“We’re also working with a Utah-based lithium provider to produce 11,000 metric tons of sustainable battery-grade LCE annually. Their plant will use multiple direct lithium extraction (DLE) units commissioned in stages to validate DLE technology for lithium separation, expand production to commercial capacities, moving from proof of concept to complete front-end loading design,” says Quayle.
Who is “We’re” working with a company. Did it say in the article??
...........Re:...... Yahoo News August 15, 2024.......Excerpt from an article entitled ....Global Data....Journey To The Next Zero Battery: A Charged Issue.......
..........“We’re also working with a Utah-based lithium provider to produce 11,000 metric tons of sustainable battery-grade LCE annually. Now .......Just who might that be ?......Anyone have a guess ?......
The R/O system is not a desalination plant. Thanks for sharing, I'm not sure why you defaulted to "I called you a liar". I was asking out of curiosity because I did not see any desalination plants purchased.
The proof is in the pudding, pudding..Great DD find..IBAT will often be imitated, but never dupplicated..Burbas watching over his patented tech along with that expensve patent protection law firm they hired a while back..We likely will get some numbers soon, and if they are good..we roll! ... Ya build a house...they will come..
Im smiiten already by Big Bad John, A giant of a mining man..Big Bad John(Burba)..Big Bad John..He will save us from the fiery pit of the OTC.. Moving up soon..IMO..
Funding for a desalination plant..thats where Iris Janciks expertise comes into play ...environmentally to save water is a major plus in mining..for the people as well..Shes here for the reason, not the season..

Am i reading this wrong???
I'd love to see where it said anything about IBAT funding a desalination plant.
5 years of Sorcia / Ensorcia / Entec saying "desal plant in Chile 500m" as an example only to just watch literally nothing happen.
Hot topic, LEXI that JV flopped as hard as RjR, and I like Raul, he got bent by the Chilean policy makers when the nationalization started.
10% ownership in a project looks great on paper. Dan Layton weakness is in execution. I'd love for that to change.
TVR, can't wait for that gigafactory. I won't hold my breath.
The Capex looks great, so does their execution. And it's apparent based on investor interest and the deals ESM has versus IBAT. 2 different companies, the only ace up IBAT sleeve now is working commercial technology.
Riddle me this batman. 1800ppm brine carbonate process CAPEX. How do IBAT numbers compare?
Costs to produce through a CAPEX and OPEX lens of ibat is much more detailed based on the Financials, corporate presentations and statements compared to any other "technology provider" on earth.
People don't care about traditional quality expectations or estimates. They want buzzwords and headlines like the sea of juniors showing bowls full of piloted scale lithium produced.
Can't wait to see who e3 third party technology is. Excited to watch lilac funnel more investor money and see IBAT catapult or crumble.
Lithium is dead atleast until 2025, atleast while China is allowed to keep bringing garbage Africa spod across the pond and diluting aussie spod in the motherland to get that BG.
Prices tap $10/kg then reset to $18-24/kg which should start that reversal by EOY.
Keep in mind every 2024 PFS and DFS based their pricing off Benchmark the lithium pump squad at $20-30kg. IBAT 2023 pricing model was $15/kg.
Let's see if experience really applies in lithium extraction.
Tech might suck but arcadium liked their absorbent over burbas so they bought a bunch to begin their expansion that isn't expanding. Hope that helps - ESM is among top 3 competitors to ibat imo.
.......Mittens.......Best for a frosty bike ride !........
Ibatf has been showing spending in filings for a desalination plant. It said a few different times they were funding in tiers. If i remember it was about 66% funded last filing
If you think I'm easily confused, you are correct... especially when a company named Energy Source is providing modular DLE to Arizona Lithium at a site in Canada. Compare that name to Ensorcia that plans on providing the same service using IBAT'S DLE once a site has been approved. In addition, Ensorcia owns a boatload of IBAT shares. I was kind of hoping they were the same company with sort of an English/Spanish thing, but Capex of $485m looks way out of line...plus I don't recognize anyone.
Bought more yesterday... still didn't cut into Jacob's lead.
I'm looking for one of his stoies with mittens😉 looks like you are correct.

