Called the number todsay just for kicks and its sounds like the 1-888 i have called in the past is no longer working , man I have been pro Snrs for a long time and this is starting to bother me whats going on !!!!!!!!!
my thoughts are similar
just think apple has a lot to do with what chin is, dare i say,"allowed to pr what hes suppose to"! who knows
i wait - all my shares are freebies so im not too concerned either
yah thats snrs stock but there are other stocks lol and other things to talk about too lol just trying to pass time
boring day for me today lol
I'm not worried about it but I am not a little irritated with Raymond for promising news and not delivering. His little trick of using words like "expects" and "plans to" are not lost on me. I understand that gives him an "out" as far as accomplishing the stated goal but I don't think it gives him an "out" to not let shareholders know it is taking longer.
FB1,
I'm sorry I don't have PM but to answer your question no I don't have a clue. Really getting a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach and concerned the SEC shakedown may have something to do with it. That being said I don't see how he would think he could come out with this $300 million deal and think it would not attract the SEC if it was bull. Additionally its not like he has changed the share structure so there is really no value in a BS pr campaign. I have seen some shares go out at the 5th 0 but not a ton.
The other side is maybe Chin has just said F it and he will PR when things are finally done and the ink has dried, maybe there were unforeseen issues. Seems no matter what he puts out he gets slammed for it, not like he doesn't deserve it. The last idea I have is he has already closed on the Friday he claimed and has opted not to disclose the information in order to scoop up shares in order to cancel them.
Like I said not a clue and nothing makes sense in this whole thing. How bout you, any guesses? Not a message on the SNRS board since 730am Everything is starnge lately
I'm here but there is a definite lack of worthwhile things to say that have not already been said.
What is Raymond doing? Why does 48 hours mean over a week? I re-read the June 1st PR and the word "expects" popped right up. It would seem most if not all of Raymond's expectations are not realistic when it comes to accomplishing his stated goals.
PS, if Vancouver isn't careful they're going to be the Canadian version of the Miami Heat.
OK BOARD ASSIST MODS -----WAKE THE FICK UP!!!
LETS GET THIS BOARD ROCKING

HSCO News Out Hi Score Corporation (PINKSHEETS: HSCO) announced today that its holding, DMD Lighting and Energy Control Systems, will be opening a Sales, Marketing and Processing office in Somerset, New Jersey. The office will be operated by JTW Holdings on behalf of DMD. This new office will put DMD in a position to more efficiently process orders from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey as well as other government and industrial customers in the Northeast United States. The agreement comes within weeks of DMD closing a deal with JTW wherein JTW has agreed to introduce DMD to several large commercial and government customers, up and down the East Coast but primarily in the Northeastern United States.
"We are very excited about this expansion," said Dominick Falso, COO of Hi Score and President of DMD. "Our relationship with JTW promises to net us a considerable amount of business in the Northeastern United States. We are doing the ground work now for a substantial amount of this work…much of which will materialize this year. I could not be happier about the way things are working out. This business is in addition to the orders that I have been speaking about in previous remarks. I will discuss our actual sales figures in the near future, but as I said, I am pleased with the way that things are working out."
Dominick Falso was appointed as Hi Score's Chief Operating Officer in January of this year. The appointment was made just weeks after Mr. Falso accepted the position as CEO of Hi Score-owned DMD Lighting & Energy Control Systems Inc. Mr. Falso was brought on to bolster the company's lagging gross sales volume. The company is very optimistic about the future.

Just thought I'd add this to your post. :)
I borrowed this quote from another board...
"The carpet guy who invested one million in Groupon in 2008 will see a 4 billion payday soon. You have to take chances to hit a homerun. Those who are not a good fit for pennies tend to worry at times like these. Others profit by staying the course. "
fb1, sorry to burst your bubble but that has been on the site from day 1.
FROM THE WEBSITE
In the News:
Markets for advanced charging technologies (including solar chargers, solar-powered handsets, wireless power units, fuel-cell battery charging products and public charging kiosks), worth about $1.5 billion in 2010, are forecast to grow at a robust Compound Annual Growth Rate of more than 86 percent to exceed $34 billion in 2015.
TTMM does have some positive posts but I don't see any update to the UPS (United Power Solar) site.
To what are you referring?
Am confused. Some guy says there will be a buyback but it won't reach most of us. I fail to understand how that could possibly be. Of course then after the buyback that doesn't reach most of us there will be a reverse split (that presumably would reach most of us) and the pps will go to .01 and quickly fall.
Maybe I missed something in that post but it makes zero sense.
Considering where the post originated I'm not the least surprised.
Anyway I got a chuckle out of it.
The paint is not yet dry. Will be watching tomorrow to see if it stays tacky.
Come on Raymond. Get the lead out.
fb1, if we go to Vegas we'll be awfully close to Newport Beach. It's really not that far. I've driven that route many times but always ended up stopping in San Bernardino where I was working for our Uncle Sammy. It would take less than five hours for the drive.
I wouldn't mind looking for good 'ol Raymond to see how he's doing. I'm getting worried about him. He doesn't seem to get out very often.
Ya know you can find anybody on Intelius.com for just a few bucks.

