Well, it isn't really the shell itself that am bearish on, though it does have its share of problems. I am bearish on Strickland, who is notorious in the OTC realm for doing these junk mergers. Obviously finding a merger is not as easy as you believe. If they were then why are there so many clean shells available and even more of these dirty junk tickers? Most of these cheaper POS tickers get used for pump and dump scams, and coincidentally enough, Strickland just happens to be around many of them.

Sir, you did not give me any information, I went to the OTC Markets myself and I reviewed all the filings to review all the Shares that have been issued over the last 3 years +/-.
The Board Director who has alot of Shares can issue those Shares to a Technology Company or Another Company in a Reverse Merger or Joint Venture; and if the Board Director is uwilling to Unleash some of the Shares to Strike a Deal, Find Talent, JV, RM Company,etc. this Stock is going down in Flames worse than the POS it currently is.
Have a Blessed weekend Man and I am a Senior Business Executive and I don't know what this Board Directors problem is but hopefully oneday he shows us the Company he buys to get them out of the Dungeon it is in.

If you take the information I gave you it should explain the problem!! How could it be easy to find a company to drop in if it has so many shares owned by one person?? This is a very difficult task and investing in this shouldn't be considered by someone who fails to understand that!!

I did read the reports regarding their OTC filings Sir, and thanks.
One thing I am analyzing is why it is taking them so long to drop a Company into the Public Vehicle seeing that there are Millons of Private Business owners selling their Companies in America that could be used as the Monetizing Division to Kick things off!
This guy at the Helm is no Rocket Scientist, he looks like an Accountant type to me but hopefully he finds a Great Company to drop into the Public Vehicle.
Also they have a fairly large OS, this is no slam dunk guarantee but I would love to hear your DD on it.

There are a few things that stick out to me!! More than half the share structure belongs to one person!! He also has someone dedicated to filing and it's almost no changes so it's not costly to keep it current!! Strickland has the controlling preferred but the guy who owns the common has to be paid!! That's the reason he can't just walk away!! He's going to revive this ticker mark my words!!

With Strickland holding a bag of around 1.4 Billion shares, and a decent market cap ending up at around 275 million with a .02 cet pps, his keeping this current would place his earning at 28 million. Seems like a good enough reason to find someone to take over the ticker.