One of the lesser-known tales of Paul Bunyan involves his mittens. According to the story, Paul Bunyan’s mittens were so large that when he lost one in the snow, it created a cozy shelter for his entire logging crew. They were able to stay warm and protected from a fierce winter storm inside the mitten until the weather cleared.
This story highlights the exaggerated size and strength that are characteristic of Paul Bunyan’s legends. Do you enjoy these kinds of tall tales?
Unproven MDLE tech is for AZL a few years away..Have they been tested?..My guess is No.IBAT is the early bird and the Godfather of Lithium will get alot of early action contracts..So lett the competition come.Bring it on..but we are far ahead. We are already producing LiBi..lots coming ..IMO..IBAT will take its rightful leadership in Lithium mining above all others ..For now at leadt.IMO.
AZL is quickly advancing its 100%-owned Prairie Lithium Project in Saskatchewan, with commercial production planned for mid-2025, having already secured approval for three production wells (and two more to come). It is using existing Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) from EnergySource Minerals and a modular approach will provide scalability and a lower environmental footprint.
Solid economics even at an initial small scale of 6ktpa . Based on the Dec-23 PFS, Prairie will be a 6ktpa Lithium Carbonate operation for total Capex of A$485m. At our US$20,000/t long term Lithium Carbonate price (minus a US$2,600/t deduction for technical grade), Prairie generates A$103m/pa EBITDA, an IRR of 26% and significant valuation upside
On our modelling, AZL is expected to have low cash costs of US$3,084/t and AISC of US$5,000/t LCE. . There is also significant leverage, with each additional 2ktpa LCE module adding A$80m in NPV and every 10% increase in pricing adding c.A$150m in valuation.
.......Beacon of Bemidji.......
.......You've chosen the right path to follow.......The murk is lifting and the breadth of the plan will soon be plain for all to see........
........btw........Paul B. was a mitten man........
The part that standouts for me in the May 31, 2024 article if the 65,443,633Common Shares is not a miss print, which would have been corrected by now.
So I would have to assume 65,443,633Common Shares is the goal.
Is Jacob the one buying Daniel Laytons shares and maybe the EVL shares (by Third Party) in private?

IBAT in it's past had a desalation plant either being bought or built, money was being spent on it. What ever happend to it and where was it?

Thanks to Garry Flowers for getting IBAT'S first modular DLE plant built, tested, proven and placed with a known industry leader at a site that is sure to produce a lot of Lithium. We were certainly lucky to have you running operations during this critical period. Thank You!

That 2nd MDLE plan now being developed/built with expanded production levels to 9 metric tons per annum and much more....whos to dare say that we dont have another contract customer in the smackover region already..and more..Chevron, BHR,Exxon Mobil, Abamarle,Chile, Argentina...Buy now.IMO..The pps will rise soon..IMO..Hold for the gold..White Gold..IBAT is the early bird..and that means money..IMO..the Burba tech is unsurpassed as of right now..Fact..
Thanks the great info! ...A great moderator indeed..Im thinking John Burba is greater though..All Good with it All!..
I like that 16 million. Should have dilution for a year or more because we will have revenue. Landon selling makes sense. We fired him

Added funds..waiting 4 days till it clears on Friday..Buying mode IMO..
Rents for the MDLE Plant, based on the level of production achieved, range from $200,000 per month to $400,000 per month and the royalties range from 3% to 5% of total product sales, depending upon the level of production achieved and the prices realized in the market. US Magnesium also has a purchase option for the MDLE Plant.
Must must be patient id think here w

Must be patient with our investment here..Going forward ..Hold for the gold thats coming ..IMHO.. Upcoming news could be explosive to pps.Time to buy is now..and I am..Im not rich..but im not stupid when I see Burbas Teh acheive monumental $uccess! I would not wager agains IBATF hitting $5.00 plus per share in the very near future..90 days or less..should be fine..IMHO.Its now happy hour!

Sorry, press release I saw said they had "commenced" operations on July 11th. Should have realized that was lithium speak for we are starting to place our modules. Thanks for straightening me out.
It was exactly 3 weeks ago today that it was published that it would take them about four weeks to get fully ramped up, user acceptance, testing done and be at the 5000 ton level. So, minimum of one more week per their schedule. Considering innovation, and this never have been done before, I’d probably give them a little more grace.
The plant at US MAG has been up and running for a little bit now and if it's operating at the 5000MT level, they should be spitting out between 13 and 14 metric tonnes of lithium daily.
If they are...why isn't someone shouting about it?
Asking for a friend..."me".
IMO..Accumulate! Need I Say More?..Youll never see these prices again..IMO..Going to the Moon.
We all know these Big Oil companies are watching the results that are to come from US Magnesium. We are getting closer everyday to a Lithium future with Big oil spending Big money on wells that are already drilled and can build a portable DLE then move it when that well is dry. Omgggggggg
............. gregcod = resolute !.............
I have one in my chest..the lithium battery last 3 years..so tiny,,Has to be replaced soon after working for almost 3 years..Im ..Alive and waiting for Burbas IBAT to become a Nasdaq winner...IMO..It will! I am amonst the long and strongs here!
