Thank you for giving a possible reason for the delay and the suggestion to contact them weekly and politely. Who did you contact and how did you contact them?
The e-mail, contact@lans.holdings, bounces back. The other two e-mails never respond. The phone number on the website, 786-789-5758, worked in May but is now non-working and the automated message says “…your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again.”
Any advice on who to contact and how to contact them about moving from Step 1 of DocuSign to Step 2 of DocuSign would greatly be appreciated.
