KGKG#$$: Hey JuneBugs, i can't wait to get my hands on an additional 10million of these puppies. Come November i will be upgrading my residential Zip Code. Shorts about to be toast.
KGKG#$$: Hey Bulba, the Buggyman tried to to wipe us out on a down day. But have no fear , the Loin Puppy has been working out in the gym , getting ready for his Run. 7come11 Babe, Hit me! Roll-D-Dice. End of June we will be at $.01 , mid August $.05
Hot day in NE Wisconsin. Just enjoyed a Peach OOH LA Lemin & it was delicious just like you said oakhill3. No after taste & no sugar added. Great product, we have two stores where it is readily available. Time to restock the fridge. My wife likes the sparkling Cucumber Watermelon but I enjoy 16 ounces of Peach OOH LA Lemin with lunch all to myself. Go KONA GOLD: KGKG
Agree with you both. Until Ooh La Lemin came along there wasn't a canned lemonade I could stand the taste of. ALL of the others taste odd to me, and leave a yucky aftertaste. This is a great product. Unfortunately nowhere to be found in my neck of the woods, so stuck ordering online.
Debt ceiling? What debt ceiling? Print some more money and add some more pork to the budget. Current debt is over $80K for every man woman and child in the country. Spending has to be cut, and taxes have to go up on the wealthy and capital gains. Congress will kick the can down the road for another crisis in two years.
You nailed it. Those almost free shares, being flipped for pure profit. In the future, they may regret selling them so cheap.
My dad got options from his company, for thirty years, when they matured, he would sell them for beer money. Had he kept them, they would have been worth over $5M.
actually volume is not bad at around 6.3mm 30 min into day.
Support at .0024 with 3 mm on bid, but also continued selling with 1.4 mm on ask.
This is continued insider and co sells with dilution for all others.
No real volume, to speak of, though. Looks like somebody is trying to talk up a run, that isn't going to happen. Not you.
so far large blocks selling at .0025
Still haven't found any in Oklahoma; had a surge in DFW Metro Plex, and Arkansas and Tennessee are picking up stores on a regular basis. West coast distribution is moving slowly, with new locations stagnant.
Going to need a lot of buy volume. Hope you’re right and it shows up
KGKG#$$: Hey Bulba and JuneBugs, put on your good snickers . This Long Legged Puppy is getting ready to Break it's Chain,Leap and go on an Epic Run North. Markets will be looking at a close today @$.0032 or more on the road to PennyLand.
Yeah, that underlying chemical taste is weird. Started a radius search for Walmart stores within 60 mile radius of all distributor locations. List consists of 671 stores.
Minute Maid needs to buy KGKG. Minute Maid quality is very poor. I've have had Minute Maid lemonade. It taste like chemicals. It has a weird taste and does not taste like lemonade.
It is my guess that RC and a future buyer already has a scheme to hand over leadership to a conglomerate. Once our product gets to main stream, people are going to start clamoring over KGKG. I can see a fight over who will own the company. IMO
Coke owns Minute Maid.
Does Coke have a lemonade aide beverage? They need to stay ahead of Pepsi. Now it is time for this to happen! IMO
its just math.
debt. obligations. margins. costs.
i dont doubt a possible run to .02, but the share structure ( and transparency) has to change to be meaningful for investors.
It is clear ( to me) that mgt is squeezing all it can from current shares to fund operations.
At some point an RS, fold into a new shell, or something like will happen.
The next qtr HAS to show exponential growth, with improved bottom line to consider any real opportunity.
right now, it is, as you say, a 'hope' spec.
Updates to a few charts posted on Twitter, and the map has been updated with more Kroger locations.

It seems to be impossible but somehow things are going to pan-out. It is my hope, yes my hope that there will be a buy-out then an IPO.
Well you never know. On the other hand the CEO could embezzle all investors money or do a RS. I also hope the get professional assistance in dealing with the share issue.
I can tell you s RS is for scam or failing company's wanting restructure share in order to start the scam over and over again
I think Coke bought a small beverage company and renamed it Monster beverage in 2015. If it wasn't for Coke, that small company would still be what they had been doing for I believe 88 years.
So it is possible. IMO
the problem with that is a .05 value with 2.4 bil shares would suggest a cap value of 120mm.
Given eoy sales at 10mm, likely still operatimg at a loss, hard to make that case.
I wish KGKG would sell the half gallon plastic jug of their lemonade in the cold beverage juice section of the grocery stores. Buying cans can be time consuming when you can buy a larger size.
The "Simply" brand has their product in half gallon plastic jugs located in the cold refrigerator beverage section of the store.
We should have with pulp and without pulp.
I believe we are going to do well.
IMO
I agree with you on the dilution. I believe KGKG product offering was too small. They offered drinks with a CBD and that catapulted stock price at the time.
Well, this is a new day and KGKG product offering is way more varied. Once they tout the Kona brand for dehydration and good health plus the lemonade products, we will run. Maybe not to .14, but .05 to .08 cents a share. IMO.
Pick 'n Save and Metro Market are under the Kroger umbrella. I have merged them in my database under a single Kroger table, and in the map, as one layer. The Kroger conglomerate has about 2,400 stores, branded differently across the country. My search of Kroger's ~600 stores, in the 12 states that have been announced, turned up an additional 32 stores. Will run the rest of them soon. Restructuring queries for the merged results and will post new charts soon. Will be moving the searched (none found) lists to another map. Now 480+ stores, in all chains that I am tracking.
