To continue to release announcements of new or renewed contracts only supplants the position the company has already arrived at a financial position with someone. I’ll reiterate that these firms don’t sign contracts with an open end delivery date. The new CFO has been silent which could be because of confidentiality agreements. So I hope. With pending RS the share price looks like a balloon though it is really a fake number. So much for that. The MM are IMO only manipulating the stock presently accumulating for their own good. It’s easy to do with penny stock. I also think the short position will close dramatically before board meeting as a financial arrangement announcement puts them in jeopardy of taking a big hit. Keeping my fingers crossed. Ha ha.

Z this darn thing is like a time bomb. If one remains long IMO the upside is substantial. The MM are playing games and if pressure with ‘buys’ increase dramatically they will be forced to let it run and shorts burned. I’m considering buying just a few hundred @ .40 to see what happens.

It’s a nice read as a recap of what has previously been released. The question remains, for myself, where will the funding come from? Contracts signed yet huge backlog. The corporate entities mentioned would not have signed without a delivery date. It’s roll the dice time. This should be well above $1 with all the news. At these current levels one would think buyers would be jumping in with two feet. The result is PPS going vertical.

The ‘shorts’ have played havoc with this since day one. The IPO price was probably $5 higher than it should have been. Valuation didn’t read $10. Therefore the ‘shorts’ had easy time picking us apart. That being said, it would be nice if they gave investors an update on the lawsuit filed specific to shorting KSCP. I personally think and it’s redundant, the company has clearly secured a financial source to fund new contracts. There will be no announcement until post shareholder meeting where we get rear ended. If I’m accurate, within twelve months we could recoup our losses and make a profit. The cards will be played soon enough and if capital infusion takes place we are in good shape, and if not we are screwed. Best to all

After reading the filing I believe current management is preparing company to be sold. They put forth most activity for one year and of all damn things, excuse fiduciary accountability. That I haven’t seen. The RS up to 50:1 is mind boggling. I have just short of 75k shares and averaged down to mid 50’s. The entire cause and effect is to prop price up to $4-5 and have onlookers jump in. So many significant contract recently signed, outside dollars are waiting. Hoping I’m correct with infusion of capital and we will all win within 12-15 months

Z how can day after day the company announce new, and occasionally significant contracts, and PPS drops further. They don’t have cash flow to build machines yet ….. somewhere in the background there has to be a predetermined cash cow that is / was willing to supply dollars with the assumption contracts signed. I also don’t see where the lower PPS benefits anyone unless stock warrants from past become exercisable at lower cost. Your thoughts?
