Rood: "It's been more than four months since our founder and my longtime friend, Denis Costa Tseklenis, suddenly passed away. During that time much has happened while little to no news has been released. Although these times have been exceedingly difficult, our shareholders must be kept informed. After Mr. Tesklenis' untimely death, I began to inventory all aspects of KORE that were Mr. Tseklenis' responsibility. yeah many companies do that , theyshow a low float, then when they've suckered enough people in the all of a sudden issue authorized shares and the dilution will start and price will start dropping seen it way too many times, i will call him.

nope, but total outstanding shares are less than 5M

He needs to file Form 4 insider trading in order to purchase or sell. He also needs board authorization. He has done neither, but did mention that he'd be interested in passing a resolution in order to buy.

I talked to CEO, Denis C. Tseklenis. He says there is no reason for the recent dip in this stock. It's trading at its all time low, and the only news pending is good news. He says the book value of the stock is $4.50/share, and that he recommends buying even at $1.50/share.

It looks to me like someone dumped a lot of stock on low volume, and that this company will easily recover with some new money.

The price/sales is only around 2, and the moving 200 day average is $1.03.

This stock should double in the next month or so. Good luck
