okay, let's go...... i'm ready. :)
Spoke with Miller - and market maker - 15c211 is filed and solication will be very soon. They are strong and have acquistions targeted. I am excited.
I'm sure it's just tough to get an MM to do the 15c2-11, and not want to have to "Pay to Play". I think the only way to do it is if you company is really strong financially. One can only hope that is happening.

as we now trade at .01, I can't help but wonder what happened to this company.
i haven't contacted jim miler in a while... may try to reach him soon and see what the lastest word is.
hey hows it going, havent spokent to jim in along time, last time I spoke to him he really wanted to get this off of the grey sheets and get this up and trading again, have you heard of any good things happening soon with this lil thing
Hey Miller! You OUT there?!!!!!!! Cat get your tongue?
21 days later, anyone in touch with the company. How can this be taking so long to be listed and trading? Is there even a verifiable business any more?
Dunno. Hopefully the company will give us an update sometime soon.
yup...! is the volcano rumbling?

IVAY: 4M float, 40M OS, 100M AS... that's quite the share structure!
When it goes, it should REALLY go, very thin....
IVAY getting some decent volume today. may be "go time" soon.... jmho! :)
Getting cheap again Brikk, I'm watching.
YW. Have a great week.
since this is the first time i've heard FINRA come up in association with their efforts, i am especially encouraged. looking forward to seeing what happens here. thanks again. :)
Your welcome. If it's as thorough as it sounds it could actually happen very quickly. That said, I am going to mentally give it the rest of the year.
good news, creede. and i'm not surprised. i've kept in touch with jim over these months and he's been taking all the steps necessary, from what i gather. his tone is bullish about our return from the greys, but he hasn't been issuing any unrealistic predictions, either. let's hope IVAY gets rolling by the summer. that would suit me just fine. thanks for the update.
Just spoke my IVAY contact tonight. Good news is that he called me. Word is that 300 pages is prepared to be submitted to FINRA sometime this month. This document is supposed to be so thorough that it should cover any questions that could arise. The goal is to become a solicited pink, and will hopefully occur sometime in the next 3 months.
So, there you have it. I told him seeing is believing, and that I had mentally written this one off a while back - even though I was not willing to just give my shares away at .02. If this actually happens it will in my opinion be a miracle, but it is nice to hear they have not given up.
Down 80% is waking-up? Looks like someone wanted out regardless of the price. It has now been over a year since this went to the greys. Has there been even one news release since? I admire your positive attitude.
this is one of the highest volume days we've had in ages. IVAY waking up..?
would that be 'going to do right for us'? He may already be doing right by us! LOL
BTW, anyone speak to the company lately?
Have faith in Mr. Miller he's going to do right by us. 4th quarter financials completed. I bet it's going to be a blow out year. (Eventually)
waiting patiently.
one of these days... i think you'll see a filing, a bid/ask, and some serious upside on this thing. jmho.
How crazy would this be if all of a sudden we see AF's and earnings?
Wow. Is this going to be the sleeper stock of the year in the OTC market? Thanks for the excellent report.
- patience -
Miller doesn't quote specific deadlines etc just the steps that are being taken and milestones achieved. I don't blame him either although it's frustrating for us. I'm sure with the SEC scrutiny and the fact he doesn't want to create (additional) ill will with shareholders he playing it pretty close to the vest. Ultimately this strategy should help us in the long run, including those audited fins. Think about it, if the company wasn't growing rapidly why would he want to go thru all the trouble? The fact is, the company has been growing by leaps and bounds and the correct PPS is much greater than .20 per share much less where it is now. He is quite excited and more than happy to offer his positive affirmations concerning IVAY’s future.
THANKS for your report -- any clue as to how many more months will be required ?? -- BEST WISHES --
Heard back from Miller last week. IVAY finishing audit of their 4th quarter fins last week along with completing 3rd round of SEC reviews near term. Over the last year Miller has always responded to my inquiries within 3 biz days. So far he hasn't laid any BS either (to my knowledge).
I have faith in Miller. We've waited a long time but I think the results will be worth it.
'Hanging tough'? Not much choice when there is no market to sell the stock in. How long does one have to wait, its been a year since they were closed down by the SEC.
Has anyone actually talked to the company visited headquaters, or anything to report other than our hope that we don't all loose our investment. changing by .08 cents on 5K shares up or down is meaningless, other than making one's portfolio look better.
agreed. i'm feeling pretty bullish about some activity in IVAY in the future. it may start happening sooner than we ever imagined, too.
Lot's of faith in IVAY out there....IVAY shareholders who hung tough (most of them have) shall be rewarded
Wow. Nice info, danno. I think eventually this will turn out to be a great play. Imo, main thing here is to just wait as long as it takes.
i get the impression they never stopped growing the whole time they've been on the grey sheets. if they can get quoted again soon the market may need to do some serious catching up to arrive at a current FMV. jmho.
Love the good news proving growth...last email from Jim stated they're still answering the third rounds of questions from the NASD
IVAY website update:
for those who haven't been to the website to see the new locations yet, here it is:
i've added this to the bottom of the ibox.
dannol48, thanks for that update..! very bullish imo. i'll see about changing the ibox later tonight.
New Offices and DC
I honestly hadn't checked the IVAY website for awhile and was looking to see if any updates had been made since my speculative post back on December 28th. I don't recall DC office on any prior check.
The "Contact Us" tab now shows:
Corporate Office
18440 Thompson Court, Suite 204
Tinley Park, IL 60477
With Offices In
Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Florida and WASHINGTON D.C.
I was very curious about the new contract and (from digging) was speculating a tie to WASHINGTON OFFICE requirement. I got my info from outside sources, so I was hopeful that info was correct.
Anyone know when the Washington office was added, how it's staffed, and any specifics on contract requirements (now) from Insiders.
I'll leave the "questioning" to those with relationships to the Insiders. ;)
OH....and good to see the GROWTH CONTINUES And, looks like the IH site info for IVAY needs some serious updates guys. :)
Danno
Anyone got any update from calling management. Sure seems like this is really a dragged out process. did other stocks listed last year come back to trading? I think some did, in a matter of months. According to previous posts this was to be freely trading and off the grays by June, then September, then the end of the year. Now its almost March. Something needs to give here..
GUILTY OF ALL CHARGES --- future trading most un-certain -- Miller is too green to be in this business -- maybe he will sell to some capable people -- that would be GOOD NEWS -- IMHO --
that's possible, pink. the wheels of government agencies grind slowly, and given the history here, uncle sam may feel the need to still "punish" in some passive way, even if they feel IVAY has proven itself innocent of all accusations.
the very fact that miller is still answering phone calls and the business remains active suggests to me it's only a matter of time before this all gets sorted out. until then, patience is really the only option imo.
I'd heard they were shooting for Q3 2007, so at this point Q2 2008 or 2009 would surprise me at all.
Oh, I still have one eye open.
lol... very true. it's often times when we let go that things just start happening. for right now it's just fun watching the tape for rumblings on the seismograph. lol ;)
Yes it will. I am in a pretty good place at the moment, and just content to just let it ride. I have to say I have let go of all expectations in this stock, and so nothing would surprise me.
i was intrigued by the volume we saw this last week. perhaps we're on the cusp of some action here. i've been hearing they were shooting for Q1 2008 for quotation to resume, but wouldn't be surprised to see it delayed until Q2. my hunch is we will wake up one day and see L2 lit up on IVAY, and that's going to be a happy day, indeed. jmho.
