Why should it move?
Anything going on with this company?
Hey Breeze, I have not seen a post from you for a while. I hope all is well. As for JERT it doesn't seem to be doing anything I just don't know what to make of this stock. I suppose the fact that the pps is above a penny should mean something. When was the last time you communicated with the company, I think I'm going to try and call IR to find out what if anything is going on I'll let the board know if i find out anything. GO JERT!!!!!!!!
Who's manipulating this pile of dung? 101 shares, the transaction was more
Money
Man I hope you're right I still own my 20K just today I was thinking about buying more but no news or info of any kind
The only thing I know for sure is they are still in business, if they were going to RS seems they would have done it by now, the economy is still weak and allot of companies are waiting to see
I plan to ride to bottom with hope that I don't have too.
Wish you the best
Regards
Breeze
Hey Breeze, I have not been paying much attention to JERT, basically because there has not been much to pay attention too. I have not seen or heard of any news, but today some action. Who knows why, hopefully it is some insiders who are aware of news. I hope all is well with you. Good Luck, GO JERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't have any additional information on the company, but I can tell you that we just had a vote for the new board members, that means we are still in business at least for the moment. That also means someone is in charge. You can argue with that and you have to admit, some one is running this ship. Additionally, I think there will come a time when all of the Penny's will melt; have you noticed that there is very little News coming out the penny gallery? that can last forever. I also noticed that people started selling the moment the stock started going up. I am trying to buy more, if I can get it. Today was a big day for Jert, we hit a new 52 week high of $.15 this is the exact opposite of what was happening 2 months ago. I am holding until boom or bust. I have averaged down, to .15 and some change.
Hey Breeze, glad to see your still around, what's up with the company have you found some good DD? I havn't been checking in that much no reason. Here's hoping they get it done. GO JERT !!
what's up? any recent SEC filings or news you are aware of?
I know this sounds crazy, but I have a dream that JERT hit $1.00 but dog gone it, it was a dream. You can't deny that something is going on however, it appears to me that the more people sell the higher the stock price. I still have over 20K and will by more if it gets to .10; I would love to have 50K or 60K.

Year end - people cleaning out the kennels
I put a gtc order in yesterday for a few thousand at .01 but didnt get filled yesterday and not positive that it will be filled anytime soon
In fact, I may buy more, don't know why but if this baby goes up... Life could get very interesting. If it goes down, living could get very interesting.
Somehow, I think many will be sorry for selling this low.
yes, well, some have brokers that don't charge by the trade.
but I get your point.
I have an order in at .01 that DIDN'T fill.
Someone likes paying commisons forvery small trades
Bid is 35k at .03. Some hilarious market participant took 2k at .01 before their competition showed up for the day.
Are we about to go sub penny?down to 1 cent today
Are there many shares available in the marjet to buy? why would someone buy up such small amount at so low a price when fees are added on top doesnt really make sense.
OK, someone keeps buy small amounts, I really do believe this is going to pop one day. And certainly a couple of years is not unlikely. If they can get this boat to float without RS 20K wiill be a lot of money and even with RS depending on the ratio.
I am still very hopeful that they will work through their issues and right this ship. We have been invested for a very long time, extremely loyal to the company even without news, PR's and updates. I hope they will take that into account.
As always, I wish you all the very best luck and fortune.

I only have a few hundred and would like to add but uncertainty is keeping me away and also the spread price is to wide. If a few hundred $ to gamble I might put it on but like was said this could be stuck for years.
Money, I hope you're right, I am still waiting also... I have approximately 21000, shares, would love to get more except for the uncertainty. This unfortunately maybe a year or two away from moving. I have lost too much to get out now So I wait...

Hey Breeze, I'm still here, waiting on something, anything and there is still nothing. I'm ever hopeful that they can get their act together and bring the comapny back from the brink. GO JERT!!!!

