Thanks for the notice. I got completely out of this some time ago with the pending merger. Not sure of my next move as my funds are tied up in a few others that are dragging butt. I'll continue to watch the new folks though. Thanks again! SM
Here is the new board post merger:

That's what I figured, but the HENC thing threw me off track.
THX! SM
You should sell ITME and buy AUCAF any time that you get more than a half share of AUCAF for your ITME sell.
OK; But we still should sell ITME before the merger and loss of shares, right? SM
HENC is drilling out some AUCAF leases in the middle of this month. AUCAF/ITME will retain between 6%-12% WI depending on how many wells get drilled.
These are monster wells 1000-2000 BOPD.
Hey EOM7; So what's the deal? You're saying HENC becomes a part of ITME, then they both get bought out by ACOR? Your link to HENC didn't open, therefore I couldn't see what you were saying.

ITME shareholders will now get a piece of this too;

If you sold ITME at .18 bid and bought AUCAF at .18 ask you would end up with 2X as many shares after the merger... it's a no brainer IMO.
emo7.I see your point.Thanks
My point is that you are getting 1 AUCAF share for every 2 ITME shares you have. Buying ITME shares for more than you can buy an AUCAF share is crazy IMO.
eom7.We do not know where big blocks of stock are in aucaf.I did not follow it.I did follow itme.I am going to keep buying itme as cheap as i can.Thank you.I hope we make out big on this play. There sure is not meany people in this.GOOD LUCK TO US!
It seems like AUCAF is the better deal right now... I want to see what price they raise funds at... that will be tell-tail imo.
EOM7.I have read the news on itme and aucaf. What do you think.I did buy more itme.Thank you.
ATP 582 is the largest on shore permit in Queensland, comprising 5.0 million acres over portions of the Southern Georgina Basin and the Simpson Basin. Both basins are largely unexplored by North American standards, and bothare thought to be highly prospective for unconventional hydro-carbon resources.
As a result, large financial commitments have been made by world-class majorsincluding Statoil, Total and Santos on lands immediately offsetting ATP 582 in both basins.

Give this company plenty of time. They do nothing in a hot rush. You will be rewarded imho.ROLL ITME!!!
It's a good boat to be in, but unfortunately had to jump ship not long ago to recoup some very needed funds. Would love to jump back in, but cash flow is bottomed out unless other holdings make a run. Nevertheless, I agree, ITME will be a winner in the not too distant future.
Sandman
Any updates? I see the buying... but no news?
people are missing the boat on this stock imo,
I also have been in this stock for 10 years plus ,it has made me a great deal of money ,all it needs is some volume .I have spoken with management many times and the pr person .oil is an all important commodity .the stock so tightly held it takes very little buy side volume to run this to new hieghts imho ,If only we had a larger audience .that will come in time after all i am timeonmyside.
i have been in this for 5 years. i keep buying on the dips this is a sure fire winner. very little as and low very low flowt. go itme.
after witnessing the fact that he has not issued but very few shares in the last 10 years he is not taking form the company what most people take .
all the juice
he seems to be running a good little honest public co
just call and get to know the management for a while
sincerely
timeonmyside
Can you expand on your last post? TIA
just wanted to tell the longs out there this one may appear a bit boring but it has great things inside the wishing well .
the people who run it are working in our best interest ...in my humble opinion.
i have owned this for years happily bot under a penny and a bit above 2 cents ..i must say i am happy with the percentage gain it sure trumps the large caps i own .
looking forward to the next few years of holding this stock to see the oil demand go up in asia the law of diminishing oil reserves requires they go to the friendly parts of the world for more oil to pump into the ever growing need for more ....
Thinking we are on the verge of a big leap in the right direction! Get in while you can.
Steady rise here... AUCAF gonna go big IMO!
Has anyone looked into CPTLF they are also located in Australia, I found them while doing research on ITME. I'm thinking if its good for ITME it has to have some up side to it for CPTLF? What you think?
AUCAF .22 - up 50% on 16X vol
AUCAF is my favorite play for 2012.
sold at 0.22
Is ITME associated with that old POS AUCAF stock, inotice that both their areas of interest are in the same feilds that ACOR have been touting for years...
