Petrejus I have come to understand that my current e-mail address is acceptable and that I don't need gemail. Even so, Google is the problem. The reason is that it is impossible to see the text I have received without going to my Google account. To do so I have to enter my password. I have lost my password and I have tried for hours to establish a new password to no avail. It is a catch 22-situation as far as I rememer. I have first to enter a code sent to me by e-mail. The code is valid for a limited number of seconds. It takes some time to go from my e-mail to the website where the code is to be entered. When I do it it is no longer valid!!! Google appears to be too poor to have a phone number in Norway that I can call or an e-mail address that I can contact. I have contacted a couple of people who I hope can help me to get a new Google password. I am to meet such a person on Wednesday.

Would like to comment here,

(a) Issued Vertical tokens for $0.01 to the ITUP Shareholders -- None were issued to any outsiders
(b) Even $0.02 of net profit will mean $0.20 value on the trade and to generate 2 cents in 36-72 gold cycles, 8-24 rice cycles, 52 Whisky cycles and 8-10 trips per day of plane seats should not be a worrisome and this modest will mean 20 times value change.
(c) As Snow rightly pointed out, 1 performer will offset the entire $0.09 cents investments of which 99% of the subscribers except a few like snow have invested only 4-5 verticals (they are hoping to pay for the remaining out of cash grant (which means it does not cost anything)).

None of these assets (tokens) are speculative either -- they are just programmed into ownership and trade rotations which in turn creates wealth.
What may go wrong -- the trade cycles may not be as much as expect but the inventory that we planned to put the stock into trade is not beyond the quantity that will create surplus and stagnated inventory.

In the worst, the stock is always salable and cash is not lost -- Stock is not a token here but inventory

and those who have opted out stocks or not paid for vertical subscription will be paid out on April 17, 2024.

This is a bit tiresome. It doesn't take a lot of time to create value here. The only question is whether the tokens are worth $1, $10 or $100. That is the ONLY thing at play here. But even at $1 most people will be very happy here.

Those are wonderful points about ROI and the fact that it might take time. The old adage, "you should only invest what you can afford to lose" will stand the test of time! 😀

I've been a part of two early investor pools, and a few other late round participations. In each case the focus was not on the ROI but rather the capacity for the entity to be adept at operations as well as establishing milestones and effectively communicating progress against the milestones. The objective of each entity was to illustrate the ability to lay out a solid path and then repeatedly put one foot in front of the other. The idea was always to have a solid and transparent operations methodology to ensure succinct definitions of success and subsequent measurements for objective assessments.

I've found it's important to always understand that an organizations success is never defined by one instance. It’s defined a repeatability of successful instances. I grant that every "startup" organization is different but I also submit that there are common threads of operational norms/standards between successful "startup" organizations.

I believe many of us, including myself, overlook the fact that we're early investors. Meaning that risk/reward is high, and that it might take "a little while" for the value to materialize. Who on this board has been invited as early investors in new entities/companies before? Usually retail won't get to invest at these levels, but have to wait for an IPO.

MM There was a reference to safe communication. A few years ago I actually received the contract of more than 30 pages in relation to IREEEM/Cow Capital in my national e-mail address. I don't if it relates to my private key. If the wrong person gets access to it he or she may steal the tokens from me.

I don't disagree with you or Snow in principal or concept. My point is, nothing has been delivered as projected. The amount paid, the $10 prjections, etc, are not my points. My point is, as an ownership of multiple companies I could not keep my employees if I was able to deliver the vision but not be accountable for my projections and execution.

We've all remained bullish through the vision of Air India, Lavasa, 2022 dividend, NYSE, and other buy-ins and we're still here, showing we are not concerned about the .01 and such. We're simply expressing our thoughts as we look forward to reliable information and accountable business execution... standard expectations in every industry and every geo.

Why does it have to be gmail?

Don't know if they would be able even if you could get them on the phone...
If you have Google One subscription, you can probably get an English speaker on the phone within 2-3 minutes. Otherwise I guess you'll have to use email/chat. (At least I think you need a subscription for it...)
The Gmail recovery is usually a breeze, but it does require you to have setup a phone number and/or backup email for the process to work.

