I'm in from before the bank debacle under JOEZ. Significant loss for me, but I'm still hoping for a comeback. Could be a long wait given my base price, but if they show healthy financial performance and continue to grow per their growth plan, it could happen. If the financial performance is lacking though, I'll probably cut my losses.
I would purchase some of the cologne, but would like to smell first. I am still currently out of this, for the moment. If you go back to prior merger, it's sitting at .14 cents. Good price considering some are in at 1.50 plus. I did check on institutional holders, which are at 24 with a total of 100,000 shares. There were some which sold all of there position, back in March of this year. I do believe that this could take off quick, if volume would pick up. With only 12 million in float, that's not but 4800 investors of 2500 each ( each on in for 9 grand, at this point)
Nice. I'm probably going to pick up some of that cologne as a gift. I'm sure the two of us can really drive sales for this company.
Thanks--I guess I helped the cause this weekend-Purchased 7 RG shirts and 2 pair of Hudson's
I don't know the official date, but the last 10-Q was published on May 16, so I'm just assuming approximately August 16.
Wish I had gotten in on that bottom, about 3 weeks ago
When will the time be right in your opinion? I'm not too confident right now (even though I was pleasantly surprised by the SWIMS acquisition) in this company's growth or profitability outlook. I'm waiting for the upcoming quarterly earnings, since that will be the first full quarter under this version of the company. Even then, it will be skewed by the acquisition.
I'm holding my shares right now, and hoping for a big bounce after the earnings announcement. If the news is not good and/or the price goes down from here, I don't see how this company is worth investing in.
Down .55 cents, with only a volume of a bit over 8,000 shares. People are attempting to play games with this one. Selling 1 share, for another dime down at closing--I mean, really? It's all good though. Drive it down, down--I will just load when the time is right......
YES! That's what I'm talking about.
Differential Brands Group Completed Acquisition of SWIMS AS >DFBG *
Not sure how big SWIMS is, but this announcement has already had a positive impact on the stock price.
From what I have seen too, if you do purchase a RG shirt--it is most likely to be a"one of a kind", within that particular sales region. The RG retailers that I have spoken with, have never even heard of Hudson. I am really attempting to get those, to also consider carrying both brands. Some which I have spoken to, only carry the RG shirts and not the jeans.
I think the merger is just too new. Robert Graham was private before the merger, and Hudson was part of Joe's Jeans. I agree that the two brands are great, but there isn't any financial history for this company that actually tells investors anything about these brands. I think we need a few positive quarters to begin to break out. Also, the addition of a third complimentary brand would be extremely helpful. I hope they are looking for an acquisition.
I was at the Horseshoe Casino in Bossier City, over the weekend. In their retail area, there was a good selection of Robert Graham products. I will say too, that their material is top notch--from 3 to 5 hundred dollar shirts. Absolutely love both,Graham and Hudson, but wondering what's holding this one back..........
I agree, it's gotta get better and we need news. Very low volume, but high volatility. Overall decline since the merger, and no real news since the merger.
I read their investor letter, and they claim that their growth model is to acquire additional small apparel brands. Let's see one then. No news of an acquisition or any other news.
No volume, and someone is attempting to drive the price down. It's gotta get better, but news needs to come!! Love this brand, but wondering WTH is happening...........
lolol...hang in there....I think its going up
Ok...but they're still assholes lol
merger, symbol change, the whole thing....announced months ago
months of notice....everyone knew it was coming
Wow...lot's of notice these assholes gave huh?
Joe’s Jeans Announces Receipt of Nasdaq Compliance Determination; Requested Hearing
LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 2015-- Joe’s Jeans Inc. (NASDAQ: JOEZ) (the “Company”) announced today that the Company has requested a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) to address the Company’s continued non-compliance with the minimum $1.00 bid price requirement and its failure to timely satisfy the proxy solicitation and annual meeting requirements, as set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rules 5500(a)(2), 5620(a) and 5620(b). The Company’s request for a hearing before the Panel automatically stays any action by Nasdaq regarding the Company’s listing until the Panel makes a determination after the hearing and the expiration of any compliance period granted by the Panel. The Company’s common stock will remain listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market pending the conclusion of the hearing process.
As previously announced, the Company continues to work toward the completion of the merger of the remaining Hudson business with the parent company of Robert Graham, RG Parent LLC, a nationally-recognized fashion brand. In connection with the proposed merger, the Company filed a registration statement on Form S-4 that includes a joint proxy and consent solicitation statement and constitutes a prospectus of the Company. The Company expects to hold an annual meeting in January 2016 and, in connection therewith, among other things, will seek stockholder approval of a 1 for 30 reverse stock split and other actions required to consummate the merger. If the merger is approved, the Company expects to rename itself Differential Brands Group Inc. (“DBG”) and has applied for the listing of DBG on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol DFBG.
The Company believes that the approval by its stockholders of the reverse stock split proposal, along with holding the annual meeting itself, will resolve the non-compliance with the Nasdaq rules. However, there can be no assurance that the Panel will grant the Company’s request for continued listing on Nasdaq or that the Company’s stockholders will approve the reverse stock split proposal.

Looks like $0.30 finally collapsed
Anyone know the status of the merger & divestiture of the Joe's Jeans brand? Seems like we will be in limbo until something closes.
would rather it be .50
I think the chart today here is very promising looking over the past two weeks...could be gearing up for another run...with some more support and volume, the sky is the limit here IMO
Well what is the next catalyst for this to move higher or lower?
Yes, I wish you well in your trading.
I am afraid I do not understand your post. Would you care to reiterate?
Very interesting run here indeed. Impressive!
Maybe tomorrow, we blow through .40--just as we did .30! This is just a beginning, due to it now being about Hudson
