This could be a home run with the involvement of the Saudi government and KEPCO. I saw that you discovered another low float stock. I admire that you have been playing pennies for 25 years. I have been doing it since college in 1999 of course then it was blind luck as anything you bet on went up because of the 4 fold increase in money flow from the Bill Clinton Roth IRA passage in 1996. You probably have seen a lot of the greatest runs like XLA back in the day that went from 0.05 in 1998 to $200.00 and 4 splits by 2000 which was another very low floater like 10 million O/S.

I am curious if you could review my analysis on another energy stock in which it appears the insiders are converting shares for debt indirectly thru their subsidiaries. Maybe you can network and search others areas and find more information but basically the company I am interested in is Falak Holding Group out of the UAE. Recently this company was approved by Structured Financial out of Phoenix for a $3 billion dollar credit facility for renewable energy projects. The hard part is determining where they may invest the money and through which channels. I speculate that they will fund 3Power but until then its speculation and it may not happen. The same people that run Falak Holding Group also runs 3Power which has done most of the work for 7 large hydro dam projects in Albania. They have everything done except the money part, concessions from the government, design, contractor consortium lined up, and sites located and a fully completed bankable feasibility study. However its been dormant with no updates for 2 years. Structured Financial who arranged the credit facility with 4 major banks states this money is for renewable energy projects in the US, UK and Albania but due to confidentiality agreements wont say anything more.

The only hope that its not dead is trying to read the filings and see if these insiders have indeed been converting some of the debt they pay in cash into shares. I think I uncovered that the Falak Holding Group and insiders has indeed quietly secured a 56% stake in 3Power but I would like your opinion.