This company is struggling to survive let's hope the new leadership can pull it out of this pit
Im not really sure what the property sitaution is in the US but I know from looking around my city in Ireland that commercial property is well over supplied in whats built and then theres a serious amount of skeleton office blocks around. I would just be worried that the US is a much larger country and exposure to loans to with building sites for homes and offices would be very significant in the overall scheme of things dragging us down .
I agree with you dublin, if these are unbuilt we are in trouble, however, i think they should've already gone under if that was the case. They say in their profile, investments include commercial real estate structured finance products, such as commercial mortgage backed securities, mezzanine loans, and B-Note participations in mortgage loans, as well as whole commercial mortgage loans, loans to real estate companies, preferred equity, net leased real estate, we can only hope they have been paid and will continue to be paid and they work their magic that got them to $200 a share and $8 dollar a share dividend company again. GO JERT!!!!!!!!
property market might have hit the bottom but are repayments been made which is where the company gets it cash. hopfully over time a bit of cash will be generated as things pick back up. Just hope the properties are built and ready for occupancy rather then half built or even just sites

Hey Generic, thanks for the update, as you might have read I received no response from the company to my phone call. I still don't know what to make of the company going forward. I have my investment, which I'm holding and will wait and see. The real estate market seems to have hit bottom so if they made it this far maybe they can begin to dig their way out. Here's Hoping GO JERT!!!!!

"THIS HOUSE IS PRE-DISASTERED, ELLEN. WE'LL TAKE IT"! - T.S. Garp
JER Investors Trust Inc. Reports Recent Developments
IRVING, Texas, Oct 13, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- JER Investors Trust Inc. ("JERIT") (Pink Sheets: JERT.PK) today summarized for its shareholders the following recent developments:
-- From the time of its initial public offering of shares, JERIT was externally managed by JER Commercial Debt Advisers LLC. That manager has been replaced with effect from August 30, 2011. JERIT's new external manager is C-III JERIT Manager LLC (the "New Manager"), and JERIT and the New Manager entered into an amended and restated management agreement on August 30. 2011. The terms of the amended and restated management agreement are substantially the same as the terms of the previous management agreement between JERIT and JER Commercial Debt Advisers.
-- The composition of JERIT's board of directors has changed. With effect from August 30, 2011, JERIT's board of directors consists of Joseph Lytle, Lawrence Block and Steve Bartlett.
-- JERIT's officers have changed. With effect from August 30, 2011, JERIT has the following officers:
Lawrence Block President
Robert Phillips Treasurer
William Jarrard, Jr. Vice President
Jenna Unell Secretary
Yvonne Owens Assistant Secretary
- The New Manager is an indirect subsidiary of C-III Capital Partners LLC ("C-III"). Joseph Lytle, Robert Phillips and Jenna Unell are employees of C-III. Lawrence Block, William Jarrard and Yvonne Owens are employees of Island Capital Group LLC, which indirectly controls C-III. More information about C-III is provided below.
-- These changes to JERIT's management were effected in connection with a transaction in which C-III purchased the commercial real estate special servicing and collateralized debt obligation ("CDO") management businesses previously operated by J.E. Robert Company, Inc. ("JER") and its affiliates. As a result of that transaction, affiliates of C-III have taken over the special servicing (previously performed by JER) of loans collateralizing various commercial mortgage-backed securities ("CMBS") owned by two subsidiaries of JERIT that have issued CDOs, as well as collateral administration of those CDO entities.
-- In connection with the transaction described above, C-III purchased the rights of National Australia Bank Limited ("NAB") under a judgment entered against JERIT in August 2011 in the amount of $29,004,598. That judgment relates to JERIT's defaulted obligations under an interest rate swap. That default, and JERIT's resulting obligation to NAB, were described in the Annual Report on Form 10-K filed by JERIT with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 17, 2010.
-- C-III and its affiliates will face potential conflicts of interest in respect of their respective new relationships with JERIT that are similar in many respects to the conflicts of interest that previously affected the relationships among JERIT, JER and JER's affiliates. C-III also will face a conflict of interest in deciding whether, and if so how, to enforce its rights under the judgment it purchased from NAB. JERIT does not have sufficient funds available to it to pay that judgment.
