’t say too much about the fees.
I think the process will be even slower than we think because I think a lot of people who turned in their paperwork have LAHO shares in two or more accounts. Definitely talk with Joseph Donohue at Vstock Transfer before you submit Step 1 of DocuSign.
Geezuz that's ridiculous 3-5 months. I got your pm just now. but I don't have that feature
I started the process when I messaged you. Hopefully they pick up the process. However if you say they can only do up to 1000 was a week or month. Then it's going to be a lengthy process
I guess we've Waited this long, we can give it another century lol
They are saying we will have to pay a fee and no guarantee as to how much we will get back. Probably very little if any.
I owned laho in 2 accts. This is going to be different for me.
But I need to getbthis out the way.
Just our luck soon as they finish the process they decide to public again smh
That would suck and I would sue their asses...
I still have my LAHO shares and still in the LAHO buyback process. I completed and returned the first portion of DocuSign.
50+ calendar days has elapsed and I am still waiting to move forward in the process to Step 2 of DocuSign.
Since it took 3 months to 5 months for other LAHO stockholders to finish the buyback process, I assume it will take me the same amount of time.
Hopefully, the process will be complete before the end of the year and this LAHO drama will be over.
Nice thanks for this update. Idk if it's still a thing considering you posted this back in June. Bht I will give it a try.
I been stuck in this thing for years n years
Same here v-stock took the stock and LAHO / Peter not responding to emails about our funds
Not out. They want the majority for themselves.
..
.
I got notification June 1 from Vstock that my shares were released to Laho (Lundgren).
Cannot get a reply from Laho. Wonder if they are out of $$.....
PSA for anyone that has their shares with Schwab. You have to call Schwab and get the physical copies of the shares because they can’t do it digitally. It costs $100 and takes about 4-6 weeks. I paid an extra $50 to rush it and got it in about a week and a half.
I’ve done the docusign, I’ve gotten a medallion and I’ve sent my shares to vstock transfer. Now I’m just waiting for the money to be deposited. I sent my shares about 2 weeks ago.
I am speechless that your son started the process in February 2022 and is still not finished. Your son is about to go into month 5.
After reading through the various messages, I expected the process to be slow. But not so slow that your son’s buyback paper work would still be floating around 5 months after the initial DocuSign submission.
It is a good sign that there are still Lans Holdings staff still working on buyback paper work. Do you think there is a backlog of unprocessed submissions?
I am just starting the process. The only thing I can say is that we need to continue to have patience and be thankful that the investment is not a 100% loss.

So we can get some of our money back or what is it too late whats up
He has had a rough time with the while process.
He signed the docusign in Feb.
Had to call Eturd 3 times because they kept messing up his dwac withdrawal request.
Eturd finally sent him physical certificates so he had to get a second medallion a couple weeks ago. He just got confirmation this past Monday that Vstock sent everything to Lans. But nothing indicating anything further will happen so was very discouraged.
He has hope now that others have posted here and on mssv board their funds were received the past week.
I wish you and any still waiting success with receiving funds soon!
Thank you for the best wishes. I would like to know how is it going for your son trying to obtain the LAHO funds. I have a few of questions such as:
• when did he return the first portion of DocuSign?
• how long did he wait for the second portion of DocuSign to arrive?
• how long has he been waiting for a payment to arrive since completing all the required forms?
Thank You
I will post a summary of what is going on this week.
Good luck to you! My son is also waiting for his funds.
I havent checked here in forever what are you all talking about please explain thank you
Dorckschnott,
Thank you for responding about how to start "The Return Treasury Agreement" buyback program and for suggesting that I look at past messages from everyone to find phone numbers and emails.
The week I found out about the buyback program was the same week the company’s website was down for maintenance for a few days. While the website was down for maintenance, I talked with the Vstock Transfer contact person, talked with the Escrow agent, and went through the past messages. Once the Lans Holdings website was up and running, I completed and returned the first portion of DocuSign.
I’ll update everyone once I move forward to the next step.
Your bank can do the mediation stamp and the DTC number is pretty easy to find just might need to make a few calls and google searches.
Fantastic post for new investors trying to get a refund.
it's https://lans.holdings/.
Garbage in, garbage out.
