Operating reports were filed 3/15....Any and all assests are consumed by lawyers and filings..(Wash)..I'm not sure what the most recent filing was because I cant access it..Redaction filing? The court filing today shows May 23 and additional 60 days July 22..However the lease hearing is currently scheduled for tomorrow..sorry I cant be of more help,but I try

What did they financial filings say? I thought the POR got an extension until late April?

There were financial filings a week ago and it wasnt pretty,,,Tomorrow 3/23 there are major hearings taking place and I havent seen any new filings saying otherwise..Of course they usually dont post extensions till that day or the following so we shall see.

You can sell, but you cannot buy.

That is you can sell for a low price, but you have to pay much more to get back in. Someone wants your shares, and they won't sell them cheap. So "dump" at your own risk. I am accumulating with bids sitting in the event someone wants to dump. "Someone" always trumps my bid though. Go figure. Who would that be that is so responsive to the hundreth of a cent? MMs perhaps? It is completely possible that this goes to more than a dime with the NOLs and the aggressive stance JLIC is taking to win monies back during the bk process from multiple parties. Holding for better days. GLTA.