Flint Telecom Group, Inc. (www.flinttelecomgroup.com) (OTCBB: FLTT), an international telecoms technology and services organization, today announces that it has completed a Letter of Intent to acquire the assets of a telecom company providing services to small and medium enterprises and other groups in the United States. Under the terms of the non-binding letter of intent, Flint Telecom will acquire all of the customers, equipment, contracts and operating licenses on completion of definitive agreements and required regulatory filings.
The assets being acquired are currently generating positive net income of approximately 10% on annual revenues in excess of $3 million. When consolidated with other announced and pending acquisitions, operating costs should be further reduced due to shared common services and network cost reductions that are expected to further improve net income.
Under the terms of the letter of intent, definitive agreements are planned to complete within 45 days following standard due diligence at which point Flint Telecom will have to provide a $100,000 non-refundable deposit to move to closing. The agreed purchase price for the assets is $1 million in cash with a further $250,000 at closing with the remaining balance spread over 14 months from closing.
In 2010, Fierce VoIP magazine quoted an In-Stat report stating that VoIP penetration will double by 2013 to 79 percent from about 33 percent of companies in 2009. Broadband IP Telephony revenue will also double by 2013, In-Stat said, fueled by single user applications as well as the mobile workforce.
Vincent Browne, Chairman and Chief Executive of Flint Telecom Group, said, "This continues our stated acquisition strategy to achieve our target of ten acquisitions this year, creating a highly profitable business unit delivering integrated voice, data and wireless services to small and medium sized enterprises with profitable annual revenues in excess of $20 million. This deal comes on the back of our first Form-S1 filing, in conjunction with our Kodiak Capital equity line, being made effective. With that milestone achieved, we can now show prospective acquisitions and customers that we have access to sufficient capital over the next two years to fund operations and strengthen our balance sheet. It will also free up management resources to concentrate on completing this and previously announced letters of intent that have been delayed due to the current Form-S1 filing process."

How To Profit From a Short Squeeze
Inside the Numbers: Profiting From the "Short Squeeze"
By Brad Briggs
March 12, 2010
http://www.investinganswers.com/a/inside-numbers-profiting-short-squeeze-1088
The short seller is the one trader most investors love to hate. Often misunderstood and maligned, the short seller profits when prices fall rather than rise. This doesn't earn the short seller much popularity with most investors (who usually buy a stock hoping it will rise), but it can be a very profitable strategy.
Here's how it works: A short seller thinks a stock's price will fall, so they borrow shares from a broker. They then immediately sell those shares and gets the cash from the sale. At this point, the trader officially has a "short" position in the stock. If the trader is right and the share price falls, they must decide when to buy back the shares at the lower price and return them to the broker. When they do that, the trader pockets the difference from when the shares were originally sold.
If enough short sellers pile on against a stock that's declining, prices can be significantly pushed downward. On the flip side, if short sellers are wrong and a stock begins to rise, a beautiful thing happens for all the "longs" (investors who buy a stock and expect its price to rise) -- short sellers begin to "cover," or buy back their shares. This causes the stock to rise further, forcing more short sellers to cover. If the stock stages a significant rally, it can create panic buying by shorts, causing what is known as a "short squeeze." Of course, this can mean strong profits for investors holding the shares long.
Before we look for stocks that could benefit from a short squeeze, it's important to understand a key metric -- the short interest ratio. This is found by dividing the total number of shares being shorted by the average daily volume of shares traded.
For example, if a company has 2 million shares short and an average daily volume of one million shares, then the short interest ratio is two (2 million / 1 million = 2), meaning it would take two average days of trading for all the shorts to cover. Therefore, a stock with a ratio of, say, eight, would mean that it would take six more days at average volume for shorts to cover than a stock with a short interest ratio of two. But it also means that if a short squeeze does occur, the rally could be much stronger since there are so many more people selling short.
time for bed boys and girls!! see yahhhs inda mornin time
beer and juice beerr and jucee beeree adn juseee!!
fb, no more PM's my man..Not giving Ihub a dime of my dough. To answer your question, I think we are golden...Chin is certainly taking his damn sweet time but I do think that this is legit...Now more than ever since GSLO is down for the count...Anyone who thinks that SNRS hasn't been looked at by the SEC is delusional...I wouldnt be surprised if SNRS and GSLO were looked at simultaneously..So many peeps have written the SEC and think that the PR's are very suspicious, there is no way SNRS was over looked..Plus, I do feel that Apple would have spoken up by now if they were not involved in some way or another..More delusion if peeps don't think that they have gotten wind of SNRS..Enjoy the weekend...
