Got mine today or yesterday not sure took about the same amount of time 3 weeks and 1 day or so to get the money in the bank very pleased. Appreciate all the help here hope everyone else can get their money back. If you have any doubts I get it but I listed all the steps I took below a few weeks ago if anyone else is trying to figure everything out. Stay blessed have a good one everyone.

Woohoo! Just received my deposit. I was getting seriously doubtful since it had been a full 3 months plus since all my documents were in and my shares were transferred from my eTrade account. I'm grateful the "scam" that began with LAHO has finally paid off

Tripled my investment. It took a while but very happy since I figure it was a total loss. I now have a little MSSV and will wish the new company all the best moving forward

I’m no longer a LAHO shareholder the shares have been delivered to V stock transfer and I received a confirmation email the DWAC Went through.
I’ll update once I figure out how and when I get the funds.
I have no opinions or comments for the MSSV stock.

I started this process Dec 1, 2021. After waiting on the adminisphere until March 9, finally had confirmation sent to Vstock Transfer for request to Etrade to release the stock for distribution. P. Lundgren stated after Vstock/Etrade do their thing, he will send confirmation thru Docusign. No answer on status since March 9. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. I am thinking they took care of large shareholders first, the rest have to wait?....

We have made no announcements of any kind that would indicate any attempt to go public again. We did try after we were delisted, but it was not worth it.

Ok looks like I finally figured everything out on my end.
1st step was going to lans.holdings website and starting the forms.
2nd step was getting the email and initialing documents.
3rd step printing medallion stamp signature form
4th step complete and mail medallion stamped letter to V stock transfer agent through certified mail. Took 4 days.
5th and Final step was uploading copies of the agreement and certified stamped signature to my brokerage firm. Total of 8 documents.
After calling my broker and having them review the documents.
3 to 10 days for them to transfer.
Still waiting on funds but glad I figured out each step hope this helps.

Update mailed in certified letter with medallion stamp yesterday, Friday delivery expected I think everything’s handled on my end may need to call that number again when the letter is delivered.

I’m still on the same step waiting for another email with initials and signatures. And I’m working on printing out the part that needs to be filled out and medallion stamped before mailed in. I think this should be close to the final steps we’ll see.

Still a scam and they're still scamming. It was just a ploy to make them "look" legit. Some turned around and gave it right back to them. A good portion of that 8 mill is going into their pockets. All part of the money laundering scheme.
