Things will pick up next Tuesday, March 10th.
Lmao things will pick up on Tuesday. Do you mean they are picking up the pieces
It is when it comes at others expense. Sociopathic behavior.
Making a living is not greed.
Things will pick up next Tuesday, March 10th. That's when Invictus has to announce whether or not it has received any bids towards owning a part or all of Invictus.
It's also when they have to put an ad in the Globe and Mail to let any new possible bidders know the company is for sale or perhaps open to mergers, joint ventures etc. The deadline for bids is April 17th, 2020. If there are no bidders opened to being accepted by voting shareholders, then a Phase 2 of bidding will commence until May 19, 2020.
Also, while this happens, Invictus will be involved in an intensive restructuring period to figure out a more productive path. A successful restructuring could eliminate the need to get sold etc.
All these activities have been approved by the Supreme Court of British Columbia and are being closely monitored by the monitoring group, Price Waterhouse Cooper. There is no room for any fudging of numbers etc. All eyes are on the company as it moves onwards towards a brighter future.
Here's the link to Price Waterhouse Cooper's site to follow the newest actual proceedings as they become available.

Why can't the company prove me otherwise? Not a bunch of morons thinking they know otherwise.
Astonishing!
People can, and likely will serve prison time over this catastrophe. Stock manipulation, false statements, non execution of executive statements etc etc...
Not to mention falsified statements and assumptions leading to investors being manipulated. BEWARE!
My words were solid. Slight typo here and there can be truncated. Many can be indicted.
What a f'ing nightmare.
I wonder what those really intelligent business men, think of Invictus these days
If that was to be the official legal terminology, it should be spelled correctly! "despicable". You wouldn't want them to get off on a technicality!
From a legal standpoint, what they did is absolutely dispicable.
Difficult to argue that one...
No point in looking for answers when the company has nothing to provide except for completely failing in their duties as management and business operators.
Past couple of years have been nothing but failure and over inflated compensation for horrible decisions.
Bunch of morons.
They had it all and duped the investors into believing they were actually being responsible when things were clearly going in the opposite direction.
Recreational marijuana is and will be a big bust in Canada.
Up to 100 companies will no longer exist in 3-5 years.
Just like everyday
GENE.H is still halted.
Just like everyday.
LOL the good news is no bad actors are left in building and Ripa and board of directors have bought some time (with this move) to continue a cohesive direction...that is the plan. Like I mentioned can’t get much worse unless they BK or sell this for nothing and the remaining management decided not to do this. So they are still fighting.
Yepper, that's about it.
Don't bash Dan till it goes bankrupt. If it recovers he will be a hero for driving the share price down so I could have lots more.
You are right there are opportunists wanting this and from what I gathered, a couple were trying to steal it (that’s what happens when there is no free cash flow but valuable assets and potential) Marc and board wouldn’t do it... So I think this present scenario was the only plan if the Management etc wants any shot at recalibrating this and preserving share value in the future. The assets are there, they need final build outs, and leadership direction that board can rely on to navigate this. The whole sector is underwater and for Invictus (it really can’t get much worse) unless they were unable to continue as a going concern with creditors calling in loans. So with this bit of breathing room we will see how this plays out now.
Greetings Third Leg definitely management has shares (worthless at moment). Let me be clear I am just sitting this out and averaged down. Some think I left the board. I went to go after DD at AB Labs that Marc Ripa runs and found he was unable to secure a deal and this is best method to recalibrate. They have some head wind: 1) After digging AP needs new direction and Marc was in process of converting (he has a good plan). This will need money however and someone to take Baton that can build them out properly. 2) Marc is on board but doesn’t want to run this so a new CEO that is good in crisis management and that eventually can secure funding by showing new growth direction and a new blueprint is key to this as there are valuable hard assets here (regardless) of present scenario. Harbir is the best thing in the building from what I have gathered, she pulled this last effort off to hold off creditors and allow company to get through next few quarters.
Some think I might have left the board but I went to Horse’s mouth and don’t have anything to add for now. Will wait it out and hope the Invictus board can generate a new and improved direction. I will say one thing after studying Dan Kriznic, he is a coward and a Charlatan with how he hit the panic button and spent money.
Still no update from Invictus on why we are halted,, bunch of dirtbags
Wow this looks like its been on a trading halt since legalization in 2018???
Yup, dead as a door-nail.
Solid open just stick the fork in us now a get it over with. I can’t watch anymore
That's a fact! Too busy running my own company though :)
Suckers are born every minute of the day.
If you can't see the truth when it's smaking you in the face, nothing will wake you up.
InvictusMD just printed a 10,000 market cap..YUP thousand...Traded at .0001/share...The probabilities here are that the only chance here is for another company to pick it up on the cheap...Not sure if there are any companies that would even want it.
IMO, whether the company manages to restructure or not, its very undervalued.
Oh my goodness we have been hearing the same eerrrrr for over 2 yrs
Obviously the market isn’t blind
Maybe it’s not undervalued and on the brink of going out of business/ sell for pennies
I agree, Invictus has been poorly run. The company will be very lucky to be able to restructure itself well enough to continue business without further downsizing of some sort during the CCAA proceedings. However, there is a great deal of value in the infrastructure that remains.
Acreage Pharms has three buildings (with a variety of licenses and abilities as I mentioned in my last post). AB Labs has another two buildings (with cultivating and sales licenses also). Phase three at AP is built to EUGMP Standards although is yet to be licensed for that.
There is a great deal of value above the C $6M market cap that is currently showing. By March 10, 2020 Invictus has to announce whether it has any bids so far for the full or partial sale of the company. By April 17, 2020 Phase 1 of the bidding process will end and at that time the company could decide it is in the best interests of shareholders to accept a possible bid. If not, then a second wave of bids will be accepted until May 19, 2020.
I would venture that if there are any bids at all above the current market cap then the Share price is very like to rise. Also, if there are bids by any company known to have the capital to infuse into Invictus to keep it a going concern again this could easily get the SP back to a more reasonable amount.
All the news related to the Court approved restructuring/ sale of the company is updated regularly at the following website:

