When will the time be right in your opinion? I'm not too confident right now (even though I was pleasantly surprised by the SWIMS acquisition) in this company's growth or profitability outlook. I'm waiting for the upcoming quarterly earnings, since that will be the first full quarter under this version of the company. Even then, it will be skewed by the acquisition.

I'm holding my shares right now, and hoping for a big bounce after the earnings announcement. If the news is not good and/or the price goes down from here, I don't see how this company is worth investing in.
