It seems to be impossible but somehow things are going to pan-out. It is my hope, yes my hope that there will be a buy-out then an IPO.

Well you never know. On the other hand the CEO could embezzle all investors money or do a RS. I also hope the get professional assistance in dealing with the share issue.

I can tell you s RS is for scam or failing company's wanting restructure share in order to start the scam over and over again

I think Coke bought a small beverage company and renamed it Monster beverage in 2015. If it wasn't for Coke, that small company would still be what they had been doing for I believe 88 years.

So it is possible. IMO