This is a good site to find all the relevant info currently important to this stock.
IMO, whether the company manages to restructure or not, its very undervalued.
P.S. the mailman won’t be delivering party invites
still a trading halt because of noncompliance?
Solid company you keep defending
76 and myself could manage this company better than anyone else they have brought to the table. Actually it’s all done with conference calls and FaceTime no actual place of business no headquarters just over the phone and web interactions

Besides getting rid of companies that were a financial drain on the company,
What are you talking about we bought all those companies first besides future harvest.
and then sold them all off at a huge lose I’m sure to try to stay afloat and make sure all management and board members were paid
Besides getting rid of companies that were a financial drain on the company, here is a list of some of the good things that Invictus has accomplished in the last year or so.
Acreage Pharms Extracts, edibles and Topicals License
https://www.canada.ca/en/health-canada/services/drugs-medication/cannabis/industry-licensees-applicants/licensed-cultivators-processors-sellers.html#wb-auto-5
AB Labs amendment

Acreage Pharms Oil sales License

AP Phase 111 substantial completion

AB Labs Medical Sales and Processing License

Also: AP Phase 3 now has a cultivation license for the West half of the new building. See page 6 of the MD&A report from the latest Financials submitted to SEDAR on Dec. 30, 2019
https://www.sedar.com/DisplayCompanyDocuments.do?lang=EN&issuerNo=00035787
In the last 2 years what are the accomplishments, everything has been a failed deal. EVERYTHING!! ..... oil license only positive I saw. On the brink of going BUSTO.
Looking back on all my DD on this company 3 years ago I never thought to think who is the head/lead grower and could you tell me about him
Seem like some don't know diversity. Sure I might lose here, then again it could pull out. And if that happens it will make me a fortune. I think PODA will launch soon by the articles they've been putting out. Tell me what would be the purpose of putting out articles if you can't buy shares. Tell me 76.
This information in your post is written as if it's all facts but without putting links to back up these claims, they are totally unsubstantiated. Why should anyone believe these claims?
How many harvest have gone bad? I know of one. Guys just can’t get it together and never will.
I have kissed my investment goodbye I held with my heart and not opening my eyes.
Supposedly they have over 69 strains but don’t have one with high thc %
Yeah the entire MJ market has been a bust, to many producers and a market the size of California’s market
Ivitf had such a pretty investor deck when I first joined and then every deck after that dried flower production went down basically cut in half. We are close to completing phase III we just need couple more million to finish eerrrrr line management’s pockets. That’s all this company has been pocket liners.
Maybe someone should have tried to visit facilities to see for ourselves that things are not ok, instead of getting responses like that’s Health Canada’s job. It’s only a matter of time before this company is no longer.
Anyone else feel like puking over this nonsense!?
yes...he left Disney as CEO and not going here as far as I know.
But this is happening as of late.

Looking forward to my Poda
Thanks for the nice message, sorry for the late response, been offline travelling. I would also like to thankyou for your maturity and always being classy and polite, thank you, thats to be respected no doubt. As far as this tough situation, I feel they, as in the Dixons and Ripa, did what they thought would protect their common shares the best. Knowing full well that the initial part would be tough but the end of this would lead into them protecting their common shares and wealth. I cant be so ignorant to think that they would just not care about millions of their own common shares, they want this to succeed more them most imo. To each their own, but I have never forgotten that they own common shares just like all longs and that all the biggest problems were not caused by them, so now they do whatever it takes to make sure their common shares get great value in the end.
Well, lets see where we are at come September, I will add some shares along the way bringing my average even lower.
Cheers to you and all other longs
May we all do well in the end
did Bob Iger really step down at Disney to come over to Invictus

The companies we seek to invest in demonstrate certain traits, which we believe are attractive to the creation of long-term shareholder value. Those traits include:
We work in partnership with management teams to increase shareholder value through business planning and process integration, developing and executing growth strategies, leveraging our experience and relationships, and structuring and deploying the proper capital to support long-term growth. Our prudent approach to both investing in and developing successful companies ensures successful execution of the business plan in both times of economic expansion and contraction.
Invictus MD’s primary objective is to identify, grow and build companies that are complementary to one another. We not only provide capital to meet these objectives but also years of management experience from a team that has been successful in all facets of business from start-ups to running large international organizations. The fundamental core of our operations is centered on the vast opportunities within fragmented industries.
We recognize the key to success is in our people. Our strong management team has built and managed successful operations with enterprise values over $500 million in various industries. We believe each of our team members bring a unique skill set that helps drive the growth of our portfolio companies.
The benefit that results when we work together with our portfolio companies is much greater than when our portfolio companies work alone. Our investment philosophy requires all investments to be synergistic in order to allow for effective and efficient growth plans. This creates economies of scale and builds competencies that are core to our operating activities.
We recognize the importance of seeking leading edge companies that operate in emerging industries in order to build our global community. Our extensive business network allows for us to identify and executive on these opportunities.
Our core focus is to identify and invest in companies operating in emerging markets. We recognize that through technological advancements the world is getting smaller and various opportunities exist to assist and enter into these new markets.
Our team works closely with the management of the portfolio companies on a daily basis to help support them in all areas of their business including operations, financial reporting, information technology, human resources and marketing.