RD Because I paid so little for the tokens it does not take much for me to be happy about my investment in the verticals. But a new problem has arisen for me that I have taken a couple of initiatives to solve. Laxmi's people make the digital wallet for me but they would like to e-mail some information using gmail. I don't have gmail and I have lost the the Google password I need to do that. Google appears to be so poor that it has no phone number I can call in my country to get some help or an a-mail address in my country that I can send a request for help to.

karlacorn I disagree with you. The verticals represent a technology that has not been used extensively so far even, if it is being taken into more and more use. My experience over 50 years is that venture companies are extremely risky. During the 1980s I was on the board of a venture company that was listed on the stock exchange in my country. About 90% of the companies we invested in failed totally.

Based on my experience as an investor over 50 years I regarded the verticals as very risky. But we paid very little for our tokens. Therefore the risk/reward ratio looked very good even if it to me looked like a very risky investment. I go for high risk/high revard. I therefore invested about 7,500 dollars in the 9 verticals, which turned out to be how much I was entitled to invest. I have noticed that the transfers of the rice tokens has increased to an interesting level this week. I think that this is a suggestion that at least some of the verticals will not be total failures. It will be sufficient for our investment in 9 tokens to be a good investment if just one of the 9 verticals is a moderate success. If one of them is worth 20 cents we will do well.

Karlacorn, you know the situation perfectly well. The company does plan to pay quarterly dividends. Even monthly dividends at some point.

Does it really matter whether they pay 2 dividends in March/April? No it doesn't. Besides, they already increased the dividend from $0.15 to $0.25. And people need to stop complaining about the $0.01 they (had to) pay for the tokens. When the company is paying a quarterly dividend of $0.08333 on these. When the tokens could easily be worth $10 or more. It's hilarious.

Bullish, but we should know....
I'd dare say that most people who purchased into the 3 verticals did so because it was not a speculative transaction, but rather a direct offer of X amount of tokens, for X amount of dollars, yielding a definitive cash payout by X date (repeating on a quarterly basis), as long as you purchased the verticals on or before the cutoff date. The only variable that has been timely executed was the cutoff date to purchase into the verticals. Unfortunately after more than two months the token transactions haven't completed (not understood).

While I color myself bullish, I do not feel good that all we know is there is a lot we don't know. This was to be a straightforward direct purchase and dividend transaction, wherein we now face a question regarding the second dividend. Base on the current timing, are there to be two dividends paid out at the same time? The offer and agreement timeline would suggest so.

Still hoping to count both chickens....

I guess we will not know until Monday... Even if we get some sort of confirmation on the 16th, I will not trust it until the cash is in the US account. I do not trust regulators to act swiftly. Even if they do release the money on the 16th, who says it won't be held at the receiving end for a few days? It is a lot of money after all. Remaining bullish overall of course! Just don't count the chickens just yet...

Each client account creation is consuming time because of background check process.
However we requested if we could automate this procedure and bulk transfer ...
Developer team is working to organize this for us...
May be this initial transfer, we will have to undergo this tedious procedure ...
But, We will ready the platform for automated clearance by the time we have the banking partner coming in for retail distribution of tokens.

On transfers, From Monday, we will see increase in the number of per day transfer of tokens...

RD It looks as if trading of rice is picking up a bit but few trades have happened this year. By checking a few pages I understand why you compared this to trading stocks. I get the impression that Etherscan which seems to be part of Etherneum, which is the second biggest trader of crypto currencies after Bitcoin, is the chosen vehicle for trading the tokens. I had got the impression that it was a Danish firm.

You can't receive the tokens unless you have a wallet. They have started that proces now, setting up accounts for people. You can see here that they have started transferring RISO tokens, the security rice tokens.

I received the Registration As Part of an Entity email yesterday. It says "You have been registered as part of an entity of (my name) with the role of owner. Signatory permissions granted.

I am not sure of the next step. I am registered but that implies I already have a user ID and password. Or do I create my own login and profile and once I am logged on, I will become a member of (my name) in the next step?

you will need to have Wallet Address - if you are unable to create one, we will try to help you out --
Tokens are issued into this wallet securing the cash grant payout -- On or before March 19 if we pay cash these tokens will be burnt off --
If you not you will be to able to redeem these tokens with gold grams that could be liquidated or sold out or partially kept and partially sold out....

You need a wallet either way, for your security tokens (=shares you own of the verticals)

Plan is to pay the dividend in cash. But they will also issue utility tokens for these and put them in your wallet.

Best to contact [e-mail] and ask them to help you set up an account/wallet. If you don't have one yet.
