We need at least every 6 months a shareholder letter, otcmarkets.com should be updated with a company description, share structure and website.
And they should not hide many officers who work for columbia-capital.com because this is obvious Kbridge´s business.

More details are needed because otherwise market doesn´t understand where the revenue exactly coming from and all these things are the reason why stock is undervalued. They should act responsible as a publicly traded company!

I will add to my position if anyone gets impatient and wait for next filing, but they need to change these things.

That is an old number and no longer related. Lindsey Shin is no longer there. The contact who was there stated that this office use to be shared with several corporations and is no longer shared and the individual I talked to use to work for Fission Uranium until 2007 when it was bought out. He did mentioned a contact Collin Kim who use to work for Gravis who was the liaison between Fission Energy and KEPCO.

Can you help you more we need to do more digging.

So, we Three have around 20% of the float - where are the other 80% ? Did somebody got it already ? I'am still "waiting" since 1.5 years without any bad feeling and even if it needs another 2-3 years I don't care about - as long as I don't have a private break Down. This is too much for a low floater. Small orders only, otherwise you scare only potential buyers. This is not a stock with hundred million shares outstanding.

Well if no one else helps to get more liquidity, i will cancel my order too and then you see what will happen. I don´t think it´s fair if i´m the only one who tries to help to get more liquidity and make the stock tradable!

Well it will add to the fire works when we get an update and it goes up 1000%! PSPW was like that for years when they only had a 8 million share float. Now its like 35-40 million shares. Yes you are in for the news or you might go bust because it so thin. Not sure. This year 10k will inform us of anything that might be happening besides the potential nuclear deals.

We don´t know who the buyer is. If there are absolutely no shares below .50, buyer gives maybe up. The float is locked, but stock needs liquidity to run in case the reason is not the company.
I do it only to help, i hold 331k shares.

If company is active and successful like all the other companies they have partnerships with, this will trade multi dollars.

But as long i don´t see a sign this will happen, i try to help to make it tradable because it really looks like it´s not tradable after i bought 10% of the float.

Really? I dont have level 2 trading to look at pre buys and sells. From my experience the MMs ussally have bids in between not shown on level 2. Wish we had level 3 like them! Well I am not selling my shares until we get a news update and this runs to dollars!!!! I only have 40k shares

You think we will be getting an update in the next few weeks or months? The small nuclear reactor deal is still a BIG chunk of change. Hoping this company is involved in some capacity. If they can get like a 30 million dollar contract at 25% profit margin that would push this to dollars.

This could be a home run with the involvement of the Saudi government and KEPCO. I saw that you discovered another low float stock. I admire that you have been playing pennies for 25 years. I have been doing it since college in 1999 of course then it was blind luck as anything you bet on went up because of the 4 fold increase in money flow from the Bill Clinton Roth IRA passage in 1996. You probably have seen a lot of the greatest runs like XLA back in the day that went from 0.05 in 1998 to $200.00 and 4 splits by 2000 which was another very low floater like 10 million O/S.

I am curious if you could review my analysis on another energy stock in which it appears the insiders are converting shares for debt indirectly thru their subsidiaries. Maybe you can network and search others areas and find more information but basically the company I am interested in is Falak Holding Group out of the UAE. Recently this company was approved by Structured Financial out of Phoenix for a $3 billion dollar credit facility for renewable energy projects. The hard part is determining where they may invest the money and through which channels. I speculate that they will fund 3Power but until then its speculation and it may not happen. The same people that run Falak Holding Group also runs 3Power which has done most of the work for 7 large hydro dam projects in Albania. They have everything done except the money part, concessions from the government, design, contractor consortium lined up, and sites located and a fully completed bankable feasibility study. However its been dormant with no updates for 2 years. Structured Financial who arranged the credit facility with 4 major banks states this money is for renewable energy projects in the US, UK and Albania but due to confidentiality agreements wont say anything more.

The only hope that its not dead is trying to read the filings and see if these insiders have indeed been converting some of the debt they pay in cash into shares. I think I uncovered that the Falak Holding Group and insiders has indeed quietly secured a 56% stake in 3Power but I would like your opinion.

On the news of Korean-made nuclear reactors to be sold to Saudi Arabia, nuclear plant stocks were on the rise. At 9:01 am on March 4, the shares of KEPCO Engineering & Construction were traded at 54,300 won, up 7.52 percent (3,800 won) from the previous day. Other stocks such as Woojin Inc., Doosan Heavy Industries, and Korea Plant Service & Engineering also rose 1-4 percent on the day.

On the previous day, President Park Geun-hye signed a protocol for bilateral economic cooperation with Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to export two small-sized nuclear reactors worth US$2 billion.

Meritz Securities analyst Kim Seung-cheol said, "In the latest Korea-Saudi Arabia summit meeting, the two leaders agreed to build two 100-megawatt small-sized nuclear reactors in Saudi Arabia and work together in exporting the technology to other countries. Given the Middle Eastern nation plans to build 12-16 reactors in the future, this is a big advantage for Korean builders to win additional orders."

He added that the stocks that would benefit most from this would be KEPCO Engineering & Construction and Korea Plant Service & Engineering. The consortium encompasses four members including Korea Electric Power Corp., Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power, and Korea Nuclear Fuel, as well as Korea Plant Service & Engineering.

One way to put this on every bodies radar is if management bought 200k-300k shares on the open market and filed a form 4!!! Then people would be buy in anticipation of something good coming down the pipeline for sure!

Best thing management could do is update the OTCBB company information and set up their company with the TA! Cross all of the bells and whistles!

This company is also a prime for a reverse merger candidate!

Yes BMMCF gets accumulated and there is probably a good reason for it.

It´s possible there is no volume today because there are no shares and if the person waits a day, maybe then there are more shares. He did the same two days ago when we had only 600 share volume.

He whacked 500 share into bid and thought maybe then he gets more shares.
Did not happen, but now maybe shareholder who waited long get impatient if there is no buying. If i want to accumulate and there is enough time, i would not buy the 22k and wait a bit until there are more shares.

Probably a guy not expecting it to go that high yet or MM games. I notice there is a 125k buy bid sitting at 0.03. Whoever is doing this is planning on accumulating for a bit. 25k to push past the 0.08?

I do not expect much buying till this afternoon. That would be the consistent pattern. Someone wants more though which is good. Maybe this will get noticed and people start buying into it.

The 173k order at .5075 i would cancel. Only someone who doesn´t want to sell would do it. This is a low floater, it should go up with small trades and there is no reason to block the ask with shares worth $88200.

What i have noticed, all the companies which are connected were acquired in good deals for shareholders. Fission Energy by Denison Mines 2013, Strathmore by Energy Fuels 2013. The third one doesn´t count, because Gravis Capital Corp. was a private company.

Only 2-4 people accumulated shares, market cap $1m still very low.
Nothing has started yet. But i understand what you mean.
Bargain prices are gone.
It should have never traded that low.

I expect it´s different this time, reason is, company has revenue, better people loaded the bargain prices and we have more information about the business and the huge potential.

2 years ago newsletter moved it up in one day from .02 to .96.
People thought there is no real business, no revenue, recently changed the business.... It was nothing more than manipulation of a low float stock.

We are already at .08, complete different this time, it looks like slow and steady accumulation.
Shares are in stronger hands this time.
