enough to pay a bit of Herve's salary
Darkness Alliance is barely selling on Android. Less than 10000 sold...
I'm almost positive Company Pasta went out of business 2 years ago. I saw something on Pacer legal website about it. If anyone has information to the contrary, let me know
I didn't get one yet, either (Charles Schwab and Co.). But, it's probably a matter of time before it comes.
If you do reach out to Herve you might ask him if he is using IPLY resources to help his other company ("Company Pasta"). It's operating out of the same offices.

Oh no!
I didn't receive this message from my tdameritrade.
Maybe you should reach out to Hervé about this...
The end is nigh. Got an email from Etrade stating IPLY shares will be removed from my account via its Position Removal Program. The shares are non-transferable and Etrade is unable to register and deliver a physical stock certificate. They go on to state that in the future if they become aware of active transfer agent services for the security they will attempt to reinstate the position. Does not sound good at all.
Anyone else get this email of doom?
He never replied to that email.
Hmmmm. Very interesting idea... have you tried contacting him to suggest this?
My guess is he just continues to pay his salary. What I think he should do is list the company on an alternative trading system like the TZERO platform which would get the existing company shares to a place where they can be traded. He could convert all shares to security tokens and shareholders would not be left in limbo as we are now.
Herve is listed as having 9 million shares and his brother has 5 million listed. An untraceable holding company owns 60 million shares based out of Luxembourg. This is out of the hundred twenty million or so shares issued. I would think Hervé would want to monetize his shares and sell the company at some point, but since they need next to no one to operate and he continues to make a decent salary, who knows when that might happen. Do you have any other thoughts about how things might play out?
Yes, sold about 35% back in 2021 on the run to 0.07 but I still hold too many shares.
Firehorse,
Do you currently own shares of interplay?
Sadly Herve's accrued salary is probably >$20M now.
Yeah, probably lots of back pay accruing... I'm assuming interplay's only path forward is to eventually sell the company. I don't see any other viable alternatives. My belief is earthworm Jim IP, alone, is worth 20 million. If that is the sale price of Interplay, that would be 20 cents per share
I assume whatever money they will make will be given over to Herve as back pay for his $1M/yr salary or something like that.
Good find! Good piece of news! Anyone have any idea what is going on with interplay. They are so quiet right now. Makes me wonder if they are gearing up for a sale/merger

Sooooo quiet at Interplay... Makes me wonder if they are in process of being bought out. ??
Minimum effort? There isn't anything on their Instagram or Facebook pages. There was discussion on this two days ago and reporters probably questioned IPLY before that. No response at all would have had people thinking Interplay was dead.
Yeah, Amico is dead... it was interesting that interplay responded to the rumors on Twitter

Howdy Ho Neighbors.
Anyone looking to sell shares? If so you might be able to via a gift. Contact your broker and ask if you can gift shares.
If so I'm in the market to buy.
IPLY is the IP rights holder. I'm guessing whatever broadcast/streaming service it's going to will pay for it.
It's been a year since the original announcement. I'm guessing Parandi got the script done and they are ready to cast voice actors and start animation
Hmmm, I'm assuming that this means interplay has signed a deal and is no longer producer of the cartoon. I wonder if they still have Michel Parandi employed, or if he was just making short scenes to sell the idea to a larger company

LOL!
Our favorite Interplay Russian bot is back. And, what a surprise, this article talks about how great Putin is...
I wonder what happened to that Russian bot Ned Flanders who promoted fake elections in the US and Russian autocracy on this site. Also not sure why Russian bots would be involved in Interplay. He talked about that ridiculous Mules movie that Bill Barr laughed about. ??Such an interesting situation of why a Russian bot would bother with this stock... Everything is so quiet now. What is Russia planning with Interplay?

Hmmm, with those numbers makes me think they did about a million dollars across all platforms for each game... Pretty decent but not phenomenal.
Found this:
https://games-stats.com/steam/?title=Baldur%27s+Gate&tag=rpg
It looks like data only for Steam. If I am reading it right:
Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance about 290,000 units
Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 2 about 120,000 units
Edit
Sorry. Those are not unit sales, they are dollar sales numbers
$290,000 for Dark Alliance
$120,000 for Dark Alliance 2
No, they are just claiming they are still in business. The company still has a funding problem. Tommy Tallarico stepped down as CEO back in February, replaced by Phil Adam.
Is Intellivision claiming that they are launching soon? Earthworm Jim 4 did look cool
NEW Earthworm Jim 4 Footage & Intellivision Amico Delayed!
Skip to about 10 minutes 45 seconds. It only lasts a few seconds, but the video will keep looping it for a couple of minutes.
LOL
I'm not sure why no game on their website is connected to a place to buy said game...
Does anyone have a sense of how Baldur's gate dark Alliance 2 has been selling?
Huge milestone reached...they have a working web site.
BGDA2 launch appears to have mostly gone well with, so far, one bug and PS version delayed a few days
Trailer looks really good

There's some drama on Twitter about Interplay's NFT plans. Many Earthworm Jim fans are angry about it. I don't quite get it, but there is a fair amount of discussion about it prompting Interplay to respond to the controversy...
I do remember that there was a committee to decide Hervé's salary, not himself. I don't remember who was all on the committee, but I think it was board members. Not sure how this is all working nowadays, or if Interplay still has a board, though I think they are required to...
No, I am not saying Herve IS paying himself $1M/year compensation. I am merely pointing out that he can pay himself anything he wants and can keep accruing salary over time. In 2010 when his salary was $250K/year he had unpaid salary in the amount of $500,000. Why not keep that unpaid salary adding up over the years to then take any profit as accrued salary payments.
I've always wondered how interplay has been able to keep Christopher Nelson and Chris Taylor for so many years. Both could obviously get a job anywhere in the video game field. It would make sense that, if interplay isn't paying them that great, that they are getting deferred income that will be paid upon a sale of the company... I'm hoping this is the case and that the plan is to sell soon...
Firehorse,
Are you saying that Hervé is currently paying himself a million per year and saying Interplay has to pay him the difference in his current salary whenever they make money? Where did you get this info? If true, that seems pretty clear cut theft and fraud... Interplay hasn't released any financials in many, many years so I'm wondering where your info is coming from. I'm a large holder of Interplay stock, in the multi millions, and I know others with similar holdings. So, if shareholders are being clearly defrauded, action will be taken.
BGDA2 is releasing on Steam, GoG, and Epic Game Store at the same time as consoles
More money for Herve to pay himself back salary on his $1M/year role at the company
Don't panic, my pc adventurers!

We'll have more links like this to share! https://t.co/RISUnmUkVm
Perhaps they sold those shares in the crazy run up in shares last year. I sold millions of shares into that pump and dump. I still hold shares but I doubt Herve or any insiders hold much and just pay themselves well from revenues. Even if they think the stock is worth anything they will most likely issue themselves shares diluting everyone. I consider what I have left in IPLY as having $0 value for planning purposes. I was able to also sell all my Blockbuster shares. It was a crazy time last year.