? around the same time a co by the bane of Kona Gold ran from .002 to .14-.16.
Those of the time that exited near highs did very well.
Since that time the course of share value has mimiced ngtf by a continuous share value slide.
But also any hope of serious major move w KG is limited by the continuous dilutuon.
Now ngtf has 200mm authorized w float of about 75 mm.
KGKG has 2.5 bil ( soon reporting much higher i think) and a float of 2.1 Billion.
Thats over 25 times ngtf.
A one time spike is not a model for what to expect w Kona
On or about Apr 2019, a company name Nightfood Holdings (NGTF) finally went to .80 cents a share. They produce better for you snack food (ice cream and cookies).
KGKG is producing the same category of foods (better for you). In this case, soft drinks. In my opinion, we could, this year, see these prices of KGKG if they bought their own shares back or a conglomerate buys the company. KGKG is bullish and will mimic NGTF in stock price if things go as plan. IMO
KGKG#$$: Hey JuneBugs, one more thing. Keep in mine that in another 2.5mths from now you will be able to upgrade your housing zip code. Bring it Bulba.
KGKG#$$: Hey JuneBugs, one more thing. Keep in mine that in another 2.5mths from now you will be able to upgrade your housing zip code. Bring it Bulba.
No, I am not trying to catch you into saying something that is not true. It's just that the document is very big and sometimes it takes me a while to interpret what it is saying. I appreciate your input.
I hope we get a good run out of this one. I am locked and loaded. I don't have as many stocks as some of the investors on this board but looking for success from Kona.
GLTY
KGKG#$$: Hey Bulba and JuneBugs, Have a pleasant and safe long holiday weekend. We will chew on this bone next Tuesday. Next week we returns to the $.003's on the Road to PennyLand. Yes MaryJane, this Long Legged Puppy is getting ready to Break it's Chain,Leap and go on an Epic Run North
Not that I see , but its the most common reason for filing one, which is why I put a question mark for uplist or IPO. So if you are trying to catch me at saying something that is not true, I posed the question not the answer.
I don't claim to be an expert, just trying to give some input from the filing. GLTA
So an uplist or IPO is not listed in the document. IMO, they are allowing them to buy cheap shares in the future.
This is where a large conglomerate will step in and negotiate with the holders of the warrants. Investors need to ensure KGKG is funded by a well known beverage maker.
Actually as i understand KGKG is giving Mast Hill use of 56 million shares for Mast Hill fund..
The warrants to buy shares at (.0045 ) ., Over a 5 year period. Now that I have had some time to digest. But something up, the money will come in handy without a dilution to shares.
That is a pretty large document. Where does it say that? Thanks
S-1 filed on the 22nd, I missed that one. uplist/ IPO coming ?

Kroger, and subsidiaries, list consists of 1929 stores in U.S.
The search begins.
Every one of those, except Ruler, will allow me to search for inventory. Pulling store info from 501 cities, covering all of the Kroger chains. Will probably end up with a list of over 1400 stores.
Yeah, it does that. Watch it bounce off .0031, multiple times again, next week.
Will check Albertsons at some point.
https://local.albertsons.com/
KGKG#$$: Hey Bulba and JuneBugs, yes come Mid-August there will be alot of Shoulda/Woulda's showing up. He,he,he.
None found in 183 Ralph's stores in California, or 115 Kroger stores in Tennessee.
KGKG#$$: Hey Bulba and JuneBugs , i foresee this Long Legged Puppy @$.01 a month from now and $.05 2.5mths from now. Don't be a Shoulda/Woulda's. This Puppy is getting ready to Break it's Chain,Leap and go on an Epic Run North.
Thing that bugs me is when a Walmart has it, and you search for ooh la lemin, pretty specific, sometimes you have to scroll through two pages to find it, take the Missoula, Montana store as an example. Are the big players like Minute Maid paying extra for ranking toward the top of search results, or is Walmart's algorithm basing it off total revenue, by brand? Not sure why results are shown the way they are.
It’s a great opportunity for the company to buyback if they appreciate investors:)
I understand skepticism about information posted on message boards. It was my skepticism that caused me to launch the locator map. I welcome everyone to click through some stores and search the retailers own websites for stock. My updates are done every couple of weeks and are a snapshot of inventory when the check is done. The History word is capturing every flavor seen at each retailer and sticks, if quantity comes up zero on subsequent checks. It is an attempt to track the flavors that each location has had on the shelf, over time. Not a perfect metric but allows for stores that only carry one flavor, to not be zeroed out of the map, for running out of stock. For the programmers out there, the History is the decimal equivalent of a 10-bit word, one bit for each flavor.
Wouldn’t be surprised at all if there’s a nice little run once the company ends their recent 6 week silence. Assuming the updates being posted here are accurate, there should be a decent amount of restocking and territorial expansion occurring.
My guess is that they work their way up to that 10B number of authorized shares first. A R/S seems to be inevitable if the company survives, but could be a few years for that to happen
Hi guys, here a is a noob question.
I don’t understand much in all this fillings, but what is your honest opinion, will company do a RS? At this price I see a good point of entry. Thanks!
Your time and research is greatly appreciated. Thanks
