Ok looks like I finally figured everything out on my end.
1st step was going to lans.holdings website and starting the forms.
2nd step was getting the email and initialing documents.
3rd step printing medallion stamp signature form
4th step complete and mail medallion stamped letter to V stock transfer agent through certified mail. Took 4 days.
5th and Final step was uploading copies of the agreement and certified stamped signature to my brokerage firm. Total of 8 documents.
After calling my broker and having them review the documents.
3 to 10 days for them to transfer.
Still waiting on funds but glad I figured out each step hope this helps.
