Market closed Monday.

As for what's ahead... Hard to speculate what the terms will be for any offer on shares to take it private.

The only thing really known, is the CEO hasn't performed well at all, needs to be gone, and hard to have any confidence in his ability to negotiate a good deal. This company is on the brink of bankruptcy, which gives all the power to the buyer in negotiations.

When it went public in 2021 via a special purpose acquisition vehicle (SPAC), IronNet was valued at $1.2 billion.

Now look at it.... Is it worth $1.2 billion? Not anymore.. But could in the future, in the right hands.

I can't even guess what the offer will look like..

Hoping for a couple bucks... Maybe I should say praying.. Just have to wait and see.

With companies that are taken private usually buying out shareholders at a premium..I expect this will get quite a nice bump from .15

Probably double to .30 pretty easily.

On October 11, 2022, GEN Keith B. Alexander (Ret.), President and Chief Executive Officer of IronNet, Inc. (the “Company”) agreed to voluntarily reduce his annual base salary to $50,000, effective as of October 1, 2022.

This seems laughable, considering he took his company public not long ago, and immediately sold off shares, making him over $5,000,000.00

I wonder how the lawsuits are going. I'd love to be a fly on the wall. Such a high level person at one time, to this? I bet the true story behind the happenings with him, and this company, are a very interesting story.

Probably saving money for the lawsuit when your business is failing you cut staff. They will do better as an otc ticker can say and do what they want.

I think the Earnings call cancellation is the main reason for the AH drop,ER was bad no doubt.But usually when a company announces staff cuts the market often treats that as good news since $$ get saved. But the co-CEO resigning(sounds more like being fired) and the call cancellation not being liked in AH.

All I really know is buy a spac get in at Ground level make money and get out their worse then penny stocks. The layers will tie this up as long as they can. They are probably the ones who ran it up! I was up on on this Wheels up and Lucid got out when was down. New game plan buy spac get out the first drop RBT caught my eye today. clwt standing by pre market pump and dump get in get out. CZNI got in at .0001 sold at .0015 its holding at 5 may get back in and RNVA looks to be setting up for something. Down 100g on SPACS 60 on this pos but only 40 in their timeline.
