You can sell, but you cannot buy.
That is you can sell for a low price, but you have to pay much more to get back in. Someone wants your shares, and they won't sell them cheap. So "dump" at your own risk. I am accumulating with bids sitting in the event someone wants to dump. "Someone" always trumps my bid though. Go figure. Who would that be that is so responsive to the hundreth of a cent? MMs perhaps? It is completely possible that this goes to more than a dime with the NOLs and the aggressive stance JLIC is taking to win monies back during the bk process from multiple parties.
